Global selection of craft beers and ales on tap with kitchen serving gourmet burgers.
For the area reasonably priced. Good range of small brewery ales. Knowledgeable and friendly bar staff in a modern setting.
Great selection of beers! House chips with parmesan and truffle oil are a must!
Great burgers, a range of craft beers on tap and relaxed vibe, a great place!
The pubs not much to look at but more than makes up for this by the amazing range of beers on tap, which are constantly updated, the great staff (always happy to give you a range of tastersand pretty decent mix of meat and vegan burgers
Amazing choice of beers, great food and very friendly staff. Will definitely come back while Im around!
I love this place. Very good cask beers. The burgers are very good. I wish you could order them less than medium well. I don’t like ketchup, but they had on the side a Bloody Mary ketchup 5/5. The house chips 4/5. The bacon cheeseburger 4.5/5. Fun to sit outside and people watch. Friendly service.
Really fun pub with a large selection of craft beers. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it has a great atmosphere. A great place to stop by and share some pints!
Great place to have a good pint, didnt try the kitchen/food as I was on the run, but the atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone at the bar was friendly and open. I was provided with a few samples of beers, as the type I have asked for was not on tap/fridge that day. The one takeaway was the higher than usual prices for special beers (9+ pounds for a pint is just crazy for me), regardless of income levels :)
Glorious selection of beers. Lovely atmosphere. Genuinely caring staff.
Great first impression on my first time there: a unique place because I had never been to a place that looked like a Wendys Bar on the inside at first sight but was a pub, at least because there was a bar with taps with a food menu. It has a familial, homely feel; the burgers were exceptional, as agreed by the people I was with, and the chips served on trays were value for money at an affordable price (Ive usually been charged twice for a small bowl). The staff enjoy their job and make you feel welcome. We would definitely make another visit.
Fabulous selection of cask conditioned ales, food array of butters and pales
Super nice staff, great service. Excellent assortment of beer. Burgers left a lot to be desired, very dry and boring.
I used to live near this pub and returned this weekend after a couple of years. It looks quite different now, but glad to see it still has a wide range of lagers, stouts, wheat beer that are not too pricy for London standards, nice staff and that there is still live folk music on a Sunday. I paid around £5.50 per pint and £5.50 for truffle cheesy chips, enough for two people (£4 normal chips, plus main meals served here too)
Very large selection of beers either on tap or bottled. Staff are really kind willing to help. Food was great as with good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend.
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, large selection of very interesting beers and ciders. And to my surprise one of the best burgers I have had in some time. Will definitely come back next time Im in London.
excellent range of beers - cask, draught and bottles. good food too
A great selection of cask (well kept and served, keg and bottles. A good atmosphere, not overly loud, ideal for talking and dining. The menu was short, but the quality was high. Excellent burgers: the Cajun chicken was very tasty, as was the salmon. Highly recommended.
A really nice real ale experience. Helpful and committed staff and a great atmosphere. Nice basic food and NO television - a fantastic pub!
The lilleys ciders were fantastic. They didnt have any on draught so we tried pear and apple/blackberry. They were both excellent. The woman that served us was extremely friendly and helpful.
I did not expect to love the burgers and fries so much! Excellent place with an amazing list of brews.
Best pub in Pimlico. Lots of beer to choose from, good burgers and would recommend the cheesy truffle chips. A little pricey, but isn’t everywhere these days?
Always a pleasure visiting the Cask in Pimlico.Have been before, since 2019 recommendations from a worker nearby.Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.Made a booking earlier this week and my request was promptly responded to, thank you Glenn.Burgers are good and there’s many beverages on offer.Kind of a hidden gem in many ways, as you would be surprised how peaceful and quiet the vicinity of the area is.I would recommend and plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor.Much appreciated team Cask!
Been established now for a good number of years, Cask is a great real ale emporium, ten hand pumps, a myriad of taps and bottled beers, exceptionally well-maintained cellar. A small bar menu. It doesnt look much on the outside, being the ground floor of a low-rise red brick apartment block and featuring only a couple of plain windows; inside isnt much either, quite bare, like one of those sixties retro chic places. Seats dont have deep backs so dont sit leisurely or youll tip backward. The real attraction is the bitter and the knowledgeable team that dispenses them. I had Barnsley Ale from Yorkshire, my friend had something called Tenderfoot. Both very good. Pimlico is a forgotten corner of London. Its not very touristy and everyones either local or in the know. The pubs tend to be full because the residents can afford the prices. [A bit of sociopolitical comment there]. Overall, a great pub with superb ever changing beers. Recommended.
Excellent changing choice of beer on tap.Pleasant and welcoming surroundings, but most importantly friendly and knowledgeable staff!
We stopped in for a quick drink and burger and we werent disappointed. The service was great and the food was perfect. The atmosphere was just right for relaxing and enjoying a drink with my wife. Id definitely recommend.
This was a FANTASTIC place to hang out at. Many locals seemed to just love to sit and chat. We had some great burgers some local Cask beers. The service and food was FANTASTIC! Thank you.
Best selection of beers for miles around, and they get bottles you just cant get anywhere else in central London. Add in friendly, knowledgeable staff and great food. Superb.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff - good range of beers from "session" to "visit the building society first". A few of the regulars are into horse racing. Modern, bright, comfortable. Top class burgers. A fun pub.
I am not normally a burger lover but I like these because the Cask Pub & Kitchen uses quality locally sourced patties. Pavement seating for out door dining plus rarely seen draft craft beers and real real ales make this a perfect pre theatre venue. Less than 10 mins walk from Wicked or Hamilton
Has a fantastic and changing range of interesting, unusual and really great beers. Its location in a modern housing Block doesnt immediately look great, but inside its all about the beer and food. Menu is pretty aimple with usual burgers. Well worth a visit
Great find whilst on a weekend trip to London, only a very short walk from our hotel. Fantastic selection of craft beers and amazing staff, very friendly and chatty. If I lived near I would visit more often, but I would recommend anyone on a trip to London to seek this place out for a lovely relaxed beer in an environment where you can chat without having to shout over the sound of music.Really cant say enough about this place - Brilliant, thank you!
A funky type pub. Very good selection of beers. From porters to ale to craft beer plus Lots of different types of bottle beers. The Beers are kept well
One of the original craft beer bars, it was quiet when I visited. The service was attentive and welcoming, with a range of different beer styles available. Good choice to offer a limited menu of primarily burgers as these were of an excellent quality. Had a couple of beers, both were well kept and at the appropriate temperature.
The place for people who love beer and truffle fries. You’ll find amazing imports, hella strong and delicious sours and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tip: you can ask for extra Parmesan on the fries. Perk: sit outside and it’s dog viewing heaven.
Clive still has to convince me that this is the venue which did not open on a bank holiday Monday some years back when we schlepped to Pimlico... but then I would have never seen the interior until today.Burgers? Is that it?Conservative cask ale, Pollys keg suited palate.Thomas Crapper features, for those who appreciate the relevance.
Clean, fresh, easy to like. On trend good beer selection cask and bottle friendly barman. Would visit again.
Great beers and friendly staff, good chatting to the locals. I didnt try the food so cant comment but it looked pretty good.
Had a great lunch here. The burgers are just excellent, with a really generous portion of lovely fries. Prices fair for this area. The ales and beers are just fantastic. About 10 cask ales on, lots of keg and fridges full of bottles from all over the world.Cask ales fairly priced for this area. Kegs and bottled beers could be a touch cheaper. But well worth a visit. Recommended.
Amazing selection of beer. Great food and service. We went here every night on our cousinVisit just because the service, variety and quality was so good.
Rather nicely decorated pub hidden away a little inside a plain red brick building.Good selection of food and drinks; very friendly service.Had some chips, which were very nice and the portion was very generous.
Nice little neighborhood pub near our vacation rental. Great beer/ale selection as well. Very limited food menu consisting of burgers in various forms but that is a good thing as they are prepared and presented well. Extra love for the veggie burger (with halloumi cheese- simply delicious!
An establishment that welcomes with open arms, friendly staff, and fresh beer. The bar has a dozen cask lines, a handful of taps, and a broad bottle selection. The kitchen selection is a little less expansive, and has good burgers on offer.Although closing time is 2300, you may want to pick up cans or bottles to take away before then; the coolers with the take-away selection close earlier.
Awesome bar! I mean, there are a lot of great bars in London, but this one... This one has one of the best selection of independent beers I have seen so far.The selection often changes which makes it a great reason to come back.An other reason to come? The chicken Cajun burger! Best chicken burger ever! And finally, located in a quiet area, it’s really pleasant to sit and enjoy your beers outside
Youd think, given the area, this place would be yet another presumptuous English pub that are self-proclaimed craft beer-enthusiasts... they really do have a fantastic selection of craft brews and fridges full of amazing bottles and cans. Not to mention (despite being a bit preciousthe food did not disappoint. All around great place to try some decent beers and have a good meal. Good stuff!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This has been my favourite pub Ive visited in my 3 weeks in London. The beer selection is great, extremely interesting, and very reasonably priced. My burger was great, a perfect beer accompaniment. And the Sunday live folk music made for an amazing atmosphere. Ill be back for sure.
Took us too long to realize you have to order food at the bar... given that we were 1 of 2 tables seated in the restaurant you’d think the staff would mention that at some point? Ah well. Burger was decent and they have a good list of craft beer.
Great range of beers, super friendly staff and you can also get a real good burger here. If you like beer, get a few friends down. Gets busy, so maybe book ahead.
An extremely good selection of craft beer set in a comfortable, modern setting. It can get very busy but that is testament to how good it is. There are a large number of beers in all styles and from many countries. There are daily specials and rare or much sought after bottles (with an appropriate price tag). The food was served quickly and was very tasty - and perfect to soak up some of the stronger stouts we had.
If you like pies and love real ale you’ll be in pie beer heaven here. There are no lagers on draft or in bottles that are even remotely palatable though, and other than burgers and pies there really isn’t anything else edible on the menu. Friday staff are always on the ball however and, though limited, everything on the menu is proper quality. Get some decent lager in and you’ll get five stars!
Loved it. Great beer selection and as someone who doesnt actually drink beer usually, the midnight bramble was wonderful! Great atmosphere and staff is super friendly. We got the cheeseburger and the chicken burger and it was all delicious, wanted to go back for Sunday roast but it didnt work out.
