Es una de mis lugares favoritos, no por la iglesia en sí, más bien porque siempre esta limpio, organizado y muy bello, en el paque los fines de semanas confluyen muchas personas, tanto feligreses como seculares, para esta temporada navideña junto al ayuntamiento municipal es un lugar para visitar pues hacen villancicos y otras actividades.

The cathedral was the first concrete building built in the country with the first shipment of cement to reach the island, marking the beginning of the urban modernization of the Dominican Republic. The cathedral stands out for its gigantic bell tower that can be seen from anywhere in the city.

Lindos paisaje y esta cerca del ayuntamiento y el museo donde puedes ver mas de la historia dominicana si eres turistas y buscas un bello lugar para tus fotos aqui esta una de las catedrales mas bellas del pais

Esta iglesia es hermosa, una estructura muy Bonita y bien cuidada. Fue en el año 1910 cuando se inició la construcción de este bello templo parroquial.La catedral se convirtió en la primera edificación de concreto construida en el país con el primer cargamento de cemento que llegó a la isla, marcando el inicio de la modernización urbanista de la República Dominicana.

It is a Catholic Cathedral, it has has been kept beautifullly, clean and well decorated for the Holidays.You can make a visit from 7am to 7pm.There are daily masses at 7am and 7pm.Please visit correctly dressed.

Very very beautiful place. It is gorgeous inside as it is outside. The surrounding area holds its little hidden gems as well. Inferring of the cathedral is the fresh fish market (la barcaand behind it is Iberia Supermarket and Juan Duarte Park.
