Venerable, pink-colored palace that houses the presidential office & features guided tours.
A beautiful building and when in Buenos Aires a must to visit.
Historical place.
amazing and beautiful
Beautiful place. Sadly I do not own this building but what I do own is a theatre!
Worth the visit, I look forward to coming back here again
Absolutely gorgeous building and the entire park was awesome - a must see
Fantastic building. Book a free visit on the official Web site
The office for the Argentinian President, Casa Rosada, is a must stop as it is also very close to other points of interest such as Puerto Madero, The Obelisk, and the monument for an icon of Spanish Comics Mafalda.
Beautiful venue. Right across Plaza de Mayo (equally beautifuland close to Puerto Madero. There are a lot of city tours available near the square. Theres a subway access from the plaza as well. Regarding the palace, its an eye-catching building with an elegant architecture. A must-see.
Casa Rosada (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkasa roˈsaða], English: Pink Houseis the executive mansion and office of the President of Argentina. The palatial mansion is known officially as Casa de Gobierno, ("House of Government" or "Government House"). Normally, the President lives at the Quinta de Olivos, the official residence of the President of Argentina, which is located in Olivos, Greater Buenos Aires. The characteristic color of the Casa Rosada is baby pink, and is considered one of the most emblematic buildings in Buenos Aires. The building also houses a museum, which contains objects relating to former presidents of Argentina. It has been declared a National Historic Monument of Argentina.
A beautiful building, particularly at night - right in the centre of Buenos Aires. It was not possible to see inside whilst we were there, but it must be equally fantastic inside. We did witness many demonstrations outside, concerning the many missing people in Argentina. The plaza outside the pink palace (as its commonly knownis the location for most such demonstrations.
Beautiful building that you can view from the Plaza. The plaza was under construction while we were there but you can still walk up to the gates
What a handsome presidential headquarters! This president deserves to have such a grand palace because he is a true patriot who does a lots of positives things to his beloved country.
Presidential building in Buenos Aires. Its a very nice place in the center. I recommend visiting.
Find a spot to sit and reflect on this remarkable pink building. Imagine Evita standing under the arches and inspiring the populist masses. Only the dimension of time separates you. A must see in Buenos Aires. Not much shade so go early before the heat of the day and the gathering of the real masses.
Nice place to visit. The Argentina flag is just so imponent. You can also do guided visit in casa rosada as well.
Very beautiful Presidential palace. From the outside during the day it looks beautiful. A MUST-SEE if you are visiting Buenos Aires.
Beautiful Palace!... renovations were taking place during the visit, so its a good sign they are taking care of it because it really needs it. You must be at the entry, 20 min before the scheduled visit, but dont worry, you still have a chance if youre just on time. You can enter with a small bag to carry important personal items like your ID/Passport and printed reservation which are both mandatory.
Such a beautiful palace!!
Casa Rosada is a so full of history that make a must place to see when you in BA
Casa Rosada, besides being an important place historically, is also a really cool looking building. It’s definitely worth exploring it and the surrounding area, as well as looking into its past and present.
If you are interested in Argentinian history this is a must-go-to place. La Casa Rosada is a beautiful sight, especially in day time! There are also many places to see and visit nearby!
beautiful place to spot the Casa Rosadas cat. Just ask any of the workers or guides where you can view this magnificent animal. Try to go before December 2019 because it could be relocated!
English language tour was scattered and contained fairly bland information. The tour guide really meant well, but had a strong accent, spoke quickly, and used tons of filler words which made it hard to understand, even for a native English speaker who frequently listens to English with Argentinean accent. The palace is alright, but is in a bit of disrepair and you did not get to see much.English language tour was scattered and contained fairly bland information. Gathering place National history There are many things here that are amazing. The aura of past prosperity is here. Now, it has been renovated on the front of the park. Visiting is like

Interesting place to visit and learn something about its history. Free guided tours in several languages. You need to register online 2 weeks in advance.

The palace is not really pink (the name has its inspiration in the White House, US, but its a kind of rose. Once it was the presidential house, but, today, not anymore. Its fantastic, full of rich details. You can schedule a guided tour inside the house( its available in three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish). In this tour you can see a astounding red velvet lift with a beautiful crystal chandelier (its so vintage, I found interesting and beautiful)
Beautiful place at night to walk and take pictures with family and friends
It’s a great opportunity to be inside this historical place. It’s a most see!
Historical house dominating the Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada - or pink house - is the seat of the colonial government of Argentina constructed in 1873 ... It explores the history of Argentina, from colonial times to the present,
Unique and very historic building. Houses government offices and is where these officials work during the week. The balcony on the front is where Eva Peron made her famous, charismatic addresses to the Argentinian people. Often the site of protests, which seem mostly peaceful.
Must see in Buenos Aires! Looks beautiful during the night as well!! Very scenic. Dont be discouraged if it rains. Inside there is museum for turists
We did not go inside but my rating is based on the current situation. Not only are the grounds being dug up at the front, the Plaza De Mayo is also completely blocked off and being renovated allnat once! This demonstrates the sheer lack of intelligence making both the front and back of the palace totally inaccessible and doing all the work SLOWLY at the same time instead of doing bit by bit. It looks terrible around this gorgeous building right now and its hard to get any of the picturesque views and photos this location is known for. Obviously improvements are a good thing but to do it in this way is ridiculous. Unlikely we will be back here to witness this building and grounds in its former and future beauty. Sad times....
Unless you live nearby its not the kind of place you can just "Pop for a visit" but well worth seeing if you get the chance.
Beautiful historic building. Dont forget the museum down the side street that shows the development of the area despite lacking English descriptions.
Beautiful building and very well preserved.
Weekend tours are all that are available. Theyre only an hour which will feel somewhat rushed for the amount of history youll experience. Also, it has the dirtiest public toilets in Buenos Aires, hands down.
Beautiful historic building, think of it as the White house of Argentina although its not used as the residence of the president anymore. As a side note Eva Peron used to use the balcony to address the citizens during her husbands presidency.
Great historical place but sadly they only let visitors in on the weekends
Beautiful Rose colored building. Presidents house. I was looking forward to seeing the balcony that Evita made her speeches from. There were still protesters in the courtyard out front. Mostly protesting the British rules of the Malvinas.
Nice place and famous about revolution and Evita. Also check the museum at the back of the palace. Historical intresting.Attention: for visits: you have to register up front by website, if not you cant go in.I had to go back the next day. Also check the parc and the streets around.
What an amazing price of history a must see for all visitors
Maybe the most well known touristic spot in Buenos Aires, its worth a visit. A lot of historic information regarding the building, the city and the country itself. Very nice, and whoever goes to Buenos Aires must visit the Casa Rosada.
It is a MUST to DO if your visiting Buenos Aires. It´s the President Palace, place centuries of history of Argentina Politics. Try to find a tour inside the House, you will be able to also visit the place where the presidents work! It definitely worths.
A must see if you are in Buenos Aires.
The presidential house in Buenos Aires. An amazing building and a Must go place during your stay in Argentina. It has an old stile but its huge and imposing place. Look around in Plazza de Mayo and you will see other nice buildings as well.
When taking night bus 152, its very handy to see "Casa rosso" with pink lights to know where you need to get off as they never say the name of the bus stops. Its also a very beautiful building, day and night.
A beautiful seat of government. Its pink and amusingly lit at night. Surrounded by palm trees, it can transport you to a more tropical locale. The whole area is a tourist haven, with historical buildings and statues to adore. If hungry, avoid the places with English signs and go almost anywhere else. Those are the places all the working Portenos go for lunch.
