Всё хорошо. Недорого, вкусные завтраки, в центре города. Есть холодильникЗа углом Каскад - одна из главных достопримечательностей Еревана. Рядом остановки, магазины, кафе. Цена-качество. Из минусов- плохая шумоизоляция, очень слышно как в холле кто-то общается или смотрит телевизор, комната на 6 человек, с тремя 2-х этажными кроватями тесновата, не очень чистая душевая. Плюс - дают свой ключ от входной двери, чистое белье, полотенце, в номере есть индивидуальные шкафчики под ключ, отзывчивые администраторы.

We stayed there for a couple of nights at a private room and it’s absolutely comfortable, clean, and you feel more home than in a hostel. WiFi works properly, air con is useful when it comes to summer time and the location is perfect! The girl in the reception: Mariana is a helpful, kind and for any question she does have the answer at the tip of her tongue. We were amazed! She is really a jewel at this place! Also the guy in the night time is kind! Very clean and good value for money we totally recommend it! The best!? You don’t need to climb stairs to get to this place!!!!

Its very cheap: laundry, shower, hair dryer, breakfast included to total price. Workers are friendly and rooms are clean. And the best thing is its in the very central location

Cheap, clean, nice staff, fantastic breakfast and laundry included in the price. If you need they can borrow you flip flops or hair dryer. I can definitely recommend. The only bad thing was only one bathroom.
