A beautiful, boutique hotel in an excellent location in Old San Juan with high ceiling and roof top hot tubs. Beautifully decorated, friendly staff and owner. Some of the other guests during our stay have become like family. Located about 2 blocks from the cruise district, an easy walk the SuperMax and super easy walking to all the other shops and attractions. We had the best time at this gem...Im looking forward to staying here on our next adventure to PR.

Fantastic! We stayed 3 nights in Old Town and so appreciated the generous hospitality of our hosts at the CasaBlanca Hotel. It has such a convenient location for exploring all Old Town has to offer with no need for a rental car. The rooms are thoughtful and well-appointed and very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

This location is fantastic. The hotel has hot tubs and deep bath tubs up on the roof that were great late at night. They also have an arrangement with the nearby parking garage thats only $13/day. Breakfast was charged separately, but very good. They have a small bar that opens at 6:00 pm. But what makes this a 5 star is its location.

Its rustic and medium size with access to a variety of locations for food and tours. The rooms have ice cold AC a plus after walking all day. The tubs roof deck is nice and alongside the patio side. The hot tube side is also a chill spot if youre into that. The down side is that the elevator is slow and also the shower takes a very very long time to warm up.

My husband and I stayed at Casablanca hotel June 16-19, and I wanted to post a review because there were a couple of negative reviews that made me question our choice before our trip. Let me say that this hotel is gorgeous, comfy, and in a great location and those reviews do not do the hotel justice. It is what it is, a boutique hotel in a historical building, but it is so full of charm, and the owners have done an amazing job of using the available space. We stayed in a king bed room on the second floor, and it was very roomy, much bigger than a normal hotel room, with a sitting area. Our "windows" faced the interior (enclosedcourtyard, but let in plenty of natural light, and the shutters could make the room as dark as night, which made for great sleeping-in time. The bedding was soft and thick, and the air conditioner in the room let us keep it nice and chilly. There was not a closet, but there was an area to hang our clothes. The bathroom itself was small, but the shower was huge. There is a Cafe and bar in the hotel, and you are steps away from dozens of shops and restaurants. There are TWO rooftops- one with soaker tubs and the other with three partitioned Jacuzzis, and plenty of lounge seating on both, with gorgeous views of the city.Parking is two small blocks away, and you get a discount from the hotel, it is only $14 a night. When we take our next trip to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again!

Pros: great location in old San Juan, friendly staff. Nice Moroccan decor in the lobby. The rooftop spaces are very nice and relaxing (the tubs fill up very slow but the hot tubs and rest of the area is very nice)Cons: the rooms are tiny, no windows to the exterior (or none at all), no balcony like they advertise in their pics. They have no storage space for your clothes and minimal for other belongings. No mini fridge in room, but there was a shared one for the entire hotel but they don’t keep track of your belongings as our milk got stolen or thrown out in less than 12 hrs). We had two different rooms on different floors and neither were good at controlling the temperature, it was either freezing cold or the floors (and everything elseget puddles of condensation everywhere. They were able to get us a second comforter so that helped.

This local hotel is adorable and has a good vibe. When I reserved online, I did not receive am email confirmation but when I arrived my room was ready. The lobby is very decorated and has a rustic magical vibe. The rooftop has a chill vibe and is a hidden gem. The rooms were okay and served its purpose. Beds were not that great, but the room was cold and frosty. I do overall recommend!

Casablanca Hotel is a jewel in the middle of the majestic and historic Old San Juan. Love the concept and the Morocco style decor. The bedroom was clean, air conditioner was awesome, room decor beautiful, comfy bed. The hotel have a bar that I truly love, small and very private in a second floor. The serve breakfast and brunch very good food. Staff was very nice and is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The highlight is the terrace with Jacuzzis and stone bathtubs... Looking at the stars with an amazing view... This was so relaxing. Please, take the chance to stay here and enjoy this boutique hotel, was my first time and will not be the last. Thank you Casablanca Hotel for the amazing experience. Close to the hotel is Pirilos Pizza, is probably the best place in town to eat a nice pizza and great service.

Every staff member we encountered was so kind. The facility is beautiful and so comfortable and well maintained. The rooftop baths make for a beautiful evening experience. This location allows you to immerse yourself in the heart of Old San Juan with plenty of delicious restaurants and shops nearby, as well as attractions. We stayed here for the first half of our trip and went to a resort the second half and we instantly regretted leaving Casa Blanca.

Awesome hotel! It was very unique and stylish. All the staff at the front desk are very nice. They have hot tubs and soaking baths on the roof top which are super relaxing, especially after a long day in the town. Would stay here again.

Great location. Stayed in a "superior suite" - couldnt find any photos online beforehand so wasnt quite sure what to expect. We were on the 5th floor, room was nice, bathroom a bit small but fine for the one night we spent there. The only surprise was how high the beds in the kids room were - we were a little afraid our younger one would fall out of bed, but all was fine.

Super incredible place! My favourite things:1. It’s Puerto Rican owned and operated so you’re supporting the local economy by staying here2. It’s so unique! Every room offers a different and unique experience. They’re very old school and rather than making them modern, they accentuate the history and make it beautiful - which does mean sometimes you might have a room without a window, but it’s okay!3. Karla at the front desk (and another who’s name we didn’t gethave been incredible! They’re so sweet and have been so wonderful to us. I would stay here every time I visit just for their customer service. In fact, every single person we’ve ran into here has been so sweet. The house keeping staff and the rest of the staff really deserve a lot of recognition!4. There’s two rooftop terraces with jacuzzis, actual bath tubs you can fill up, and chill spots open 24/7!5. There’s a restaurant inside with mimosas specials if you like drinkingAnd a lot more :the location is also fantastic because you can walk around the entirety of Old San Juan with ease plus, if you have a car, there’s a nearby parking garage where you can redeem at the hotel to receive a huge discount at the garage. I am very thankful for everyone here who accommodated us on such short notice. I really hate that we are leaving :(10/10 - you have to experience this place

Great boutique hotel in an unbeatable location near top restaurants and easy access to Ubers and cabs. Two different rooftops with extensive outdoor seating and awesome views. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed in two different room types and got exactly what I paid for (one had external windows and a balcony as stated in the description and the other was more basic).
