Caterpillar Playground in Mandurah

Great fun for kids of all ages! Highly reccomend visiting with a picnic rug and some refreshments. Toilets are also on site and water fountains.

Great activities for children from 1upwards.Love that it was wheelchair accessible and included perks you dont often get like a flying fox, large sustainable/nature play areas and diggers

Still waiting on the wifi to be put back on. Its merely for the kids though.But one thing my kids and i enjoy going there after weekends ,where people have parties and we pick out all the 10cent containers out of the bins!

Great playground for all ages. However, the amenities needed cleaning.

Plenty of space, shady areasBBQs and lots of play equipment. Kids had a ball!Whole area was litter free and well maintained.

Very safe place for children and had a good lot of sheltered tables. Had a three years old birthday celebration, was a very enjoyable time and place. 😊

It was a fun place for kids however riddled with mosquitoes and for someone allergic it made it quite unbearable

More like mosquito playground, excellent place for the kids to get out energy, but make sure you take some repellant, it was brutal even during the day.If you do forget though, do what i did and race to the BCF nearby, they have it near the counter.

A wonderful playground with plenty of space for the kids to roam. Being fully fenced makes it ideal for the younger kids.

It was perfect for my two year old. He absolutely loved it and I could relax knowing he was safe.

Definitely going to bring along a BBQ lunch or tea next time. It is super safe with a good fence and gate and lots of interactive things for the children to do.

My grandkids love this park. Great that it is enclosed. Those of you with "little runners" will appreciate it!!! Many items to climb over, swing on, slide down as well as a basket ball hoop and sand play areas. Added bonus of a zip line!!!

Lovely park. Ample amount of parking. Fully fenced and safe for kids. My kids loved it. Lots for kids to play and enjoy. Good for outing for families and to organise birthday party. Safe and secure, well maintained swings. Toilets were clean too.

I absolutely love this place for my kids. Plenty to keep all entertained and the facilities are clean

Fantastic variety of play equipment, fenced off with toilet facilities outside of the gated area. Picnic tables, drink fountain and BBQs, BMX track next door. Mosquitoes are awful unfortunately so bring repellent. Birds have grown used to food from people so they could potentially become problematic in the future.

This is a secured playground with self closing gates, theres different equipment for the children to play on and an area with a bbq for cooking. Heaps of grassed areas for a picnic or two and where the children can wear themselves out.

Went here for the first time today. Word of warning: the sprinkles go off outside the entrance wetting the path on Wednesday at 9am, inside two areas of the playground wetting half the equipment and picnic tables at 10 and 10.30am.Other than that surprise, it was a good playground. Lots if shade, and lots of sun. Fully enclosed, lots of things for little kids to do and play with. You can take a blanket and have a picnic, public toilets right outside the gate. You can stay all day if you take everything you need.

A great place for kids as it is fully fenced with a child gate. A couple more bbq/table areas wouldnt go astray as it is quite popular.

The park needs more older kids stuff like maybe a fort or a big viking boat, a maze etc. The Kwinana playground has all that stuff and also a wet area of sprinklers for the kids, more seats for picnics.

Great enclosed playground where parents can leave their kids to their own devices and relax! Plenty of options for the kids. This will be more suitable for kids below 10 I feel. Overall a great place

Very big generous open space with nothing in it really. There are activities for kids of all ages but very limited considering the space. Could be so much better imo.

Lots of options to choose from for kids, even has a zipline. Barbeques and shaded area available plus toilets. Best thing about this playground is that it is gated, so I can let my toddler play without any fear of him running away on the road

What an amazing park.Its fenced so you dont need to worry about rogue kids running away! And the equipment has been fitted out for kids of all abilities. Lots of shaded areas and also a bbq. Fantastic picnic/play area.

Great playground for the kids, fenced so even better. Only downfall is that it hadnt got anything else near it. Like no coffee. Dont love the location but its a pretty good park and still worth a visit if you have younger kids.

Great,large park. BBQs are really good, only two of them, though. Great big shady trees and a few shade areas with chairs and tables.

Nice clean park that is fenced off so the kids can just roam free and you dont have to worry about them running onto the road or up the street.

Excellent place to go with a young family, as it is completely encapsulated by a fence with a childproof gate. A large area with good lines of sight so they cant lose you. Not a place for dogs though. Kickass flying fox and swings too. My only gripe is its right next to the BMX track which is quite loud with people and a PA system on the weekends.

Only good park in town for someone like me. (Multiple kids under 5fully enclosed and away from the roads, if you have kids that like to try and run off and dont pay any attention to traffic, this is the place to go

So nice and clean. Massive playground for kids and just on the estuary. Great for crabbing and canoeing. There are also bathrooms just a bit down toward the bridge.

Great play area fully enclosed with lots of shade, my boy has a blast everytime we are there. Its a pity some see the need to damage or deface the equipment, so just check its OK before using.

Great little park for all kid orientated things I.E b-day partys play dates etc.just make sure you bring some mozzi spray as there are a few around.

Awesome playground with things for all ages kids...from flying fox to an obstacle course, swings and much more, including BBQs. The kids are safe within the locked gates & outside the gates theres plenty of toilets. Always kids parties happening & theres an open BMX track next door.

Love this park. Its completely secured so you have no worry about kids wondering onto the road and theres something different for every age :)

Great local park, council has been progressively improving it lately. Flying fox, free BBQ, swings, multiple sets of play equipment. Fence to keep wayward todlers in.
