Caspian Pizza in Acocks Green

Rude staff, always forgets something weather its sauces or drinks.

Just called Caspian in accocks green branch to tell them can I still use my voucher as I forgot to order the date it was suppose to be the man on the phone didn’t understand plain English and was so rude when I said can you give someone else the phone who understands English he said there is no here and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was saying when he couldn’t understand himself and just slammed the phone. No respect for customers just plain rude and don’t understand a word of English

Love this place, been going for ages, their Californian Chicken it is the best out of all the franchises.

just ordered from caspiansone drink was missing .a can of dr pepperrang the shopexplained my drink was missing from the £20+ orderhe said to get in touch with uber eats its not his problem!was quite abrupt and rude with his response...i couldnt understand his accent ..i told him i ordered from the shop.via ubereats but he couldnt understand meso abruptly said?which one tell me tell me just eat or uber eats!!i asked if he could sort it out as ive been charged..he said noi told him its very bad customer service and i will put it on the review on fb..he just said"what you gonna do ..go.on then go.on do it!and banged the phone down.HOW RUDEwill not be ordering from this shop.again.the hortid rude little man on the phone needs to.learn some manners absolutely horrid customer service.NEVER AGAIN .you put the order together but you missed an item..no apology or anything to rectify the problem....will also.let ubee eats know about this too!!Edit:my daughter has had dodgy stomach and nausea from food last night........wow i didnt order a side of food poisioning !!thanks caspions!!has this place been checked over by the health inspectors???

Overly priced even kids meals are so expensive. I dont think its worth it .! The manager is very tight on portions when it was owned by another manager this Caspian was amazing .non customer service skills.!

I usually order from them and I love there pizzas, but they cancelled my order last week. So I dont want to order again. 😕

Absolutely disgusting workers. After ordering food, I answered the door to the delivery man already in the porch pushing his was through the front door when I open it. This man continues to grab my cheek each time when delivering my food and tonight he had the cheek to grab my thigh !!!!Never had this problem with any other just eat resturants so my guess he is a driver for this specific resturant... Will not be ordering from this resturant again. I feel extremely uneasy that this man knows where I live.

I would give this pizza place 0 stars, ordered my food through their app and got it 45 minutes late. Their portions are not right, I ordered a regular pizza and the size was so small. Ordered 2 drinks and only was given 1 and that too was the wrong drink, like how bad can you mess up. Don’t order from this place

Amazing food, but what makes a good restaurant/takeaway is customer service and this particular Caspian pizza hasn’t got the friendliest of staff. One member of staff had rudely and coldly answered the phone, why pick up the phone if you can’t be bothered to do your job. Disappointed to say the least.

The customer service here is just terrible. I got my food and saw hair on it. So generally I called to tell them I was unhappy. But even so I just kept getting passed around until the manager was on the phone with me. He is a very rude and horrid man, said I was lying then LIED about closing everything. All in all just a very terrible experience with them, never coming here again cause they make it out like you are the problem. If I could give it 0 stars I would cause they do not even deserve one.

I put a online order on at 10.30 for delivery at 1pm. I had to ring the shop as it was 1.45 and no delivery, the shop was very rude to me, and said he cant help or refund me, my work mate then rang him and he was very rude to him as well.. the food finally came after 2pm with no toppings on and cold. I then rang the shop again and was swore at. Dont use the acocks green shop, unless you like being shouted and swore at and like cold pizza.

Brilliant place to get your pizza, hot and approachable staff.

Terrible customer service, when they got the order wrong and we complained, started swearing at my wife. Never ordering from them again. Please avoid at all cost

Made an order coming up to £12 on supermeal. I had already paid by card. An hour and 30 minutes later they called me and said there was no chicken and asked if I wanted a new order of £7 maximum. Lol.

Disgusting service never using again, ordered via Ubereats and paid for priority delivery waited up to 45 minutes before calling the restaurant to cancel as it should of been 25 minutes for delivery. Male on the phone has no respect speaking to customers on the phone especially female customers!!, needs to learn some manners. Put the phone down on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t contact them. Will be making a formal complaint and have complained to ubereats aswell

Wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star. Terrible customer service from the owner. Got my order wrong and told me to pay for something else if I didn’t want it. Please avoid this place if you’re hungry.I’m a 6ft plus male order a regular pizza to myself. This is what the slices looked liked….

Ate from this store a couple of times in the past, no more than 5 times and never had any issues where as the other night I had ordered a bbq pizza and garlic bread and had food poisoning over this weekend! Very disappointed made me so ill. Used out of date food or not cooked properly clearly! Avoid ordering from this store. They won’t be receiving anymore future orders from myself and the other person who had ordered with me was also ill. 0 star rating from me! Had to choose one star as wouldn’t let me post.

The pizza quality has gone done so much. Caspian used to be my favourite but They hardly put any toppings on the pizza anymore and have raised their prices in the last few years. This wont stand and you will lose customers as you have lost one today. If you want an alternative to Caspian try Variety Bites on stratford road, they are exactly like caspian but more toppings and better now, sad to say.

Please don’t eat here!The food hygiene standard is awful.I am appalled by the food I received that I wouldn’t even feed an animal, I couldn’t eat it.I had several items missing too and upon calling the store to complain I was told to contact just eat not them as it’s not their problem.It seems these businesses are using just eat as a scape goat.

Worst experience I have received, guys on the phone don’t understand a word of english and without a doubt will mess up on your order I can guarantee it. Management needs some training. Been a customer for a while but they have been taking the piss. Rather spend my money elsewhere so I found PizzaBank instead

Ordered two pizzas, some chips and 2 cans of soft drink. Order turned up without the drinks so my partner asked the driver where they were and he said it wasn’t his problem. We then called the restaurant and they were so rude and didn’t even offer an apology. Plus, the pizza was mediocre at best. Don’t eat here!

Ordered from just eat. Asked for a chicken tandoori but they sent me a vegetarian rang them up they said they send another one. In 20 min after half hour rang them to ask whens my original order coming they told me it be another 20 min. After hour waiting i rang again and they told me its been delivered when they havent and then called me a mother f***** and hung up. Never ordering from them again

Quality of the food is always good, but shame the staff cant understand anything when you make an order over the phone, I ask for 12 slice pizza and when I collected it was 8, when I made a complaint they said the person wrote large, I was like thats not my fault, but no sorry nothing at all,If you make an order for collection best to go there and then order

Ordered 2 x pizzas and 2 pieces of chicken and fries. Chicken was old, not fresh. Stale coating. Pizza was terrible value for money. Too much bread and only a small amount of chicken in the pizza. Did not get any sauces.Stay away.

You cant fault this place. Pizzas are delicious, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Staff are always polite and welcoming. The fries are so tasty, double fried with a coating. Plenty of deals with great variety. 🤤

Really!!! 2 piece chicken and fries * 28inch pizza. I mean when was the chicken fried it tasted like the day before horrible burned coating that had crumbled off all over the fries dry day old chicken in side. Well done for the pizza but if I wanted chicken from the day before I certainly wouldnt be ordering and paying for it. Wont be ordering from here EVER again.

WHY do we not have the option to give it 0 stars??? the WORST service ever, they never fail to get an order wrong.They dont understand basic english like "ONE CHICKEN BURGER WITH SALAD AND MAYO" howeverwhen it comes to money they definitely know their maths and make sure they take the correct amount even when the delivery driver knows the order is incorrect in the bags.I have used this place in a total of 7 times, and every time i think ill give them another chance, but after 7 times of getting my order wrong, its safe to say i will NEVER order from their again.

Was okay. The shop was cold like colder than outside. Could see my own breath and all sorts. I would never want to eat in. Its not very warm and welcoming in that sence. The staff are friendly and polite. I was short changed though. I was given the correct change after telling the man. The pizza was okay like I wouldnt go out of my way to order Caspian when pizza hut is literally across the road. It was my nieces choice.

We have been a regular customer for the last 10 years. Last night, we ordered a pizza and today my child woke up throwing up and feeling sick. I called them to let them know but, they just wouldnt listen. The man kept saying everything fresh, nothing wrong with our food and then put the phone down!!! Never going back to that place.

Poor service, ordered half and half pizza chips and cherry coke. When opened the box a spider was running around and my coke was missing.Manager said no spiders are in the building and nothing could be done because I had no Photos like the spider was going to hang around and smile for a photo

The food is good! But the customer service is poor, in particular, the eldest- and slightly bald-headed guy. He is from another world and I dont think he has every dealt with humans elsewhere!

Ordered online paid by card and food arrived swift and was hot. BUT it wasnt nice. Ordered 12" thin crust but didnt think it would be that thin. Ordered normal chicken and tandori. There was no normal chicken on it and the tandori scrapings were full of fat lumps. Ordered extra peperoni but received less than normal amount. The pizza was dripping in oil i couldnt eat it. Also ordered choc cake for 2.50 it was like rubber sponge with melted choc maybe they thought the heat from the pizza bag would moisten the cake up. Who knows. I spent £15 and ive still got to cook its not on so dissapointed. I wont order from them again. 2 stars for hot and fast.

Fast delivery, correct pizza. Some other branches have started selling garlic bread slices for the same price as a regular garlic bread pizza but the Acocks Green one doesnt rip you off.

Consistently good every time. Been around for over 15 years and still going strong, thats a testament itself to how good the food and service is.... Best pizza around, and thats even with pizza hut across the road.Highly recommend, especially their california chicken

It used to be the best pizza place in birmingham but now its the worst . I ordered a pizza today abd after waiting for 50 min they delivered the wrong pizza and didnt send the sides . When i called them back to make them aware they started arguing saying they sent the correct stuff and then cut me offf. When i called back they wouldnt pick up because they knew they wore wrong . If i could give them a 0 honestly i would . Theres many nicer pizza places around which treat there customers with respect

Caspian pizza used to be a good takeaway. However I have noticed that a month or so ago there was a change in the management. The staff are so rude especially the manager. He needs to learn how to speak to customers and first upmost English. I went there not too long ago and ordered a pizza. All I heard in the background and even in the front was swearing and shouting in their own language. I found it so rude personally and the food was served half an hour later and also not to the standards they used to be. If I could rate it 0 stars then I would. This place need to be shut down, theres many other good takeaways around, will be not going back there again.

My kids love Caspian Pizza. The staff are very friendly,but for me the food is nothing special, hence 3 stars. The kids though, its 5 star.

I ordered a from the caspians app with an estimated delivery time of 45 mins. An hour later my food hadnt arrived so i rang and was told it was 2-3mins away. Nearly one hour and 45 mins later still no food when i rang i was told my order was cancelled as it wasnt within thier delivery radius. I demanded an explanation as i rang and was told it was coming and now was being told my order had been cancelled without my knowlegde. I was told they would speak to the manager and put me on hold. After i was on hold for 4 mins, they cut me off. And when i tried ringing back they were cutting my calls off!!

Nice and tasty pizzas. After renovation the sitting is comfortable in resturant. However in past we had some bad experiences with staff taking order over call. For some reason they always declined orders from b27.

Found hair in the pizza so phoned up and they said they would deliver new one if we kept the slices with hair chucking the rest in the bin, delivery driver comes back and requesting the pizza that was thrown in the bin with it already in the bin, we phone up the manager and didnt give us a proper apology and then hung the phone! Not happy!

Cheap takeaway with absolutely no concern to health of customers. The chips ordered had massive amount of oil and salt. Needed to ask for ketchup from the counter, they have not placed it on the individual tables. Pizza was very ordinary, you get what you pay for.

Had a take out meal deal. It was ok, nothing amazing. Got a good sized portion of chips which were nice bit the pizza I had was bbq and wasnt very tasty. Dont think it had any bbq sauce on really. It did come with the requested sauce bit this was just real cheap mayonnaise. Probably wont be going back as lots more places to try in the center of Birmingham.

i have ordered a extra large pizza with 3 pieces of chicken a extra potion of chips and bottle of coke. they didnt put any sauce with it. we used to order pizza from other shops as well but today am very disappointed. the guy who answer the call he dont know how to talk with customer. even i ask him what is your name he didnt answer he put the phone down bloody hell hate this shop never gonna call for anything. and he said that we dont give sauce with pizza f**k man....

Amazingly good, especially after a few beers. Agree with previous rating, Bombay bad boy is to die for! Its a shame the decor hasnt changed since 1992, but your not eating that are you...
