Short 2.3 km trail starting from behind Cascade Brewery. Not too difficult, mostly flat compared to Myrtle Gully which is clearly steeper and wetter. Pleasant cold morning walk (5 Cin May 2022. Paths are clear and unlikely for a hiker to get lost.

Great little track for those able bodied. A short 10 minute walk to Murtle Falls (which is not spectacular, but cute given its proximity to town). Has some steps a minor uneen surfaces in some places. You do not need to be overly fit to take this on.

Absolutely great track if you are able bodied. Not good for a walker or an electric chair with unsuitable wheels. 😄 heaps of fossils.

It was a very nice track it a little to close the town for what I would prefer but its only a light small track and still have some very nice scenery with the stream and stone bridges

Really nice walk up to the junction cabin. Far way to the pinnacle from the cabin( probably 5 hour trek). Not too difficult but you are gonna break a sweat

Pretty dry at this time of year, but once you get past the first section its a fairly gentle climb through beautiful Tasmanian Forest.

couple of water falls in the area. SECRET FALLS are not on signs but if you enjoy a walk on bush trails youll find them with your ears if in a state of mindfulness

This is a cool little track that weaves along the rivulet taking you from the brewery to the tracks at the top. The track moves across the rivulet and the Moss covered trees make it a beautiful hike. If you get to the top you can keep going and walk to the cabin and from there it is an easier walk to say the Sphinx Rock View and others.Enjoy

Cascade is blessed with the task of being the current custodians of this amazing land. Theyre doing a great job. Our family totally enjoys the great outdoors here. I spose they dont have to share it with us? I dont know, but we love that they do. Cheers
