Food came cold waited another 50 mins after been on the phone to the shop prior for them to say it’s been made as we spoke, compulsive liar. Avoid at all costs having to re warm cold food that we paid £22 for great that, tried to blame the traffic on the roads during a lockdown at 6.30 at night do well to spot a car on the road at this time from where I live to the shop shocking excuse,

Usually absolutely amazing food. Got 2 bacon cheeseburgers and chips tonight and a garlic cheese pizza.Burgers were beautiful however the pizza was raw apart from the very edge and the chips were tasteless and rubbery.

I order food all the time from there and I got scraps of a kebab and I ordered an xl kebab wrap and it wasnt even a small kebab wrap and a lot of it was burnt whats going on with this placeThen I ordered today 29th of january me and my family were meant to share a 2 full xlkebab wraps and chips and guess what came 2 small tiny kebabs wraps not even equivalent to a small kebab wrap and it was not even able to share it to 4 people

Ordered a pizza at 7.58pm on 1/9/19 called 9.10pm and was told it had left the shop .... it finally came at 10pm cold. I did get my money back but thats not the point. I wont be back there

Pizza are always fantastic. Like all busy places bit of a wait but thats normal. Management run it very well. Try the chicken kebab. Really good! 👍🏻

Food poisoning! I threw up and fainted and then my stomach started hurting! I dont recommend this place to anyone and yes I have been there it is horrible.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the customer service when it was being delivered to my house. He just got to my door and he was banging on my Windows for 5 seconds to then decide to leave my pizza on the floor because he parked in the middle of the road...when he could of parked up and walked. Food was great, but you need to do something about the service, was absolutely appalling.

Bought pizzas on 17th May and order came wrong so phoned up and was told would remake and deliver. It was too late for us to wait to be remade so said we would just eat what came on the basis the y would not forget and look after us on next order. Amir said I won’t forget!!! Just ask for me !! . You guessed it, ordered tonight and mentioned our last experience when I ordered. The girl on the phone said I will speak to Amir for you. They delivered two full priced pizzas with full delivery cost. Will never order again!!!

Not for the first time, I have just got a pizza home which is covered in the mushrooms I asked very clearly to be left off. The man on the phone read my order back to me, confirming that they would leave off the mushrooms, but they didnt. I cant eat it, because when I say covered, I mean covered, so that was a waste of money and time. Also, there are hardly any of the other toppings on it compared to normal. Im not going to go back.

Genuine caring owner for one. Good food and I have have a hate of takeaways that deliver substandard TASTELESS food but This takeaway is a gem in a sea of mediocre careless establishments. He takes pride in his food unlike many who see food as a way of making a large profit with very little taste and value for money. I watched him put on hot coals well marinated chicken to go on pitta bread that you could tell was quality meat the way I would want my food to taste. I only wish as a four times a year orderer of food wished hid establishment was in Skipton. When it comes to setting standards many takeaways could learn this guys ethics of putting taste before profit. Give his standards a try and you will not regret the extra effort he puts in to make your order of a high standard for amazing competitive prices. Oh.. and our food last night put a smile and a swell on our kissers and belly.

Shocking service, must hire morons who can’t do a simple order. Sent the wrong food after nearly a 2 hour wait. Then rang back to say wrong food, waited another 45 min for the wrong food to be sent again, and even tried to ask for money for there mistake. Everything went in the bin! Shocking would never ever order from here again. Would give it no stars if I could!

Despite what the owners of the Caspian express will try and tell you, the review, although metaphorical in its vernacular, rang true to real life experience: I was treated horribly for politely enquiring about changing a can for a sauce on one of their deals, given a filthy look when collecting the food then mysteriously fell ill along with my wife the next day after eating their ‘food’.

Had two orders from Caspian pizza Carlisle within two weeks and both orders got delivered with things missing, cold and burnt (or as they call them “over cooked “they did redeliver the full order both times but with the same results!!!! Would advise to avoid

Chicken Parmesans are a speciality well worth having. Real pizzas and friendly service

Will never order from here again tried it twice now. Chicken kebab meat black on edges tasted burnt, pizza squashed up in box also burnt on edges. Disgusting, waste of money.

Best takeaway I’ve had , Parmesans are delish ,100% recommended . Staff are lovely and the food is spot on 😍

Absolutely shocking portion sizes we were all starving after wed ate, they forgot to put a wrap in but still charged when we called to organise another to be sent the man was unbelievably rude would not let me speak & insisted Id not orderd one even though I asked him to read order back, after organising to bring another they never turned up with it. Shocking service shocking food,would never give them the money again.

cheers mate ,that was the worst Parmo I have ever had in my life, dry and salty, and not enough food to feed a mouse, will never be ordering again
