Nice room. Clean. Friendly folks. Outstandingly low rake compared to other European casino/poker rooms. Some of the dealers, though overall good, need to be trained up a little more.The main reason it gets four stars instead of five, is because the drink prices are crazy high. And the $2.5 chips and $20 chips look too similar, while the center of all their chips have an annoying holographic image that obscures the denomination.

One of the just two real casinos in whole Finland (2022).Nowadays, after covid, the opening hours have been cut. On most weekdays the CH closes at 02 and the kitchen 23, which are a bit early hours

Nice place

Very different than for example Las Vegas casinos. First of all, no free drinks. Small selection on slot machines plus few tables of blackjack and roulette. The horse betting game is a huge plus, otherwise this is quite a sad little "casino". But since there are no other options in this country, you have to adapt.

Really strange policy for who is allowed to play and who not. After couple beers I was too drunk (thats defenently not trueand they guided me out. I have had same experience once before. In other casinos never same issue even few beers more. Strong "no go"!

Cashier is so nice. She always give me more money than what I put on the table. And those yellow notes are so beautiful.

I had a great.time playing and donating my money to the slot machines at the Casino Helsinki. As I entered I was instructed to leave my bag and jacket with the coat check person. Then I had to give my passport for identification and received a players card. They explained the card is required to play the machines. I then went downstairs to the cashier and exchanged my currency for Euros. Then it was time to hunt for the slot machines I wanted to play. I enjoyed playing for a couple of hoursThis casino has Keno, Scratch off tickets, table games and more.

Im not into casinos but my husband likes to visit when we travel around the world. So I come along. This is definitely a well managed one, clean, modern, organized, with plenty of space and tables. Friendly and professional service.Spacious bar area, pleasant for us who didnt necessarily come in to play.My better half agrees, five stars.

Very nice place with dome friendly staff, shame the bar was closing at 17:00 due to restrictions.

Excellent show, very good service, and well executed dishes. Beetroot soup and the fish was very good. The desserts was OK but not something special.The poker games are well organized, and they are keeping all COVID safety standards.

the casino keeps a good level, but two things annoy 1need for cash at tables, why the cash desk cannot exchange money for chips as it is done in other casinos? 2those anti-COVID plastic barriers at tables - near zero defence but players should play octopuses to make bets..

This place is one of the top evening entertainment venues in Helsinki. Top artists perform here frequently. Location next to Railway Square and near University if Helsinki metro stop is central. In the summertime there is an outdoor terrace on Mikonkatu side.

Lovely music and candel light dinner

A small and cozy casino, which has more poker tables than roulettes. A plenty of gambling machines, though. Always sure to meet foreigners here! And the cocktail bar upstairs is worth checking out, even if you dont play anything. Very professional and safe.

Fabulously prepared food and amazing show. The food felt like it was cooked in a Michelin star restaurant. Absolutely great experience with nothing left to be desired for.

You might have to get over the lack of "fanciness" and the obvious attendance of addicts, but then the casino offers plenty of games with a very friendly staff. Especially the staff makes this 100% worth it. Prices are high and minimum bets are as well but hey, its a casino, what do you expect? The friendliness and well-willingness of the staff makes that I feel confident recommending this casino for anyone, beginner or low-life with nothing to lose.

Its a nice place. Its not Vegas, in fact its not even your average riverboat casino in the USA. But its nice enough. Theres table games, roulette, and a sports book. Friendly service.

Its a nice casino, not too big compared to other casinos in capitals. Staff was friendly, had no issues with talking English.

Staff is nice, but to few games. Most of the casino is filled with slot machines. A few table games, but they start at a little bit too high level. Plus, there is several things that makes this casino strange. For example, the pleather chair in the bathroom next to the urinal. Or the shower in the toilet (i know this is a thing in Finland, but still)? Biggest plus is the staff and the fact that its free entry.

Nice and helpfull staff and good selection of games from roulette to diffrent kinds of poker. Casino is clean and bar has good selection of drinks and eats.Unfortunatly youll have cant order drinks to table.

Large casino with several floors of games to spend your spare change to. Has a sports bar/restaurant with quite large food portions, allthough you should be aware that the kitchen is not well separated/ventilated from the dining area and the experience can be a bit smelly and greasy. Has large screens for all sorts of sports events across world.

Not very big but updated machines and friendly staffs

Nice ambience to start with. Courteous staff as well. The sound quality of the entertainment system in the restaurant area is horrible though. And definitely not the place to be if youre looking to spend the evening "eating".

Nice staff and clean place. Stopped in about 30 mins after opening and lost quickly. Decided it was far too early in the day to loose money that fast so I left.

Place has OTTOPlus ATM, normal withdraw everyone but also Deposit function mainstream Finnish bank users, look OTTO website more details. The only international casino in Finland. Youll find all of the most popular games here. Roulette, black jack, Russian poker and many different slots. Nice bar. And the staff is exceptionally professional. Poker from 7pm onwards all the way to the closing hour at 4am. That it indeed closes at 4am is all the worst thing about it, but is required by the finnish law so you cant blame it on the casino.
