Having experienced Carrefour in Doha we felt somewhat disappointed with the Muscat outlet. Similar in layout but 30% less products. Not very busy y like the Doha outlet. Checkout staff very indifferent and distant leaving you pleased to leave the store.

Love to shop here for all my daily needs. Great ambiance, good stuf, reasonable prices on some articles.

There is nothing good to be said about Grand Mall Carrefour. The service is not good and most of what we want to get is not available. Therefore a one time purchase is not recommended by this hyper

Only place with a small crowd at grand mall oman. They have offers but compare to lulu not good. Team need to work but hard on their sales strategy and learn customer handling. Do not have specific bad experience but nothing remarkable to mention.

Carrefour is Muscat Grand Mall is not overly crowded like Lulu. The fruits and vegetables are a bit expensive but are always properly stored

If you can find a place to park, probably still one of the best Carrefours in Muscat. Not too busy, very well stocked. Great fresh produce.

All types of daily home needs items, food stuff, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits , dry fruit and electrical items available. Situated at base floor of Muscat Grand Mall, Ghubra.You can easily go there by walking from ghubra roundabout, or take taxi, or park your vehicle at parking area.

The store is well maintained and has a wide range of products. However, the one star is for their online shopping service which I am having an horrible experience with. There are items out of stock which are not reflected at the time of purchase. Once the full payment is made, the customer is notified of the items out of stock which are mostly never substituted and no indication of refund is given in a message or email. Upon inquiry through their long waiting customer service center, a refund is promised. After which there seems to be complete silence and no updates whatsoever regarding the status of the refund. When I managed to get through again to the customer service agent after a long-waiting on call, I was told they will check with the store. This whole process dragged for almost 20 days. Never experienced this type of hassle with any of the other online shopping applications and platforms. Unfortunately, I decided to place another order, tricked by my Loyalty for Carrefour in the past, and the same happens. Now thats two refunds stuck in the loop. Makes me wonder, should I reconsider my loyalty towards Carrefour.

Good quality of fish and vegetables. They have a ready to make fresh bakery and good choice of international food items. It’s one stop shop for grocery and more. I loved the location inside mall as you could do your shopping and grocery at the same go.

Good location. Neat & clean. Lots of parking. Food court, good cinema (currently closed due to corona). Carrefour inside as well as money changers, gym, a connected hotel accessible from inside. Lots of famous brands of clothing, beach wear. Ice cream. Cafes. You could easily spend whole day inside.

This place is good when you want to shop for your groceries in a hurry. Also, it opens at 8AM everyday. Advantage for early risers.

Not good..Im going to parcel deposit but they are paying attention..i want to deposit my things...they are pointing finger to each other...to guard..to other staff...and other staff again...disappointing...make your staff more aware of some of costumer are buying some items in other stores thats why we need to leave are things to parcel deposit ...

Its not like before, we purchased one Gallon milk but at the counter they could not provide one plastic carrybag to carry out the item, its really shame for MAF group of companies, management should be careful of the costumers,

I believe this one of the best property for Carrefour in Muscat. The size of the store is just right and the options available are in good proportions.Which means you can do effective shopping in comparatively less time. The cash counters aren’t very busy and kept need as well as tidy.

I go to this place every weekend. They offer sale in varios items. Vegetables and grocery products available here. Besides, electronics , clothes, shoes, perfumes and many other items also available here. Organic items are sold here.
