Casa da Massa - Restaurant in Coimbra, Portugal
Good food
Food is delicious, portions are big, and prices are cheap. The only issue for me is that they only accept cash.
I dont know if it is genuine Chinese food, I just liked it 🙂
Few dishes but good
Amazing all around. Large portion and delish
Good chinese restaurant for an easy noodle and rice meal. The portions are quite big but the ingredients are a tard too little. We had the fried rice and noodles with shrimps. The shrimps were quite small and we found it to be too little vs the portion of the rice and noodles, as compared to other chinese restaurant in portugal. The chinese tea is also very light and thin, due to the minimal amount of tea leaves in a medium size tea pot. They should have been slightly generous in the portion for the tea leaves. We also ordered the fried Dumplings, that dish was the best among the others. Lastly, we ordered wanton soup, it came with a generous amount of wantons, but each wanton was wrapped with a tiny amount of mince pork.Price wise, its affordable and comparable to other chinese restaurants that we have been to in Porto and Aveiro.Taste wise, good but nothing to shout about. Service wise is great, the lady was very attentive and polite.
Humble Chinese family restaurant, I recommend it coz its cheap good and the portions are above average 😼😼😼
Amazing food for a very good price. Large bowl of veal noodle soup was only 6€. Food is visually pleasing and tastes good. Didnt have to wait long for the food. Definitely recommend.
Chinese food. It was good. Young lady spoke English, which helped me.
Cheap and good food. The staff speaks English well, the food arrives really quickly and is always great.
Relatively cheap and very authentic Chinese food. My go to place for a quick lunch. Best jiaozi in Coimbra.
We needed a quick bite and to our surprise the food we ordered was incredibly yummy- very fresh and not oily. We ordered the four items on the menu that were vegetarian- wish there were more and with tofu. All in all it was a good, quick meal.
Very good authentic Chinese food
We are vegetarians and we took the M21 on the menu! The price of it was 4€ for the plate and it was a really nice portion! The vegetables are mainly onions, tiny pieces of carrots and a lot of cabbage. For the price, it’s reaally worth it !!
We love the chicken chow mein from here and also the hot chili sauce they have. Affordable price and a good food portion.
Extremely affordable with big and tasty portions. Service is pretty quick and the bathroom is clean. Only downside is that they dont take card, so bring some cash
Very nice, authentic and cheap
Not great food if have high standards, not great service if you ask some questions about the Portuguese menu
Fine if you don’t know good chinese food
I lived in China two years and I fall in love with Chinese food, and I can tell that here they cook REAL Chinese dishes like the ones I tried there! Dumplings really worth a try, they were delicious!
Typical low-cost Asian bistro. Menu is simple, prices are good, nothing fancy so Id describe it as not great not terrible, but I like the food here.
Who doesn’t like a hole-in-the-wall and cheap eats find? The potstickers/dumplings are fantastic, best described as a burn in your mouth experience because it’s so good you can’t wait for it to cool before you have another and another. It’s summer in Coimbra, but that won’t stop me from trying a hot bowl of noodle soup with tender sliced, beef brisket to accompany my dumplings!
Good
Great Chinese Food
Omg its so delicious here!
Yummy noodles for a good price!
Very good!
Amazing
Very good food experience. The smell of food in the restaurant isnt so good.
My favourite Chinese restaurant in Coimbra. The homemade sauces are amazing! Try the Thai sauce with shrimps, baozi and wonton soup. If you like spicy food, try the hot & sour soup - its fantastic!
Beautiful food and fair price. Really chinese experience
Amazing authentic Chinese food. Very good prices, big portions and above all the real taste of Chinese cuisine. Probably the best in town!
Feel disgusting after eating this😡, just looks like delicious
Meals are teste and price is very good!
Best Chinese food in Coimbra. Punch up the flavor by adding their home made sauces to your dish: sweet and sour, garlic, curry and red chili. They keep the sauces at the main counter. Good food at a good price. Cash only!
Autstanding food and very cheap
The price is very low, even the Coca Cola is only 1 euro. The taste is good! The service is great!
Very good food for a very good price ! Nice quantity and fresh vegetables
Love it very cheap and delicious
Great tasty food and affordable
I love this place! Cheap and Tasty like nowhere else 😉
The worst service ever. The young waitress was rude when she took the order. She didnt explain why some dishes are not available and spoke with an irritated voice.
Great and very authentic chinese food!
Super tasty food. But be careful,it is closed on Saturday
Best Chinese in town. I lived in Macau for three years, and this place smells and tastes exactly the way I remembered it should taste :inexpensive with great, friendly service.
Great service, quiet place, cheap food. I can recommend their baozi and rice noodles with shrimps
