Out of the way, and quiet. Ron takes good care of you. Give him a try. McCooks quietest motel.They also plow the snow. Unlike many of the others.

Called to see about availability, office guy Ron was really rude. I was told its $5 extra per person or pet. For Animals I understand a fee, but a fee for a person? I asked if there were a few room available or if this was the last on and they responded with I have a room do you want it or not. I said absolutely not. Not after that would not recommend.

There were stains on pillows and towels. They only made one of the beds each day. Quiet place and affordable but that was the only good thing.

Very nice place. Would give 5 stars but it is so dim with the lighting they have. Either need brighter bulbs and white lamp shades or a couple more lamps. Need to switch out the dark shower curtain for a white/ ivory one for same reason. To dim and dark in the shower to see what youre doing.

I always preface my reviews by stating that I typically stay 150 nights a year in motels as I travel a lot for work. This place is great. You can park right by your door, the rooms are clean, and it is in quiet location off the main road. It isnt the Hilton but it is a good place to stay the night. I was here a week and I wish all motels were like this. The owner Ron is an awesome guy. One night when we were there he cooked steaks on his grill and invited us to join him.

Pilot Car! I had a great stay here at a good price. If youre in town check it out. Flat-screen and good shower pressure. The only thing missing is a more comfortable chair in the room.

A little older and a little smaller with a price a lot smaller than anything else in town. Clean, comfortable, quiet its an exceptional value if you aint into fancy.
