Always a pleasure coming in to Casa. The ambience is beautiful with soft orange lighting around the bar, and cool classical Spanish music usually playing in the background. Loud enough to create room for intimate conversation but soft enough to accommodate decent conversation.All the staff are extremely attentive and likeable, and their smoked old fashioned is great.Oh and of course the cigars are smooth and tasty with a wide selection for all tastes.Highly recommended. Check out their Spanish music night on Fridays.

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years. Being a woman in the cigar world this is an awesome spot to come chill,vibe, have a nice drink paired with a good cigar and listen to a live DJ. The owners and management team are phenomenal. Abe, Alex, Moxxie and Luis do an amazing job with running several Smoke Inns and on Friday night they have a fantastic DJ Kyle Holder, Smooth Bounce Ent. He plays a variety of music from old to new school also in West Palm.Then you have the best staff ever, Matt Jr., Jay Rock, Anna, Sarah and more, too many to list.This place is clean well established. Drinks are delicious and you can order food from surrounding stores and come here and relax, meet with friends or talk business. I love this place and glad to be thought of as part of the family. ❤️

What a hidden gem! This cigar club is awesome!! Excellent prices, large selection and a great atmosphere. Perfect place to enjoy a cigar inside or outside in their patio. Staff is really great. Have had lovely interactions with Melvin, Alex, and Jaxx, they are so hospitable x.

Very confortable lounge for a solo smoke, get some thinking or work done while enjoying a cigar. Great spot to meet up some buddies as well, or mingle on a busy weekend night. Just a great atmosphere. The Staff is great, very attentive and professional. Catch happy hour specials, as the drinks are just a bit overpriced, but hey, good service and staff costs money, so no gripes from me.

Great atmosphere and liquor selection. Only downside was the girl working seemed very pushy on my friend and I buying boxes when we stated multiple times wed only be purchasing 1 or 2 cigars each.

I’ve been to four cigar bars between Boca Raton and Delray. This is by far the best. The most outstanding quality is the staff. They were a full staff, the manager greeted us, the bar tenders were chatty and nice, they knew cigars and the other patrons were a nice group of people. Indoor or outdoor, there’s room for a small group. Also nice bathroom and seating. UPDATE: live music has been a great addition to the experience!

Casa is by far the best Cigar bar in Palm Beach. Enjoy a high end place with amazing atmosphere. Premium collection of cigars in the humidor to select from with the help of Funda, an amazing employee who’s cigar recommendation is guaranteed to be to your taste. Staff at the bar is excellent!

I love this cigar bar ! The bar staff! Humidor guys and girls are great , Lu and Jax are great they always greet you when you walk in they come off very genuine and warm welcoming . I visit this place often and really enjoy a good atmosphere and cigar after a long day .

Just not the same as last year, when you start to have a huge turnover in employees and the quality of the service and music is getting to be questionable , you stop going ,from 4 times a week to looking for another proper, classy cigar lounge. Is it the manager Luis or corporate or both.

Great spot! Very relaxing and comfortable. Only issue was the service. Barmaids were chilly, limited in knowledge ( wines/drinksand very preoccupied. It seemed like we were bothering them, as we waited for drinks at an empty bar. Maybe a lack of training? Otherwise, place has great selection of cigars and libations. Nice vibe...

Been there before but this time it was really disappointing. The bartender was kind of ignorant (no drink menu by the wayand the guy working in the Humidor also was kind of not liking his job.... Location itself is great.

First time here this afternoon. Everyone was helpful, but Fiunda was especially hospitable. She helped us pick cigars and welcomed us like we were VIPs. Spent time entertaining us and making us feel at home. What a wonderful person. Will definitely be back. Ask for her if you come in.

Came in from out of town, Marrisa tended to my party and was extremely helpful. She recommended a tabak especial with cafe pairing which was exceptional. Attentive, and helpful with even minor details such as placing an ashtray by our chairs. Would definitely come back again when Im back in town.

Visited last Saturday and the bartender working that night never bothered to see if I wanted anything even though I was at the bar. Drinks are high priced and not worth the increased cost when your essentially ignored by their staff unless your one of their regulars.

UPDATE: Returned a second time. Experience was even better. Endlessly harassed the staff and they put up with it and gave back as good as they got. This place is absolutely wonderful. Diana and Valerie are awesome.Sam and Marissa are awesome. Great drinks and cigars. Ambiance is wonderful. But the staff is what puts it over the top..

Great place with a wide selection of fine cigars, scotches, bourbons, beers, etc.Comfortable sitting areas, wrap around bar, and even outside seating. Perfect place for the boys to meet up.

Ive been to many cigar shops/lounges in multiple cities and states. This one was by far the best one Ive been to. The gentleman who helped me was a certified tobacconist and really knew his stuff. I gave him some information about what I like and he recommended multiple cigars that he thought Id like. Every single recommendation was on point. Every cigar was perfect. If Im ever in that part of Florida again, this is definitely the only place Ill be doing business with.

Great cigar and bourbon selections. We drove an hour to get there and that says a lot. We always go there after having a pizza at Nicks. Bartenders are good and there is comfortable seating for smoking a Montecristo and enjoying a drink. Good air purification system...even the non-smokers enjoy the place.

Chris Hayes provides a positively phenomenal service experience. He went way above and beyond to accommodate a female guest and make her feel comfortable and welcome. I also felt like a valued guest. Thank you to the staff for such an excellent visit! (Tuesday October 15th 2019 around 5:30pm)

the environment is always friendly, the staff is tremendously nice. Jeremy the manager always comes by and talks with your group to make sure your experience is the best. Cigar and drink selection is huge. I love it here and I will be bringing all my friends and family here.

Fair pricing on sticks. Could be a decent atmosphere. Whats with the rap and old R&B? Staff s personality left a lot to be desired. Couldnt put my cigars on my tab? My drink was the worst I have had in town. An Old Fashioned should be a staple, and it was abysmal. I wont be returning.

Great place for cigar lovers. Great selection of cigars low to high end. Nice, courteous staff very good bar selection too. Ive never seen this place too crowded. Stay away if you either do not smoke of hate second hand smoking. Though their exhaust system is amazing, it is a cigar lounge, so people are smoking inside.

Absolutely love the classy atmosphere here. Sitting outside with a cigar and pals, and it makes a great pastime. The employees are nice and dont ridicule the underage guests. Great location to come after dinner with so many different restaurants around the area.

I cant imagine what else you could want in a cigar bar. Outrageous selection, very competitive pricing, phenomenal liquor selection, and a staff that knows everything you could possibly want to know. Ryan and the people at Prime very obviously love what they do; Ive never met anyone as willing to take the time to talk to you at their place of business, and educate as much as sell! As someone else said, it really is the Cheers of cigar bars. The location is also great since its so close to great eating and the mall as well! Its my favorite place to go after a nice meal at Abe & Louies or Capital Grille
