Had a good meal . It did have some raw pastry in it but we will go back and give it another go. The food the served was super tasty .

The food is always good here, but the Margareta was terrible. Expensive and undrinkable because it was full of ice.

Nice food, nice friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go back, esp for the Turkish coffees 😊

My wife and I had diner at Casablanca in Westgate two weeks ago. Food was fine looking and quite tasty, we actually enjoyed it.But... my wife and I both got food poisoned that night and got very sick all night and for two entire days after that! Something was definitely not fresh, probably the meat on the pizza.We took the time to email the restaurant to let them know of that incident in an educated manner so they would be aware of it and be careful in the future. Thing is they didnt bother to reply! We would have appreciated at least a reply from you, to show a bit of care to your customers especially when something like this happens!

Some range of food, especially if youre looking for meat options. Nice cuisine, presentation, and service. A pleasant relaxed atmosphere, evoking Mediterranean memories.

Environment is good and deco is very exotic.Decent sized food.Taste good too.Average plate is about $30ish.

I really enjoyed the food there, although it was a little expensive especially compared to the portion sizes. The staff was friendly and the service was relatively quick.

Our usual haunt iut Northwest! We enjoy the variety on the platter for 2 and ambience of this place. Always walk away full and satisfied! We always go on weeknights and its just nice!!!

Lunch plate beef-chicken. Love the salad its fresh and the chicken is tender and tasty, beef a little dry. Hubby looks happy so mustve enjoyed his Turkish coffee and Moroccan burger.

Good was very nice. Service great. Lots of variety on the menu. A bit pricey would be the only negative.

Weve been coming to this place for a while, and its a better experience ever time we go. The tagine lamb shank is our favourite dish. The staff are very attentive, often checking up in case we needed anything. Super all around.

Food was great with good portions. Pleasant decor with a different vibe. Attentive & polite staff. Enjoyable.

Staff was friendly but the food standard has dropped . We was served with off walnuts and we did highlight to the staff at the time. But she was caught by suprise with the commment. Definitely not the same standard we tasted back then. Not sure whether they have changed their management .

Delicious meal! Everything was perfect, except the calamari which, despite being the tastiest Ive ever eaten, was also the rubberiest! The thin membrane stuff hadnt been removed...

Casablanca NorthWest is definitely one of the best, if not the best restaurant we have been to for a long long time. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, we were greeted at the door, welcomed and shown to a very nice table. The wait staff, both the Manager Ningey Penpak and her assistant were very helpful with food choices and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable dining experience. The food was very well presented, plentiful and cooked to perfection and we tried many of the dishes on offer. Our thanks and compliments go to the Chefs as well for the excellent food. All in all we found absolutely no fault or even quibbles. The whole experience was perfect in every way. Thank you for making our visit most enjoyable.We visited again today and experienced the same good level of service and good food, it was great.

My husband and I eat here every couple of months for dinner. We have ordered a range of different meals and have always thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. We order an entrée and two mains between us which always fills us up. Lovely staff and the food always comes out quickly. We love this place and will continue to come here regularly.

First time visiting today for lunch. What a great place! The decor is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived super fast and was so tasty 😋. Will definitely be back again 👍

The food here was absolutely delicious and the service was great. We went as a group of 6, two tasting platters was an adequately sized entree, we each tried something different and they were all delicious 👌

Staff were friendly. May not have been very knowledgeable of their own menu when asked about some options. Food was relatively tasty and flavourful, good smoke, though not the best I’ve had. Meals were not that substantial for the price charged.

Food was tasty, came out fairly quick, and the service was okay. A bit pricy though. I got the lamb + chicken lunch plate for $26 which is essentially a deconstructed kebab

Got there and had the Vaccine pass checked which was all good. Placed our drinks order and entrees still all good.Then we finally ordered mains and asked for the side of chips to come with entree is possible.We got our entrees, the cauliflower fritters were nice, the calamari was a bit chewy but the sauce was amazing... and we got the yummy aioli and chips so still good.Then before we were even half way done with entrees we got mains... so the mains got cold by the time we finished entrees weird. Then we barely got finished with mains and they came to clear away the table... it felt like we were being rushed (at this point only 3 other tables had guests).So we left and didnt even consider desserts. The salad my sister ordered had too much vinegarette so it was too sour for her to enjoy. The tiger prawns had the heads and nearly all the shell so it was a bit hard to eat and seemed like the harrissa sauce had too much oil. The Jordan humus dish was nice and the lamb was nicely slow cooked.

Meh, was nice our first time. Then after that was pretty bad with food what I don’t get is why Casablanca thinks paying ($38something- on a steak that wasn’t even great to serve 2 broccoli 2 mushrooms and just a plain steak? Like for real?? if you think that’s ok to serve someone then u must be out of it. There are some nice-ish foods I guess (someStaff are kinda clueless and too causal one lady’s nice though. But besides that I wouldn’t really go back in any hurry. Monday- warning!! is a day to definitely not go chefs aren’t that great cause the head chefs on his day off or something.

Food was really really good and well decorated space with a great atmosphere. Only reason why it is a three star from me is i indicated several times that i had a nut allergy. Next thing i know they serve me my dinner riddled with nuts. Asked the waiter if there was nuts in my food and he just shrugged. Terrible table service. However the other waiter was much better. Horrific that there was nuts in the food with an allergy. Lucky i checked and no need for the eppipen….

Ordered the fish and it was quite nice. Pan fried and flavored well. Portions were also generous, its nice to order a cola and get a full sized glass. Host was also very welcoming and the place was tidy and enjoyable to be at. Big outdoor area too for when its not windy.

Worst service, younger staff just chatted amongst themselves at a staff table. No one else dining at the time. We had to get our own cutlery from another table.A manager arrived 20 minutes in, and she was great.Food - my husbands fish meal was great. Our daughter & I shared the zucchini croquettes - super salty & inedibleSpanakopita seasoned well however youneeded a steak knife to cut the full pastry!The manager refunded us for the croquettes.Would not recommend

Amazing Food. Delicious Dessert. Chef Zzz cooks such nice meals. Atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing. Definitely coming back to try more amazing dishes by Chef Zzz.

Had dinner here recently. The place was spacious, pleasantly decorated and warmly lighted. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty with a reasonable serving. If you are in the area and would like to have a taste of Mediterranean, this restaurant is recommended.

Such lovely place to sit down for a meal. A very big n spacious restaurant. Kids menu was great for my little one. I enjoyed the meatballs too. Lots of 1 hour parking available nearby or easy to park in the mall parking n walk through the mall to get here. Play area right outside the restaurant which I believe must be real handy in summers.

WARNING: if you come here you are in danger of becoming a regular because the food is amazing. Highly recommend starting with a dip and bread. The calamari salad is tasty and the lamb shank was cooked to perfection. If you like your tea you will like this place; there are some great options.

Not many Northern African food around but this is a good one. Good service good food all the plates look different. If you are a Zomato member you will get more discount. We will be back

When their yesterday with family i orded the calamari saild it is very salty and super sour i dont recomed getting it and the fries are the most salty thing ever.Every thing else we ordered were fine and customer service is excellence.

Always a good place to go for dinner. I like the atmosphere and ambience.The staff there is always friendly and helpful. The food is always on point. We had a midwinter staff party there and everyone was really happy about the place.We enjoyed every bit of food especially desserts 😋😋😋

Very nice location, tasty Mediterranean food, friendly staff.The Raki drink needs to be stronger. Double shot doesn’t make the drink. It will need two double shots of the Raki with water to get the right mix.I will definitely come back for dinner.

If you like bland food and curly fries with mountains of tomato sauce then this is not the place for you. The food here is a flavour sensation for your taste buds. Everything is prepared with beautiful flavour and juicy meats. Spices and herbs galore. Most items do tend to have a bit of a kick to them so if you cant handle spice well maybe give the place a miss. The service is consistantly good very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And the decor is adorable like stepping out of the city and into a small place on the otherside of the world. Everything from food to decor to the water jugs and tea servings tirs in beautifully with the Mediterranean theme. Comfortable seating.

Great place. Service was great, friendly and accommodating. Food is alright, personally not a fan of it. Could be a biased opinion against Mediterranean cuisine.Baklava dessert was small, but delicious.The tap beer tastes great.

Atmosphere is good, staffs are friendly but the dishes we had are a bit plain (just meats and breads). Bread is soggy as its soaked in the juicy pulled Lamb. I guess some greens or sides would make it better. The bakhlava is nice but its a one bite size, smaller than expected.

Casablanca has now become a favourite of mine, beautiful Mediterranean style meals, lovely flavours that everyone enjoys. Covering Vegan and Vegetarian choices with a wine list to suit. If you havent been here yet you should try it. The services is next level and atmosphere very inviting. Deserves five stars.

Very yummy and hearty vegetarian options here. Cannot recommend enough. The only "downside" is the serving size vs my stomach size so I might have to skip lunch next time before coming over here again.

Different food options if you like Turkish or Spanish dishes,Coffee was good,mains was beans with poached eggs.could have done with sugar,salt and pepper on the table
