Hemos estado aquí comiendo y nos han tratado genial. La comida es muy muy buena, especial mención al pescado frito y el pescado con tomate. La sopa de corte is estaba exquisita. La atención de los camareros ha sido muy muy buena. El hotel es precioso. Volveremos a comer aquí.

The worst hotel experience that i had they truly had a bad of everything noting works no shower, spa was bad ,there is bug bed ,food is worse . I suggest no one to go there .💀😩🤯😱

I truly love this Hotel i stay 2 days and it was great with sauna and steam i will vist again and again.

The rooms are so bad , dirty bed sheets, got cold from shower and toilet smell, shower didn’t have water I had go to SPA area to take shower. Over all it didn’t meet expectations .

I loved it here.I enjoyed some drinks and food, which was quite affordable comparing the size of the hotel. Staff mostly do not speak in English so be ready to be misunderstood when placing your order. However, the staff are very friendly. Password is fast but you only get dongles of 45 minutes then you order another one.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Seriously.Apparently, its a well known secret that their food is a health hazard.Gyms treadmills dont work but has a good setup that I enjoyed.

Their service is good, their price is fair, they have different options for breakfast, they have different reciption hall   but the place needs renovation pretty much in most of the sector like sanitary fixtures, doors of rooms, elevator, and the swimming pool should be treated as well.

Best Hotel I ever stay in Hawasa.

a fair place to stay

Nothing worked. Water couldnt get out of the drain. Only one lamp functioned. Breakfast was a bad experience. Very slow service which ended with me dropping the meal. But the patron wouldnt let me leave the restaurant.. 😮 Good place in the city. Central but quiet.

Lived in Hawassa nearly 3 years now and can verify this is the most overpriced, under serviced hotel in town. A few anecdotes to explain: You can spend 800 birr a month to join their gym equipped with about 20 machines, only 3 of them working. Chemicals in the pool bleached my bathing suit, while the pool chairs are falling apart, rusting and dangerous. I took some underprivelidged kids to the pool another day and the pool attendant had them tidying up the girls changing room on arrival, instead of enjoying themselves like I paid for (Im serious, I found the kids filling the soap dispensers. I called the pool attendant over to do it himself. He was unapologetic). Go to Levi Resort, Haile, South Star. Or save your money and stay in a guest house. Central Hotel is horrible.

Nice and Quiet

This is one of few big and affordable Hotels in Hawassa, The new 5Star level Hotel has an open roof top, that gives an amazing view of the Hawassa City and the Lake. However, the quality of the services and the style of the restaurants are not up to the star level of the Hotel. The building quality is very poor and the paints are pilled of after few months of its Inauguration. They do not provide fork, spoons and knives at the dining tables of the restaurants. That was very funny and their foods are more of Traditional/Local and they do not offer much options for internationals.

Warm, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, good Ethiopian food, wifi internet a bit flaky at times - great place to stay in Hawassa.
