Great authentic Italian restaurant with a comfortable feel. We both had the Spaghetti allo scoglio and the green Apple fizz for drinks, it was that good that we won’t even need to look at the menu next time! Highly recommend for a special occasion or to impress a date

Incredible restaurant on all fronts. The set up is intimate and allows for proper customer service between the staff and patrons. Staff are professional, accomodating and extremely helpful.The best part of our experience however was the food. The gnocchi in particular was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever tasted and I’d be hard pressed to swap it out for any other dish. That being said, the arancini balls and quail were also to die for. If you want authentic Italian food and an overall great experience I would highly recommend Casa Nostra.

Food was just okay considering the price tag.

Homely Sicilian cuisine accompanied by fantastic staff and atmosphere - a fine representation of its name - Casa Nostra.Delicious food is a staple in Casa Nostra - tasteful arancino, tender quail, and the layers of flavours embedded within the risotto. But the highlight is the undoubtedly the homemade pasta that dances in your mouth.The only shortcoming would be its portion size for its price, the texture of its calamari and the moisture in the mushroom that affect the textural contrast of the risotto.But an overall great experience! The pasta clearly the winner.

Our first time there, excellent food and great wine

Very nice Italian food. Went there for dinner with my partner and really enjoyed the Pistachio Gnocchi, but also the Quail.Surprisingly the gnocchi were among the entrees. My partner had the linguine Carrettiera and they were nice, but she expected them to be a bit more special.Finally, we really appreciated the dessert mix, in order to try a few different ones.Will definitely go back.

Beautiful Authentic Italian Restaurant. Delicious pasta, seafood and deserts. Amazing taste, freshly made, little a bit pricey but well worth it. Friendly staff. We had beautiful romantic lunch. Highly recommend to all.

Casa nostra is never a disappointment. Have thoroughly enjoyed seeing this excellent restaurant grow in recognition since we first dined there three years ago. The chef is both meticulous and creative and the service is consistently outstanding. Would encourage you to put it on the regular list

The food was amazing. The veal was so tender. Yumm.

Had the tasting menu paired with wines and it was awesome, service was attentive but not intrusive. The standout for mine was the deboned quail and my only knock was the Waygu 6+ was a tad gristly for that cut of meat but wasn’t a dealbreaker. Will definitely be back and can thoroughly recommend the tasting menu to anyone thinking of doing it.

Very good food, nice place for a casual lunch and catch up. Food was authentic and service very friendly.

My partner and I have been going to dinner here for several years and have never been disappointed, the service is always amazing and the food is second to none! If the octopus is on the menu I would highly recommend doing yourself a favour and ordering.

The menu has lots of seafood, not my favourite. But a glass of red and Arancini balls were quite nice. Service was of a high standard. Small intimate area to dine in and a few outside tables.

This place is simply amazing. From the moment we walked the owner was so welcoming and informative. She demonstrated a passion for wine and food which had my partner and I engaged and excited for what was to come. The food was impeccable and could not fault the drinks or service. I can’t believe I haven’t heard of the place before. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

Very friendly welcome - lovely atmosphere - and of course the food!! The Gnocci is so soft - delightful! And the Veal was so tender. If your thinking about - do it & go! You wont be disappointed !

Very disappointing. Booked by phone week in advance. Arrived to two page menu - second page with some amazing looking multi course/degaustation options. Asked about one option - sorry sir, not available, you needed to "pre book". Me - but you didnt advise that when we booked. OK, what about the pasta degaustation (Italian restaurant, right, so you make pasta). Sorry sir, not available. What??? BE WARNED - unless you pre book (which you didnt know you were required to- the best parts of menu will be tantalisingly out of reach. Steer clear!

The perfect restaurant for my anniversary with my partner. We had the gnocchi and the risotto and both were beautiful. The staff were also lovely.

Authentic Italian fine dining. We had the fresh pasta tasting menu and has been a great experience.4 years in Australia and I have never found such a great quality in an Italian restaurant like here.You cant go wrong with Casa Nostra Ristorante. Ill be back for sure!

3 star food for for 5 star prices. The manager was not particularly friendly (despite the friendly wait staff). We watched her berate a young man from one of the restaurants across the road over smoke coming from their kitchen, which was more uncomfortable to watch than the small amount of smoke itself.

There is allot of Great Italian Restaurants in Brisbane and the standard is very high. Casa Nostra is right up there in my view. The Sicilian unique flavours really shine and everything we consumed was very very good. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be back again and again . Do not expect Naples style pizza and Northern Italian flavours but If you like Mediterranean food you will not be disappointed with anything you order.

Casa Nostra - fantastic food and service! I had 2 pasta dishes which were both heavenly - a seafood risotto, and a carbonara pasta with fish, which is very different but equally delicious. Brilliant food. An excellent wine list to boot.Sarah provides amazing service, whilst her husband cooks the magic food. A great combination. I will be back ASAP.

Food selection is fresh, a very well thought out menu. Complimentary bread on arrival. "Tap water" is purified and chilled, everything we ordered was delicious and made with love. Service is just right and the atmosphere is relaxed. Perfect to dine with friends and family. A great restaurant all round. Highly recommend!! We will be going back :)

What a great surprise!!! Its not usual to find good Italian nowadays, but Casa Nostra pleasantly surprised us. We shared some entrees and mains and they were all nice. The calamari tasted fresh, the pizza dough was thin but crispy and firm. The base sauce they used was sufficiently tasteful without overtaking the taste of the pizza itself. The pasta was nice and the gnocchi was delightful. There is care in the preparation of this beautiful food and you can definitely feel it in the taste. It is great to find a place that doesnt charge more than other Italian restaurants in the area, but has a much better quality. And the cherry on top, the service was really friendly and caring. We will definitely be coming back sooner rather than later. Totally recommended.

We just celebrated our sons Baptism on the weekend followed by a four course lunch at Casa Nostra. The food and service was flawless. Sarah and her staff made the entire experience perfection. We look forward to celebrating future family events at this beautiful restaurant.

4 stars for food but 5 for service. I got the fettuccine which was pretty standard, my wife got the gnocchi which was amazing!Employees were great, opening the door as we came in, helping us find a spot for our pram and helping us get it out after dinner. Would go back again for sure.

After hearing about Casa Nostra from various friends, my partner and I decided to finally visit. The freshly made pasta reminded me of my time in Italy, maybe better with the Aussie seafood (octopus and mussels amazing!The host matched the wines perfectly! The combination of the two has created my fave Italian in Brisbane! Hands down.

Sublime seafood lovers feast, I have been to many seafood restaurants, this is by far number one, service was on point and the suggested wines were perfect. Atmosphere was warm and welcome , amazing value! Bonus free parking aswell, Definitely returning !

Wow!!!Recently had dinner at this great Italian restaurant.We were keen to try their much talked about pasta. We chose the six course Pasta Degustation menu for only $69 per person.Hands down best pasta experience we have ever had. All the pasta is made fresh in house.I don’t know any other restaurant that offers this unique experience.Can’t wait to return with our family and friends.Very knowledgeable and friendly professional waitstaff made it the ultimate dining experience.

This is the second time I have been to Casa Nostra. Last time was 18 months ago. The passion for service is the same high standard and the food is exceptional. The wine list also stars with a great range of Italian wines matched perfectly to the food. The food, wines, and service is not expensive but great value for what you get. Our table loved it. Its a must try!

Home restaurant,A fantastic way to describe this establishment would be wholesome, you get a great heavy hug from the decorative features this restaurant exhibits.Staff were welcoming, clean cut and attentive.The food was delicious and so fresh, you could tell that that care for what was put down in front of you started in the kitchen and followed to the table.Only reason for a 4 was because I went during lunch time on a weekend with only two friends, I dont think I got the full experience this place could give.Will be back, thats a guarantee.

Recently celebrated my daughters 21st at Casa Nostra Ristorante. Was stress free from the first inquiry, booking and to the night. Sarah couldnt of made it any easier.Feedback on the night from the guests was very positive and we could not fault the quality of the food or the service.Well done!

Best choice in Brisbane to have a real taste of good Italian food. Pizza is delicious, great selection of pasta, seafood and desserts. Lovely atmosphere and great service for a good deal. Definitely recommended.

Wedding Function Review - We recently held our wedding reception at Casa Nostra Ristorante and couldnt be happier with the result. It topped off what was a spectacular day and they did everything to ensure the night was perfect for us and our guests.In the lead up to the wedding they helped us work within our budget to decide on the Menu and Drinks, which included delicious Pizzette and Arancini for canapes, alternate drop of Seafood Risotto and Paccheri Al Forno for entree and for mains we had alternate drop of an incredible Barramundi stuffed with artichokes and Porchetta.There was also a dessert bar of traditional italian sweets and they even made us our wedding cake! The drinks package included beautiful Italian wines which they helped us pick to fit out budget.The overall package was above and beyond other venues we had viewed at the same price range.Most importantly the level of service provided by the staff was excellent and truly made our wedding night an incredible experience.

Sarah is just so warm and lovely great knowledge of the food and wine menus. OMG the food .... really authentic Italian top quality fresh produce , the gnocchi is the best I have had in my whole life. The wine menu is a great balance of Australian and Italian. I will be back again and again and again

Came through for a work lunch a few weeks ago and was impressed! So much so I went back for Valentines dinner and took the wifey. Food was delicious! Only issue I would say is that the serving size was a little smaller than Id like but nonetheless amazing.

We recently took our team for lunch at Casa Nostra. The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Our compliments to Biagio for his delicious and fresh menu - its great to know that everything is made in house. A big plus is the easy and free parking! Highly recommended. Well be back for sure!

This restaurant is the real deal. I havent enjoyed Italian cuisine this much since we were last in Sicily. We had complimentary garlic / herb bread when we arrived which was a great start, and we tried the entree specials which were amazing. The pasta was next level perfect and took me back to the restaurants in Sicily. The Italian wine was fantastic and to top the whole thing off they even validated my parking so we parked for free! The service was really nice, and the husband, wife and kids all working in the restaurant. This was a 5 star experience and we will be back. Best Italian restaurant in Brisbane hands down.

I highly recommend the Porchetta (melt in your mouthand the Tiramisu. (Lightest youll ever tasteBest pizzas in Brisbane too. Well definitely be back.

Authentic italian food, well presented and very fresh. Good size meals and amazing garlic pizza bread while waiting for our meal. Very nice decor and attentive staff. Very good service. Happy to have discovered this little gem. Free parking was very convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant. We were fortunate enough to experience the degustation menu with matching wines. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious with a a variety of dishes incorporated in the menu. The staff were pleasant, very attentive and the manager was sure to check in that we had everything we needed. We dined fairly early on a Friday night (only time we could get away from our 3 week oldbut the dinner was a welcome break from newborn mayhem and I would hope the same level of service applies to the busy periods.
