Caucasus Tavern in Artashat

Good value food and decent service.I ate here a few times and each time despite the restaurant being maybe only a quarter full any single diners such as myself were always seated in a far back corner away from anyone else, one table only has a view of the kitchen door, hence the 2⭐ rating for atmosphere. It maybe different if you go as a group.

Just a classic one star place. Nothing special.

Food not bad. Waiter very rude. Wouldn’t return.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to have dinner there. The worse service in my life. I ordered Khachapuri and it was with totally raw. And we waiting for the food bill etc so long. Also no tissues on the table. Staff is not friendly at all.

Finally a restaurant that is welcoming to foreign tourists! Excellent food and friendly staff- thank you!

Food was ok however the waiters dont seem to like English customers.

If I could would rate 0.Started with not great customer service, wr waired long until someone took order. Was not even busy in restaurant.Food was not fresh, we pointed out many times to staff,that food not hot, colour was steange and u could see kyufta already went dark and butter did not even melted, bread was not freshly made as wss pre heated then turned hard stine, khinkali was exploded and all juice was out. Then last we ordered bbq fish but it came cold not even sign off being of fire. Staff was just not admiting that food is not fresh. We left all as was not possible to eat. Been so many retaurants in Yerevan and tasted freshly made food, but Caucadus Tavern just disrespected customers and this is can lead to poisoning ppl with not fresh food.They did not apologised just said will pasd it to kitchen! All they done. We paid for food we did not even eat. Poor place. Will not suggest.

Delicious food, good place.BUT:1. Accidentally terminal stoped working. Actually didnt see it at all. Had to pay in cash. (after that some guys payed by card)2. Our bill was 14k. We gave 20k. Were waiting for the change about 25 minutes. No one was going to give us change till we asked waiter. And he lied twice on one hour that there is an issue with cash box. But our change appeared in 10 seconds.Horrible experience. Lies and only lies.

My family and I ate here 2 times. Our first time was great. We had amazing food and we were sat in the family areas because there werent that many people. The staff are helpful and nice. Theres free WiFi and its fast.The second time was not that great. There were a lot more people and we could feel that some of the staff are stressed. I think it was the manager that was of rude to us. We met her by the door and she gave me a weird look and did not say hello. We kept asking if we can move to the family areas because we were sat in the middle and people kept walking by us and distracting us. It was my birthday so my mom wanted it to be special but the manager said no in a rude way and just ignored us. We regret eating here on my birthday and wished we ate somewhere else.

What a discovery! Loved it!We went there 2 times while in Yerevan. Recommended!

Good food, big space, poor indoor ventilation in private rooms and for some reason, waiters upstairs work better than waiters downstairs. They are even more polite!! I dont know how and why but after 4 years of visiting, the system is still the same!

I love this restaurant. The speciality of this restaurant are, its 24 hours service with authentic Armenian food. The food is great and I love the interior of this restaurant. I highly recommend this place. They have variety of authentic Armenian cuisines with great wine.

This place used to be one of the best restaurants years ago, today unfortunately its far from being good. The food was mostly frozen and warmed up, which we didnt like and the waitress was rude. From all we ordered we liked stuffed peppers, which was freshly made and took too much time to prepare it, so they brought it after the second.The crowd is locals. I wouldnt advice to visit this place.Three stars are missing for ruder staff, frozen food and wrong sequence of serving.

The food was really delicious. I had "khash" which is an armenian traditional food. It was over chalker fire, and it was warm till i finished. Gayane was our server, she was a nice and professional waitress. I am pleased with food and service. I would recommend for sure.

The food is delicious and i enjoy it.You will taste the authenticity of the food. Been sitting for a half an hour looking for the waiter to attend for my order and finally someone came. If i didnt give them a shout and asks them, no one will care. The Service is bad.

Very friendly service, large range of good quality food at very reasonable prices.

The club was alright, the music was good. For the table they wanted to skimp us. They usually charge 37000 for a table with a bottle. They wanted to charge us 50000. They usually do this if youre a tourist. So keep an eye out.

Very tasty food.Unfortunately, the place is small. Thats why it becomes overcrowded and noisy in the evening despite of having your own small apartment.

Cheap, unpretentious, and hearty Armenian and Georgian fare. Large menu. Restaurant is open 24h and quite busy also in the middle of the night.

Very goog place, here you can eat tasty and good foods. The prices are normal. Workers are good. Nice interier. Looks to the road which mean what you can sit eating and see to your car. What no one damage your car.

The food is average but good for pricing. Service mid level. Great for night time since it is the only place working 24 hours and good for gatherings or very late dinners :)

They brought very salty fish, better to say 1 kg. salt inside of dry fish, and told as its exactly what my husband wanted.

I have visited the Kavkas Tavern a number of times. The food has been consistently good except for once when old oil was used to fry the potatoes. Bad. What stands out though is the service. On my last visit the waiter literally listened to my whole order, which was long and diverse, without writing a single thing down. What makes this truly impressive is that everything came just as ordered. Nothing less nothing more. This is to be expected at a fine dining restaurant, but here? Props. Highly recommend for your date or your group if you’re wanting classic, we’ll-prepared Armenian/Georgian cuisine. Keep it up Kavkas and don’t let me down!

Good food, just a little too salty. Nice, attentive servers who speak English. Main courses came before we finished the starters.

Guys, keep away from this place!!!! Wine we took was mixed with water, meat old and smelly. Hachapuri we ordered never appeared. Besides, shashlyk was raw inside and burned from outside (check the picture). Prices too high for this quality, defenetely not worth to go there.

Many testy things you can find there. Not all dishes are testy, but many are. The prices were ok compared to other places. Interior design is nice. There are old style looking cabins that gives additional comfort and pleasure.

This place is the only affordable restaurant in town. Good options for vegetarians. Some times the service average time is 20 mins, although the main dishes are all made fresh.Also, they have a non-smoking section on the first floor and private cabinets underground and sometimes with live music.

Veggie dolma and spinach with eggs were great. Espresso was great. Fried cheese was a bit cold, but the rest was great. Also good service.

Nice setting, traditional cuisine, delicious food at moderate prices, personnel could act better at times but nothing to get you upset.

The menu is in four language with image of each meal. The main problem is their meat is so dry and in general, its quality is not good at all.

The food is good, the prices are friendly, the service will make you smile if you’ll show some tolerance and patience :seriously, I had my hesitations first few minutes but they vanished after the ice was melted

Everything was fine except the Dolma with grape leaves. The Rabbit BBQ was excellent!

I went while it was quiet on a Monday evening. The service was excellent, the food tasty and the prices cheap. There is a non-smoking section which is a godsend in Yerevan. A great choice for solo or group eating.

One of the best places in Yerevan. Food is delicious, not pricy. They have even Georgian corner in the restaurant. If you wish you will be served with traditional Georgian dishes.

Excellent place, very goods Armenian food with lots of choices and really cheap. The place is huge so its likely youll find a table but be careful because a lot of people go there so of you want make a reservation.
