Decent Thai fare with carefully selected ingredients and mild taste in terms of spicy level.

A high quality thai cuisine. We have a buffet dinner promotion and yet quality is still great. Taste is delicious but not too strong. Service is excellent as expected. Price is also high but worth a visit.

Celadon is our all time favourite for the best Thai food and cultural experience . Always amazing subtle Thai flavours spiced to perfection and authentic flavours . If you are in Thailand a visit to this restaurant for dinner is a must . Try their tasting menu or the alacarte options . You will be carried thru a sensory journey of taste buds . Book in advance and ask for the seats near the stage for also getting a cultural experience of Thai traditional dance and music . One of favourites .

The restaurant is in The Sukhothai Bangkok. is a very ceremonial restaurant. The environment is particularly good. There is a Thai dance performance at 7:30. Michelin recommends that the dishes display are fantastic beautiful.

Great Thai restaurant at the Sukhothai hotel. Service was phenomenal, very humble and suggestive. The ambience was great as well, mid-dinner, there was a traditional Thai dance/performance which added a bit of flair to the evening. All the food was delicious, the restaurant also provides a complimentary portion of rice and rice berry. Was pricey but you get what you paid for. Would recommend and go back for a nice evening out.

Best Thai restaurant in town. Well deserved Michelin quotation. Nice quite place on old traditional building. Great service. Nice wine list and even very good inedit beer from Spain. To be recommended

Wow... Exquisite dining and quality. Desserts took top honors. And the presentation is impeccable. Thai fine dining at its best. Reminds me of saneh jaan.Back again after 9 months. Quality of food has dropped much since. Aircon is non existent. Left me sweating while door is open letting in mozzies.Another gem lost its lustre. Bye Celadon. Will miss you.

What an amazing Thai food experience. Everything from the food to the service was amazing. The ambiance was excellent - they had a traditional Thai dance show happen twice during our meal in the corner of the room, not too loud or overpowering, just very eloquent. Our server was very attentive and made great recommendations. The location is also off the road so you feel like you’re in a resort. I highly recommend!!

Great restaurant

The seven of us went all the way from the airport to Celadon for dinner. We had only one night in Bangkok and the Celadon was recommended by a friend.Nice, cool and quiet.My wife had the tasting menu. I had a tom yum Kung. Others had pomelo salad, tom Kar gai..... I ordered soft shell crab in yellow curry. At the end all were happy.Some of us had mango with glutinous rice- well who wont while in Thailand. It was served together with a coconut ice cream.Well, we ordered extra coconut ice creams and left extra happy.

A small restaurant nestled among the greenery of Sukhothai Bangkok, it gives you an impression of dining in the greenhouse. We had a set lunch arranged. Starter was steam minced chicken dumpling in the shape of a flower. Main course includes a variety pork, duck and asparagus with steam rice follow by assorted Thai dessert.

We came to the restaurant due to tripadvisor and good recommendation around 22:05.We extra took a cab for 30 min to reach the destination. When we arrived,customers were still sitting inside eating but the lady at the entrance laughed at us and told us:We just have kitchen untill 22:00....We tried to negotiate with her but without any success.For the future costumers:Please change the opening hours in internet,so people know that they should come untill 21:00 to be able to eat there!!!!!

Nice Thai restaurent. Especially Mussaman curry and Kao phad(fried rice with crab meatwere good.

Authentic Thai cruisine with excellent service, as well as live traditional performance during dinner. A good place to bring your foreign VIP guests who visit Thailand for the first time.Given the relatively high price, I’d expect more in terms of the food and its presentation.

Celadon serves authentic Thai cuisine, a celebration of the senses - in Thai style. Ordered the tasting menu at THB2,200++ Per person.Starters was Chiangmai green chilli foam, crispy pork skin and touch ginger (nice crispy and spicy), followed by Raw wagyu beef salad, aloe vera, fresh herbs from the garden (excellent beef with mixture of herbs to bring out flavours and melt in mouth texture). The soup was traditional lotus stems in Coconut soup, Japanese cockles and onion paste sea shell (this may be where the authentic Thai taste comes in - to me the soup just wasnt able to bring out the flavours - only the salty taste).Main course is Steamed snow fish, northern style crab paste fresh herbs in banana leaves (they placed the banana covered fish into a Clay pot to steam it before servingand pork spareribs in southern yellow curry jackfruit seed and raw dinner banana (its on the spicy sideso does well with the rice ( the organic black rice was the best, full of individual flavorful taste). Desserts was baked Coconut husk and pandan pudding young Coconut meat (pandan flavours did not materialize, just sweetness)All in all a pleasant meal, and most enjoyed the beef salad and organic rice.

We had a nine courses tasting menu dinner here last night and the meal was amazingly mind blowing meal for us. The quality of the foods is exceptional and a few of them are rare authentic sophisticated Thai dishes which you cannot find it on street or regular Thai restaurants due to complication and complexity of its preparations and cookings. Not only the quality but also their presentation is very tantalizing.I don’t understand why this upscale sophisticated Thai restaurant has been underrated. Exceptional foods, ambience, and impeccable services. this restaurant should be ranked amongst top five best Thai restaurants in Bangkok.

The location is superb, the food is typical and sophisticated. Service is perfect.We could also enjoy Thai dance while enjoying our delicious meal. A little expensive for Bangkok standards but totally worth it. Great spot

If you are after delicious Traditional Thai Cuisine and you dont mind to pay extra for it, this is the place you have to visit. The restaurant is located in a perfect location, with beautiful surroundings. The staff is very polite and helpful, but most importantly the food is super delicious here. My personal favourite, the Tom Yum soup, was one of the best I have tried in Bangkok. However, you wont be disappointed with choosing something else neither. Perfect place for romantic lunch or dinner.

Today I tried 12 courses Thai cuisine tasting Menu.First dish, 2 pieces of Mango and top with sugar, chilli and salt.2. 1 piece Kanomkok made from rice berry + coconut pudding Top with blue crab meat *.3. Miang with peanut crispy with spicy tamarind salad.4. Yum lobster with tamarind salad and fresh tomatoes.5. Seafood Tom Yum. White shell made from pure coconut milk. when they pour Tom yum soup shell will melt into Tom yum water. *.6. The rice bowl of the twelve tastes is not like the rice-paddy, we have a taste like a chili, but the twelve of them..7. Lobster Lon Rice-Beef Toyohama.8. Kao Soi Kao is famous from North of Thailand. It has crispy egg noodle on the top with sauce. Sauce is similar to Nam price long. It’s not spicy9. Fried lotus dip with sweet peanut sauce..10. Duck Panaeng Curry with durian comes with rice in coconut Its tasty. People who dont like to eat durian. The smell of durian is not so strong*.11. Soft Banana Coconut ice cream. Bananas are from Nonthaburi and Phetchaburi. Not too sweet*.12. Talingpling Floating in sweet syrup with a decorative blanket..My comment. The tasting menu is takes long time but it’s good for my stomach not so full. But It’s expensive. It comes small portion. Theres only one big menu that is lobster salad. I love how chef create the menu and select good ingredients.12 course charge 3,600 THB + + per session. Exclude drinks. If you wants to be a pair with wine. Celadon is an excellent Thai restaurant at the Sukothai which is a 5 Star hotel in a beautifully landscaped setting.The food is more formal in the Royal Thai tradition and is quite expensive but worth it!
