Casanova - Italian restaurant in Marrakech, Morocco
Great food but a little pricy for the portions served.
Good food…Salmon Linguini, Pizza….Service…with a smile…
Restaurant was completely empty at 8pm so we was skeptical how the food would be. However the Tagliatelle with Bolognase was lovely along with the Local White wine. Doesnt look like much from the outside which might put people off but very pleasantly surprised with how nice the food was!!Service was good too :o)
What a lovely authentic Italian restaurant! Food was perfect and Sophia looked after us from the minute we walked in. Thank you so much. Highly recommend ❤️🇮🇹
It was a beautiful italian experience
Food was ok, the waitress however had pre-conceived stereotypic ideas about looks and origin added to the fact that she pretended to be fluent to be fluent in both English and French but was fluent in neither. She simply had a big ego, she clearly insulted my intelligence.
Very good Italian, friendly staff. Although they were about to close, we could enjoy our lunch here.
I liked this italian. We were 6 adults and 3 kids and spent around 1300 dhirams. In comparison to UK prices I thought that was good value. I really liked the moelleaux (chocolate molten cakeand the vegetariana pizza. These 2 should be a must to order when you go.I tried 2 of their pasta dishes and they were not to my taste. For starters we had brischetta and the white pizza. They were good. The portions are quite healthy. The brischeta comes with 6 pieces. The service was very good. They were very accommodating and helpful. They are also kid friendly. We had dinner at 730 and it wasnt busy but we had booked in advance.I would come back.
The pizza dough was hard, the antipasti was average level as one could find in a street restaurant. Uninteresting experience.
Super charming and calm italian restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh and tasty. Khalil the manager and Sofia our waitress were wonderful. Definitely recommend !
It was terrible experience the manager was rude when I ask him to explain why the bottle of water cost 40 dh half price of pizza .and he insult me and my husband .it was first time and last time to go there .
Hello,Just ate there and have had the worst experience where they tried to charge me 40 dirhams for a bottle of water.First the menu showed a much lower price and second I could not take it that water is 50% if the cost if the pizza itself.I tried to explain to the waters and she had a heated discussion with the manager. She came back and confirmed the manager wou6kd not waver.I decided to speak directly to the manager. He lied and mentioned that he was not informed and was completely dishonest and rude. He also was very condescending with a very harsh tone and paid me back. I decided to give as allowance to the waters and will never go back there...No wonder the place was empty and deserted!!!Thanks
Incredible Italian restaurant with authentic cuisine and Italian owner. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Perfect location close to Gueliz and Majorelle. I would recommend to any Italian cuisine lovers.
The best restaurant in Marrakech
The Best italian restaurant in Marrakesh !
The best Italian food in Marrakech 👌
The best!
Nice ambiance and the staff were great and very helpful
We found this Italian restaurant because after eating Morroccan food for two weeks, we felt like a pizza. Casanova served us an excellent wood oven baked pizza on a thin crust and satisfied our urges.
Rather good pizza. The mozzarella in the salad had a strange taste and feeling though.
Good Italian food to try if you are in Marrakech
Nice place with good food! Also some great people working there.
This place is just a small piece of heaven. I love how it takes me away of my daily routine during lunch time.Ps: For dîner they have wonderful animation (pianoand real good food and accommodation.
Cosy place with a small garden. a wide variety of Italian food. Delicious food with good service and a great welcoming from the owner.
flexible, service oriented, nice location, tasty food
Pizzas are the best!
Top
I just loved it. That have a very cozy garden with a nice weather. Their staff is amazing and the food is delicious. I tried mushroom and ham pasta with cream and it was super yummy, they made their own pasta and you can tell is fresh. I just loved it. 100% recommend.
Awesome place to eat and drink. Good music!
Excellent meal, good value in pleasant setting
They sell alcohol here, which is unusual in Morocco
I really loved my visit the space is so peaceful and eye pleasing, the service way better, i really come back
Enjoyed ... Good pizza very tasty ... Coffee OK and pasta for my friend ... I tried also good not posh but food wins the day
I have tried seafood pizza and it is good... the location is fine but, unfortunately, it seems to me no special place for non smokers
Lovely staff, great food for cheap, and right in the center of Gueliz!
At first you walk in and it is very vintage looking, doubts creep in, and then, BOOM! The food shows up. Best tomato sauce ever. Beautiful bread, fantastic olives and balsamic vinegar. I had Tagliatelle Boscaiola. OMG. The pasta was freshly made, so subtle and delicious. For desert I had the tiramisu. It was wonderful. I over ate and I dont regret it.
Enjoyed their mint tea and Moroccon coffee.
Awesome!
Good pasta, nice garden, delicate service, slightly higher than average prices. Recommended for a tasty pasta and cold beer (which i ordered).
Lovely meal. Great atmosphere. Good food and service.
Pizza not Italian traditional... edible. Good service. Normal price.
Excellent atmosphere excellent service and excellent Italian food.
Cozy bar
Not Bad
Genuinely Italian, run by an Italian. Best pizza in town.
Great atmosphere in the garden area, the pizza was really good and the live music was charming (and entertaining in slightly broken English). At the low price of eating here youll probably love it.
You wont be disappointed with this place. Great ambience in the garden section, relaxing live music, superb service (thanks Mohamed), and of course great food. All at a very reasonable price. We will return.
Yet to taste a pizza there will tell you soon, didnt appreciate the pizza though
Hard to imagine better pizza in this city. Dough was flavorful with good texture and high quality ingredients (real mozzarella, tasty sauce).
Fed up with the mediocre restaurants in the medina, we visited this restaurant. You pay a little more, but the food was lovely and the garden had an amazing atmosphere.
