Did not get my complete order was told I’d get a free credit which I do not want I wanted the rest of my food and was told that’s not an option because they deliver through door dash even though I ordered online when asked to speak to the manager she confirmed she was and she couldn’t help me get my food or my money so basically I paid for food I will not receive

Another convenient store that thinks price gauging is ok.if a con store open that was fair priced then all the rest would be out of work.

Gas pumps inop....Went down the street...1:15 on a Saturday 7-9-2022 and not one single item in the warmers.....no pizza no nothing.....

Favorite place to stop for any quick convenience. Love their wraps, and pizza is always good. Great staff.

Picking up doordash is quick and efficient at this location. Friendly staff and good conversation. Gentlemen who are in the kitchen are very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Consistently good service. Highly recommend this location. Noticed food safety and clenliness was a priority. Big plus.

Long wait but the food was so good

I tried to call and order a pizza and the phone rang and rang. When it finally sounds like an answered I could not hear anything it was like dead silence. And I just called before that phone call and it rang and rang and rang and went answered I heard a male voice but it was going in and out and I couldn’t understand him. They need to have somebody taking orders or quit making your pizzas all together!

Great breakfast pizza! Had some today and it was good. Staff member, a tall man in the back, was SO NICE when they were out of something I ordered.

We ordered through the app, come to find out the way is 3 hours!!!! So we try to cancel, called store. Well they Go through doordash…. Can’t cancel the guy said. tried calling back it keeps ringing and no one answers..

Picked up some jack links before work that I found mold on . They have a phone number but they seem to not be able to pick up the phone .

I went to pickup a pizza from Caseys and a couple other patrons and myself got upset because the cashier made us go to the pizza area and grab our own pizza and go back through the line twice. We were upset! Upon further thought, the cashier was the only person ringing up guests, but there was a room full of individuals working in the pizza area. I hate when my service is affected by work politics. Management, the cashier needed help. It was impressive she did all that work alone, but sad that the staff in the pizza room didnt come to help with the long line. 17:32:39

This particular location is always lacking on its pizza slices, it’s hit or miss sometimes they have slices sometimes they don’t.

Pizza guys never have fresh single slices. 95% time case is empty and if there is pizza it’s burnt and old... Get it together Casey’s!

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had from here.I only ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce which I told to him in person.The order wasnt ready. They forgot to make it.So of course they forgot me extra sauce. The sauce which was barely there was not red pizza sauce it was more orange. We couldnt even eat it it was awful. Rubbery nasty. Such a disappointment.

Friendly staff. Easy ordering of pizza and the kitchen is fast!! Thats a plus!

I have a complaint. I usually have good things to say but this last Wednesday 30th we ordered at 5:39p and was told 2 hr wait which ok. But then at 8:30 p still no pizza they kept telling me it was on the way. Well 9:30 still no pizza SO called and cancelled and they said i would get money refunded it is Saturday still no money.

It was my first time redeeming gas points. Cashier did a wonderful job going above and beyond to help me.

I do not know if I save any money, but I like the Caseys rewards. I suppose in the long term, I will save money on pizzas.

Caseys has a great selection on things to choose from and they have the best pizza ever. They really have good customer service and they work very fast and are very professional.

They made a mistake on my Pizza pick-up order, but Management Stepped up and made it right. Management was courteous.

More than getting order right its not right this time "lost" 2nd pizza on the order so had to wait for 2nd to cook. Said give us free cheese bread sticks which honestly ends so well done threw away. Didnt need sticks as ate pizzas instead. Asked if 1st pizza still warm. Said they kept it on the oven. Bad decision as toppings do dried out unappetizing. Next time I will ask for both fresh. Asked square cut, not my requested waySorry

I like how well they keep the bathrooms and facilities all clean.The pizza is always great! Service...they are still needing a lil tweaking...but I know it is a crazy world these days in covid and demographics sometimes...

Love the pizza I always order a full pizza over 2 slices to save money. Highly recommended for pizza or great snacks

Stopped for 1 slice of pizza...a Friday night...only 3 slices avad.. all old/dry.. told not sure when new was coming out....SAD...

There have been times where the pizza i ordered took an hour and a half and looked like the guy had dropped it or something. But there have also been times where the pizza was delivered in 30 minutes and it was perfect. This place is completely hit or miss. Id recommend only ordering when theyre not busy.

Tonight I came into Caseys on Locust street to buy water. There were half a dozen people in the store. I got in line behind a few people and waited for several minutes while a lady was holding up the line buying lottery ticket after lottery ticket. Meanwhile with the current pandemic the people in line were trying to keep distance. But more people kept coming in and the line kept growing longer forcing people to crowd together more. Finally I had to set the water down and leave to find somewhere else to get water. It is absolutely outrageous that Casey’s is selling lottery tickets causing holdups in lines during a global pandemic. All lottery sales should be suspended indefinitely during this time.

Ordered pizza and cheese sticks from them took over 40 minutes to make for pickup on a wednesday my husband goes to pick it up and they forgot part of our order and instead of calling us saying hey we forgot this they waited till I called and was like oh its here do you want it still mind you we already paid for it so another wasted trip up there to get it and now we have cold pizza for dinner and probably spent more in gas than it was worth for them to act like its no big deal.

They forgot about my pizza order that I called in, they gave me a few dollars off. I wasnt upset or mad, because stuff like that happens sometime. It took 10 minutes for the gentleman to cook my pizza which seemed kind of fast, but I just wanted to get my pizza and go home. Well when I got home and me and my family went to ear the pizza you could even pick up a slice. The cheese was fall off the whole thing, the pizza didnt even taste like it was fully cooked. I wont be going to this Caseys for pizza again.

I left my wallet somewhere in the store and called the following day to see if someone had found it. The kind employee put my wallet in the safe and waited for me to pick it up. She was unbelievably helpful. I am so grateful for their friendly and honest staff.

The only place I know that refuses to make the donuts you ask for. They are run through an oven the same as the pizzas are and then iced, it takes a very short time to make them and yet they still refuse to do it. Why order from somewhere that doesnt want to make what you want.

This place is absolute trash now. Been in the area for 2 years. They use to be a good place but now it seems like anytime we order something there is something missing or it’s just horrible pizza. Definitely need some better employees. Last time we ordered from here our chicken wings weren’t in there and they gave us a free large pizza card. When I asked for my money back they just wouldn’t do it. But today we ordered to use that free pizza card, put our order in 1 hour ago and it said pick up in about 30 mins.. my fiancé gets there and they haven’t even started our order. Never going back.

Ordered a Pizza and it wasnt up to par with what should be expected. Called back and rudely spoken by an employee. Then by the manager the next day. All around rude costumer service. Never will go back. Unbelievable being treated like that

Ordered Taco Pizza, timer said 40 minutes. Received pizza in less than 30. Also, while Happy Joes may boast being the originators of the Taco Pizza it is Caseys that makes the best in my honest opinion. Will forever only order Taco Pizza from Caseys and nowhere else.

My favorite Casey. Staff is wonderful. Food especially pizza is great. Good prices.

This Casey’s my VERY favorite Casey’s in Davenport!I go there for fuel on the regular, have never encountered a rude employee. Sure, they can get busy at certain times, but that’s to be expected, I think, when you are at a convenience store. I’ve never had a bad experience with ordering pizza. And I too, have had to call for awhile to place orders, but I am smart enough to know that there’s a reason the phone isn’t being answered immediately... because hey have REALLY GOOD PIZZA AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE!!! I’ll wait! No problem, always worth the wait!!I like the ability to order a custom burger/sub with my toppings. Like the variety offered, always clean. I just read a couple reviews of the people who’ve had bad experiences with the waiting times for their delivery... and again, I say It’s because THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD PIZZA AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE! I over-tip because it is obvious that the drivers are truly hustling to get the food to your house as fast as they can. Hats off to Casey’s Locust!!!A Regular!

No variety pizza available during my time. My drink was not accessible because of poor stocking. I will take my business to Kwik Star

3rd time Ive went there in the last month. My Pizza either wasnt done or the order was wrong not going back

Always the first stop on any trip our of town. Top off on gas, get drinks for the road, and a slice of pizza make the perfect start to the trip.

Pizza is usually pretty good, but when you call to order, make sure they have your full order, i ordered 3 pizzas and they only made 2

The pizza isnt pizza but its nutritional with a flat taste. But their breakfast pizza is pretty good-you shouldnt have that much fat and spice that early in the morning anyway!

My family gets pizza here regularly. We almost always have it delivered it generally takes 40 or so minutes but is always very hot upon arrival. Our standard order is a Taco Pizza and a pepperoni both are always very good, the taco has refried beans (where most dontI really like that addition but the plain pepperoni (thin crust if im feeling saucy)is my favorite. We have tried many of their specialities and various combinations of toppings. We have never been disappointed (I am not a fan of the Mac and cheese pizza but the kids liked it ).Caseys Pizza is definitely our delivery go to. As for the facts:1. It can be a little greasy but real meats and cheeses lose a little fat when cooked, just dont say I didnt mention it.2. You can order via mobile app, they have a different special each month. Even without the deals its fairly cheap and if you collect 10 box tops you get a free large.3. Delivery can be slow and is not available in all areas.4. Toppings seem pretty decent quality and everything is always fresh and hot.If youve never had it or are not sure walk in and buy a slice. I mean its a gas station Im sure youll find a reason to go there, so grab a pizza while youre at it.

By far the best Caseys in Davenport! Theyre food is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly.

Always good service and availability of merchandise. This location has a sub station, resembling a Subway setup and is comparable on taste and way cheaper on price.

I ordered a large Pizza. They told me 45 minutes. I arrived in 35 minutes. They couldnt find my name but handed me a pizza. Drove home and pizza was dry when I ordered extra sauce. And it was cold. Never ever have we had a bad Pizza until today. Disappointed.

Staff is friendly and responsive. The building is recently refurbished and is well maintained. Their custom food isnt the best but its better than what you would expect. Their stock is vast and varied, though their baked items have a tendency to run out and not be replaced which loses the fifth star. They have plenty of pumps and space to use so you can always count on getting gas quickly.

Caseys has great pizza but the store on W Locust never answers their phone. Called over 5 times and it just rang over and over again.They just started delivering to our area but cant ever get an order called in to have it delivered.

3 Casey stores around me I had a terrible time trying to order a pizza from all of them this particular one gave me the excuse that they were too busy because they only had 1 person making pizzas. 2 weeks ago they told me they were out of dough I will never call them again. EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!

The best pizza in the area (and Ive tried them all). Generous amounts of cheese and toppings. Very good quality! Good crust too. Prices are reasonable. The box coupons they provide make them the best deal in town.As a gas station/general store, its clean and well-kept. The service is really good too. I will continue to buy my gas and goodies from this store as long as this level of quality is maintained.Some minor complaints:No option to make the pizza double-crust or larger size. The slices cave in under the weight of the cheese and toppings. Lots of cheese/toppings: GOOD. Lack of crust to hold it up: not so good.Sometimes it takes forever to reach someone by phone to make a pizza order. If nobody answers again and again for 10+ minutes at a time, what kind of business image does that portray? (Makes you question, are they even open?)
