Good food and service

Visited the place 3 years ago, and this week . Still as brilliant as it is .As for the menu, taste the Shawarma to get the true meaning of it

I never went across with such a bad service,very dissapointed,and the food wasnt fresh at all!

So after two years I decided to order today and as my last experience. Terrible taste and food for money. I will permanently add them to my block list.

Amazing food you wont be disappointed .very reasonably priced excellent service. And staff are also very friendly top class takeaway or sit down food

The good:Food came quite quickly, staff was friendly.Overall kebab was not too big but enough to make me full and tasted fresh and juicy, would definitely get it again and its one of the better ones I had.Interestingly place also sells branded lighters with the restaurants name on it (Came in handy when I realised I didint have one, probably catered a bit more to the city)In terms of what could be better:Wasnt asked if i wanted to sit in or out (seating options quite limited too)No napkins or forks provided with food.Overall great food and a pleasant experience.

Really nice place. Great atmosphere. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Food at first look may appear a little on the higher end but it is well deserved for a generous portion and really authentic taste. I cannot recommend enough and will surely visit again when in the area. Mind you parking can be tricky to get but there are plenty of options for same if you manage to navigate the new outlays.

3 times now iv asked for a garlic sauce dip,never got it the first time so when I rang for second order they said I’d get an extra 1,apparently after asking they said it wasn’t on file,ok I said can u make sure I get 1 now I’ll pay,never got it second time or tonight,didn’t even bother ringing about it but the garlic mushrooms were no good with out it,make sure ppl they write what u want down or Ull never get it!!!

Went here after a night out. Food is average. Staff dont work well under pressure but OK to order and go.

I was in this place this morning after browsing around the market, met this little Irish girl and I have to say the way she spoke about her job and the Lebanese food.. We left with food we didnt even know we wanted!! So refreshing to see somebody who loves their job and is passionate about it! You could see how happy she was to work here by how she spoke about the place, it was a little busy but she made sure we felt looked after and I say good job to the employer, you dont find many places like this anymore. The food I was recommended was so fresh and tasty, I had never tried it before but definitely will be returning with my husband. Usually I dont leave these kind of reviews but I got a notification to leave a review from google and this young girl stuck with me! Very impressed will be back.

The lady on the counter side which she pretends to be a manager she is totally ignorant and so rude with customers she is uneducated person who is working there suppose to be good, I even don’t want to give one star to this restaurant unhealthy rude stuff food was old and cold I reckon to not waste money on there.

Food was amazing. As a family we went for breakfast. We had pancakes with Nutella and fruit. Eggs royal with salmon an ommlette and I had the Irish fry. All of us thoroughly enjoy breakfast and had freshly squeesed orange juice tea and coffee....5 star breakfast. Stay were very friendly...

My husband got from this place burger and taco fries.Burger had huge pieces of onion, they werent even sliced, bun was too soft and bottom was destroyed. Lettuce with huge pieces too and sauce was really bad.1 star for meat in burger which was nice.Taco fries was most discussing we ever had, sauce was just ketchup on taste not even taco sauce. Everything was bad in it, including meat and soaked fries.

Favorite place to go for shisha can’t wait until they open again. Really good Lebanese food that is cooked fresh right in front of you in their open kitchen!!! Have all of my company meetings here! 10/10 would recommend

There woman on the phone was very ignorant. Food was nearly half hour late so i asked to cancel it and was told no i cant but then said shed cancel it but refused to give any refund. Absolutely disgusted and will never order there again and i will be sure to tell everyone else not to order there either. Disgraceful!!!

Average food, bit pricey for two chicken shawarma. No nice fresh flat bread, little salad, but was reasonably tasty.

Nice place for some good quality Lebanese food and Shisha.... Reasonable prices, good ambience. Nice breakfast and lunch deals...Grill was overcooked though..

Terrible customer service, Caesar salad was possibly the worst Ive ever had. If you want to be disappointed please get the caesar salad. If there was a minus ratings option it would be getting minus 5.

Worst place ever if I could give zero stars I would.... Ordered food waited for over an hour then it was cold rang to complain and was told dont eat the food new food on the way 45 min later foods arrived but driver refused to give it unless we gave back cold food (ready for driver when he calledand an extra €10 on top of what we already paid €22.50 had to phone the guards after manager hanging up on me twice total discrace of a restaurant feel sorry for the driver because his boss is now going to doc his wages... A note is now on there computer that we are never allowed to get food from here again but really there is no way I would ever want to order from them again if thats the way they treat there paying customers I can only imagine how they treat there staff....

Ordered pizza chicken dippers and a garlic chip the other night. €20 worth of food went into the bin!! Pizza was like chewing tasteless cardboard with no toppings. Garlic chip was like eating cold chips smothered in plain mayo 🤢 chicken dippers stale could bait it off a wall and it would bounce back. First and last time ever ordering

It looks like a cafe but the quality of the food and the service was exceptional. Four of us had pizza and drinks and it was very reasonably priced as well as super tasty.Next time I go there I am going to try the Lebanese food. Yum!...........Best kebab in Limerick its always fresh and they also have good brown sauce chips with cheese. Recommend it to everyone!.......

This is a top tip. Friendly service and good food. Was a gastro experience I was very surprised with. Only criticism is that there is no sugar free kids juice available.

It wasn’t nice. The falafels outer crust tasted burnt and bitter. The waitress just took our order, came with the food and left. Never asked if we needed anything or how our meals were.

In the vast amount of shisha cafes Ive been to, in over 20 countries, never have I have ever seen a cafe charge 1.50 euro for each COAL, on top of the initial 15 euro. The place had constant drunks coming in.

Delicious and really homemade food in a rustic Charme Bistro in a lovely and lively part of Limerick city. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The food in this place is rubbish, the falafels were definitely not fresh, seemed like they were from a packet, its called a falafel platter but its just a portion of falafels with dried out pitta a dollop of homous and a little salad. The service in this place was horrendous I was told by the "so called" manager that I was pulling faces when she gave me dry cracked pita and that it wasnt nice to behave in such a way. I am paying for my meal and it definitely wasnt a freebie so I have every right to be annoyed if Ive been served pita that is not breakable, ended up having a confrontation with this so called manager that stated she was not going to give me the number for the boss. I would not recommend this place nor go back.

Beautiful falafel and hummus platter....amazing Shisha Bar in the back fully cover and heated....Fresh Pizza and Kebabs and open until late .....top class
