The waterfall was beautiful. It is one of the hidden gems of Port-Salut, Haiti. It is only a 12 minute drive from Pointe-Sable. It is very accessible for all ages.

Beautiful small waterfall hidden in the Haitian countryside. It is about a 45 minute easy walk or 10 minute drive from the beach. Hidden away in dense foilage the water is clear and cold. You can even jump from the top--just ask the local boys to show you. You will need to pay to enter so be ready to bargin as it should be 50 gourdes a person. Ask a local boy to grab you a coconut for another 25.

Port Salut è il paese in cui è nato mio marito ed è molto bello e caratteristico. Le cascate sono state una piacevole sorpresa.La strada che conduce alle cascate è in zona verdeggiante e collinare.L acqua ha un colore mozzafiato, e sembra un luogo d altri tempi.I ragazzi del posto vanno a tuffarsi fin da bambini.Merita davvero una visita ...è spettacolare...
