Great location and adorable houses.

Its a ⭐⭐ hotel so we didnt expect to be "perfect". Walking distance to everything downtown. Alright rooms(clean)a very small bathroom, good ambiance, no bar and no restaurant. Too pricey for a ⭐⭐ hotel, but like I said everything was really close to the hotel. Nice experience, but will not go back. There are a lot of hotels that offer more and cheaper.

Casa Luna está excelentemente localizado en el Viejo San Juan, un lugar muy acogedor con un excelente servicio.

Very hospitable, but rooms are on the smaller side. If youre tall you are likely to hit your head on the ceiling when you go up to the loft. Other than that, everything was great.

Small, cozy Airbnb. Well located in Old San Juan. Walking distance of parks, stores, the beach, the Port and eateries. Identical suits with Wi-Fi, AC, kitchenette and small eating area. Rooftop is amazing.

this place was great and clean. I loved the balcony and the roof however, the room and the bed was VERY tiny. Very little space to keep our belongings, which made the space uncomfortable. Definitely more for solo travelers and not so much for couples.

A great AirBnb in the historic Calle Luna. We highly recommend it. 5 minute walk from local food and parking.

Beautiful rooms to stay in! Very clean and in a great location for Old San Juan. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was as loud as a wind tunnel, which made sleeping in quite tough.

This is a Super Lovely place to stay in Old San Juan. If youre staying for one night or 10 night this should be the place. Very nice and clean. I loved the roof top. I highly recommend. No parking but public parking is around the corner $$. Casa Luna Guest house, I will be back.

A beautiful air conditioned room with a porch overlooking the street. Would benefit from a luggage rack or two.

If youre looking for comforts of a 5 star hotel... move on. Casa Luna is up a historic cobble stone street from the square. A block from San Cristobal. Walking distance from everything. The room is quaint, clean and comfortable. Ours had terrace over looking street, a fridge and microwave. Free TV and internet. Many resraraunts and shops with easy walking distance. Good price for accommodations and location. Definitely would stay again.

Rustic-modern suite with bedroom, small living room, kitchen area, en-suite bathroom, and two balconies (private and shared. Quaint, quiet street near restaurants, boutiques.Run by locals. Lady contacted us via WhatsApp and had our room ready promptly.Perfect for a romantic stay. Will definitely return for longer. Highly recommend.

Muy bonito acogedor y muy limpio, tiene buena situación en el centro del viejo San Juan , tiene aire y todo nuevo, un lugar con mucho encantó, lo aconseje a mis amigos . Gracias Casa Luna por vuestra hospitalidad , después de todo lo sufrido San Juan se levanta , volveré seguro desde España.

El lugar tiene nuevos dueños desde septiembre 2018, está completamente remodelado, es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del Viejo San Juan y disfrutar de una excelente estadia.

It’s a really great place to stay!! Everything is nice and clean, fast and convenient way to check in and check out, it’s quiet as well and it’s super close to everything. I’m really satisfied and I will recommend this place to friends.

Carlos, the host was the rudest person (as you will probably see on his response)I have ever dealt with when it comes to guesthouses, hotels, airbnbs, etc. There is no staff on site, he did not understand that if I didnt have a phone plan for the PR trip i would have had to spent money in an international roaming call to check in. We got there (hence I HAD provided him with all the info requested like flight timeand there was no one, we knocked on some doors we hoped to SOMEONE! after 5-10min of trying to figure it out, i went and turned on my cell to call the number i found online which was also in a lil plate by one door. he said someone was coming... another 5 min (do the math), OUT IN THE SUN it was hot out there with our bags just standing like fools. I told him nicely maybe it was not the best system to check in guests considering not everyone had a working phone when they travel. He said there was no way i had been waiting that long because i had called him at an specific time (he didnt care about the time we spent trying to figure it out, he did not give proper instructions, and last he did not understand that not all travelers have a working phone when abroad).For this, prior the booking, we never received instruction, or anything!!! I had to reach out to him and ask him.Rooms: beds are tiny ikea full beds, the showers are for someone very short and small, if youa re a tall person, stay away.Also, compare reviews towels smelled moldyLocation was great, but aggravation was not worth it with so many other spots.

We are planning to wed in old San Juan Puerto Rico. Im currently working there to help restore power. Were looking for a house with plenty of rooms for out guests. Can you help?

if I could give it a 0 star I would. we booked with them and a hurricane hit, there was no power in the area and it was impossible to get there the airport was not flying people to Puerto Rico at this time either. we tried several ways to contact the hotel and they completely ignored every attempt in an effort to keep our money when they were well aware they would not be able to accommodate us. extremely disappointed with the customer service. had this experience been better we would have reconsidered them for our trip in 2018 because we truly did want to stay here but the honesty of their management is just disappointing

This place is a scam, they will respond to messages about inquiries but suddenly their emails are broken when you need to make a change to a reservation

Really central, and comfortable

Seriously, we guests need to take a stand against places like this! Stay elsewhere! I showed up at 10:00pm after being on a flight all day. No one was there, door was locked, place was dark so I called the phone number. She said they canceled my booking because while I was on the plane they were trying to call me to obtain my credit card information over the phone before I arrived. I was on a 10 hr flight from Rome... you know up in the sky away from cell towers and in Italy where my US phone service does not work, of course I cant answer my phone! I told her I was upset and would write a review. She said she did not care and told me to go ahead and write a bad review. The streets are dark and lonely at night. Some drunk guys were stumbling around. I caught a taxi nearby and left. So I paid another taxi to find a more expensive hotel last minute. I truly hope she either changes her ways or they go out of business.

The place is just OK. Its beautiful, it has old city charm, but the room wasnt as demonstrated in the photos, air conditioner didnt work properly, the bed was awfully hard, and the bathroom has a permanent odor...
