Pink Floyd was a great show the casino is a very nice place to attend.

Nice folks, clean facility. Lots of choices for gaming. I would recommend the Hub restaurant, as well. The seafood chowder and lobster dip were amazing. Special shout out to our servers, Eric, Patrick and Dominic! Thank you all for a fun evening 🤗

Loved it because it was just a really fun night. Burgers I would not get again food was mediocre but the band Scarlet were really awesome. An older Asian dude who was trim and kinda ripped for his age and older woman were dancing all night. He was romancing her and doing the splits and other things. That made it worth the visit along with scarlet and also the beautiful women dancing on the dance floor. It was just a really nice night. Hopefully the food gets better. I think the chef was trying he cant help if the food quality is not there.

It was very clean. My wife and I went the day after hurricane Fiona hit so it wasnt very busy. Smaller than I expected.

First time. Nice clean. Friendly staff. Won some. Lost more. It was fun

The buffet was closed as was the central bar. Service at the pub was slow. Some tables were also closed. Compared to other casinos game selection was limited and minimum bets were prohibitively high.On the bright side all staff were friendly and professional. The casino was clean and well laid out.

Went the other night before the Bryan Adams concert!! Had a couple drinks, put $5 in a dollar machine and won $150 lol. Not much to many, but put a smile on my face! Took my money and left!! Glad we finally have a casino here, one of the best things thats happened to Moncton in many years!!

I was publicly humiliated for the saying " jesus" in front of a cashier. She said I swore at her. I told her I didnt swear. Jesus is not a swear word. The security came up and told me to stop swearing at her. I again said " Jesus is not a swear word".. The cashier said she didnt want to deal with me. The security told me I had to leave and was banned for the day. He escorted me across the entire casino as if I was a criminal. This is public humiliation. I am noticeably Indigenous and I have to wonder if that was the main reason she didnt want to deal. I have been to casinos throughout Canada and never experienced such humiliation !!

What can I say . Free overnight R.V parking, good food and slot machines

Smallest casino Ive tried. Worth the stop but I wouldnt get too much out of my way for it. The boy at the door was acting cocky which I laughed off but whatever. Dont take my word for it, try it out.

The Moncton Casino New Brunswick is a great and fantastic place to buy meals and there is a bar and you can meet new people and there is a Casino and you can play the games and there is a Hotel and you can stay for the night or as many nights that you need and the staff is friendly and helpful too

This casino does not update information, there site was 2 years out of date, the buffet was not open with no reason

Friendly staff, but this casino seemed tired. Worn seats, many machines turned off, certain tables only open for weekends. Small gaming floor.

We primarily go here for the restaurant, great food.

In my opinion, this is a okay casino, a reasonable sized casino for the community. I like it when a casino in not busy/packed, good for me as I can roam around the casino and dont have to wait for a games. For those who prefer table games, you will be disappointed as there is none. There is plenty of parking and traffic around the area isnt busy on the day and time I visited. If I was visiting the area and looking to kill a bit of time I would visit this casino again

Went in for the beer batter fish. I was so disappointed. They have taken it off of the menu. I got the battered fish. Not comparable. Also, coleslaw had onions in it. It was one of my favorite meals out but I wont be going to eat there anymore.

We love staying at Casino New Brunswick. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff are great. And its great to be able to walk from your room to the Casino. The only thing we were bummed about was that the buffet was closed.

We had a great time at Casino NB and will be returning in the near future. We like going here better than Casino NS.

Friendly staff, good amenities. Signing could be better for exiting the campground (and getting to lower numbered sitesand the buildings need some maintenance.

The staff are knowledgeable and experienced but under staffed. The casino has a variety of activities to make your staff enjoyable.

Love the atmosphere, its a day away and some enjoyment for me and my partner once a month.

Drove up with my family and played for about an hour. Had a really good experience. Only slot machines as table games open at 4pm. Was a bit disappointed that there isnt any digital table games to play like we have back home in Edmonton area.

We went to the Casino only May 8. Not impressed. At least 1/8 of the machines are broken or turned off. This is a very small Casino so to lose that many machines is ridiculous. Staff do an excellent job cleaning etc but the slot machines are for the most part - boring and too expensive. The cheaper machines .80 a spin are old and very uninteresting. The food in the restaurant was good and not overpriced considering it is a casino but we will NOT be back.

Security staff was arrogant and not helpful , waitress only ever seemed to be around once I had gone to the bar to get my own drink - only friendly staff member who was remotely friendly was a black jack dealer who cracked a few jokes now and then - unfortunately not enough to go back for

We had a great time staying at the hotel and at the casino. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with

This place was packed the Saturday night we went. We went to the pub located inside the casino to listen to the band. Fast service for food and drinks. Lots of different gambling machines. Would definitely go again.

Had a wonderful time at the casino with family playing slots and enjoying it to the fullest. It was not too busy and loved every minute of it. New games and fun all night long. Highly recommend it to enjoy some fun gambling.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Definitely will go back!

UPDATE: I was asked to call or send an email, I sent an email the same day, that was March 17th, we are now April 14th and I still have not received any emails or responses......I received a voucher for a one night stay as a result of finding an insect in my salad during a staff party. Covid hit and the hotel closed up for a good part and during that time my voucher expired. When the hotel reopened I personally didnt feel it was safe so I held off for a few months. I was then diagnosed with leukemia and was hospitalized from October to December and wasnt able to go anywhere because I was immuno-compromised. I called today to see if I could still use my voucher considering all that had happened and the person told me "we were told we could only accept expired vouchers from September 2021 to the end of the year 2021. Then I explained I was hospitalized with cancer and he said there was nothing he could do, without really checking with anyone higher up. It is what it is but Im a bit disappointed as I thought they would be more understanding and more sympathetic / empathetic towards my situation. So far, I have not yet had a great experience with them.

Nothing but pure ignorant staff from the front desk right back to the bar. If you dont have a suit on youre not good enough for them. Never again

I want to applaud the hotel housekeeping staffs for a job well done! Of all the hotels Ive been too.. this is probably the cleanest one! Edgar and Dale from the front desk were very nice too. Thank you for the great service.

Great experience! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The slot machine area supervisor, Brandi was especially great! She was friendly, upbeat, and made our experience pleasant. She’s definitely an asset to the staff.

Not good. They got rid of all the games we liked and no atmosphere whatsoever. We couldnt hear the music, no food. Will not go until the pandemic is over.Staff we saw, were very nice and helpful.
