The cathedral is very nice, well kept and with a lot of history and interesting facts or weird things. You can easily discover them thanks to free guided tours available (in French). The guides are very knowledgeable and easy to listen to, you can join any of them at any point of their tour. I find this is a great service for the community!

The stairs to heaven...I finished my wine tasting in greniers saint jean and decided to do a little walk in the city...Then I came across Cathedrale Saint Maurice DAngers.... its stairs are tiring so i rested in church with the lord...I loved the cityHighly recommended

I like this place, there is very silent and peaceful, even i always visit there every week end, you can see maximum of the city from there because this cathedrals placed in top of the mountain,

Very cool, the sculptures surrounding the front door are under restoration and therefore you cannot see them, but definitely worth a visit!

A beautiful building and the atmosphere of the whole building very thought inspiring . The lighting is dimmed down to allow the stain glass to become a spectacular feature. Well worth a visit.

I got there and the chanting was just starting. Maybe check times for this before going. Really nice to experience this. Maybe read the wiki page before going so you know what to look out for.

This is a very historic Catholic building, when we visited there were repair works underway which detract a little as we couldnt see all of the building, but its well worth it as it is worthy of attention and maintenance. Mind the step on the way in theres a bit of a drop

Unique and fits perfectly for AngersEverything is this city is harmonic, a great religious place that you feel the greatness of peace, love and faith when you are inside. Lots of history like all other Cathedrals in France, in a huge simplified presentation. God Bless.
