They dont turn on the ac in the kids area, while the rest of the place is really cold (it’s been like that for at least 8 weeks)

Worst service ever just bought today and tatoo guy does the worst service !!

Bad service playgroung very dirty the owner kids eating inside playgroung. Coffee very expensive 1 regular size only no decaffeinated coffee.

Stopped by for a meal today food wasn’t great, their service was trash, after eating the kids wanted to play on the playpen and we have a toddler who couldn’t go down the slide alone so we sent my 13 year old cousin to go with him, right after employee Beatriz E. Let us know that older kids weren’t allowed to play in the playpen. Which we agreed, apologized for the disturbance and then a manager who did not give us her name and was not wearing a name badge rudely started telling us to leave and to not get back in the play pen when we were all ready leaving. I had left my phone inside so I went back inside to look for it with my brother and the lady started telling my brother that he had to get out and that she was happy that I had lost my phone and that that’s what we deserved. She did end up calling the police on us when we did absolutely nothing and to top it off they had a young kid about the age of 9-10 helping in the front, handling food and when the police officer arrived they hid the boy in the back.

I ordered my meal with other family members passing through, food wasn’t great served cold like as if they had been out for a while. Also manger was really rude after the meal my toddler wanted to play in the playpen but me as an full size adult could not go up the with him so I sent my cousin who is 13 to go down the slide with him soon after an employee Beatriz E. Came by and let us know that bigger kids couldn’t be on the playpen do to unstable playpen. We agreed my toddler ran back which I sent my cousin to get him down at the same time the manager which did not give us her nam started badmouthing us and shouting and threatening to call the cops we tried to explain that my cousin was only getting my toddler but she completely went off after one time of being asked to get the big kids off. She did call the cops which was a waste of time for us just passing through and the cop himself. The cop just said have a nice day no trouble here. Also they had underage kids working behind the counter ,handing out food but when the cop showed up they hid the kids in the back. Please rewatch video footage if needed.

Workers are very rude and get everything wrong the kid over the counter was very rude to the point I just wanted my money the service was so bad I wouldn’t even rate it a star food was raw and nasty I’m very disappointed

Workers really rude and never gets my order right…it is so bad I wanna give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1🙄

It is very good, sometimes it can be weird with the staff, you see I ordered a burger with lots of cheese and they asked to me if I wanted cheese on my burger.But the food is really good and fresh.

Visiting My mother and my sister in Nogales I suggested Carls Jr which is not far from my mums place But I was disappointed at their speed No seating inside the restaurant and brought in the coupons the price was pretty high Being a Fast food restaurant

Asked for kids hamburger meal with cheese, girl over intercom said cheeseburger and I said yes. When I went to go pay I asked to make sure that she knew I wanted the kids meal, she said no. Even tho I previously stated that I wanted a kids hamburger with cheese. She gave a bit of attitude then asked to go around and wait. She came out to hand me the bags of food. We always check inside the bags to make sure we got everything and she "ugh" (annoyingly saidbecause she was waiting to give us the final bag. Not good to be giving attitude to your customers especially knowing you got the order wrong thru the intercom. Will be reaching out to corporate soon.

For more than 15 years I have tried this restaurant and all the time have been a great option for travelers in Nogales AZ. They offer good products at reasonable price. I think the main opportunity they have is with the restaurant cleaning, but other than that is a great option for travellers, I strongly recommend it.

They had no chicken stars, no large combos, no criss cut fries and I waited over 10 minutes for my order. I ordered the chicken tender bites and it was all breading hardly any chicken.

If youre a doordash driver, expect to be here waiting 15-30 minutes almost every time cause they never have the orders ready and take forever to even attend you

This restaurant was not honoring their two for $5 jalapeno burgers as advertised everywhere theres even a big poster board in Nogales that has the advertisement and I even explained it to the kid working over the counter and he still said they were not honoring that anymore so I laughed and walked out Ive been going to Carls Jr for over 25 years I grew up in California

Great service, clean

Foods ok, staff is nice at the drive thru. Been coming here on and off for months since my company is out here. Everytime regardless of the order, they have you pull around front and wait for 15-20 minutes for food. I dont know how they could be behind given each time there is only 1-2 cars ahead of me and maybe 2 customers inside if at all. Not very "fast food."

Worst Carls Jr so far, whoever works there cant speak English and will just serve you any random food in drive thru.

Very good for a quick bite on the road but not the best .. staff is always very friendly though

Super tasty burgers and fries, paid $25 for party of 2. Fresh vegetables, warm bun and wonderfull fries. Did not give 5 stars only because facilities need renovation an upkeep, specially the restrooms !

Never been to a fast food where you go through the drive thru and pick up your order in the front.. i thought that was the purpose of a drive thru. Other than that the staff is very friendly and food is great.

Deliciously made food, really good portions and amazing ambience. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Play place is also clean. Have to go the long way to get in the parking lot because of construction but overall 9 out of 10.

The food is always fresh, friendly staff, dont mess up the order, but 4 stars instead of 5 is because they ALWAYS have you either back up to get off the time at window sensor or something, or have you pull around front and wait for your food.

Restrooms were pretty bad (gas station equivalentand didnt have baby changing stations. When asked about the station was told the owner didnt like them cause a baby could fall... do you have any idea how many fast food restaurants nationwide do have them? Also, tables werent the cleanest... in the middle of a pandemic that doesnt speak well.

Meal took forever to get made and then it was not correct. Decided to take the meal as is and not wait for it to be redone. A single combo meal (western bacon burgercost was ten dollars and some change, not a great value. Very dissatisfied.

Rude service and wont allow to use the restroom until customer has finally bought something. Will stand outside bathroom and wait for customers that havent bought something and stare suspiciously the entire time you are there. Service was slow in general and in the ketchup packets we received were all sticky and gross. That is extremely unsanitary. The attitude towards customer is just plain bad. Never in my life have I been stared at like a criminal just because I walked into a bathroom before buying food. My kid was crying her eyes out and after her using the restroom I still bought food and the entire time every worker looked at me like I had committed a crime.

Horrible in every aspect. The bathrooms are disgusting, the smell, no paper, no hand soap, had to go with the manager and ask she look at us as she wasnt happy that we ask her, didnt get her name but she was tall, me and my family ordered and it took half an hour for our food to be ready. There was a lot of dirty tables and the garbage cans were full. Poor management.

Made me wait for 10min. On drive through. Ended up leaving as he no longer responded nor did anyone come out and explain. As I was driving away I saw attendant laughing and playing with other employees. Today at 5:15pm

Its was OK. Food was consistent with Carls Jr. The place was kinda messy. No soap in the bathrooms, just needed some housekeeping.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The GM is a wonderful woman, truly exceptional! Food was hot fresh and accurate. This Carls Jr takes pride in what they do! The Tucson locations could learn a thing or two.

Great food but hamburger was like warm. Cashier forgot our cups but her mind was on something else. I made her laugh so she didnt feel bad. Very nice gal.

I really liked the Beyond Meat burger! Hope they keep it on the menu but everything here is pretty good. Probably the best fast food burgers in Nogales.

Nice local place. Most if the time they get my order the way I want it. It is almost a locally owned restaurant aspect to this one as the management is like family

On a couple trips through here we have stopped for something to eat. A quick meal with calories for the Highway. The Place was Clean, Service okay. The Meal was fine. A Double means the Girls get their own Burger.

The prices seem high, at least 20% higher than I would like to be paying. The food always tastes great and the place is usually pretty clean. The walk in service I guess that makes it all worth while. DOUBLE WESTERN BACON CHEESE BURGER PLEASE!

The food was excellent. I actually visit this location once every year while visiting family. This is a good place to bring kids, simce theres a huge playroom. This is also a good place to stop to eat after passing the border at Nogales. A worthy five stars.

Extremely slow service this time... . 20 minutes to serve 2 hamburgers.In addition, my wife is allergic to dairy, she asked hers with no cheese, but they delivered it with cheese,... we had to wait additional time to have it served properly.Bathroom was not as clean as usual.Sorry, but Carls did not delivered this time

Didnt like the prices. I think they are a bit expensive for fast food. The value menu is ok, the $5 chicken value meal is very good. Staff is very friendly.

We came in to get food and there was a wait for 20 minutes for them to deliver food. The whole place was waiting for food and they were just walking around not looking like they cared. Ive had this problem before at this Carls jr. its a good place to avoid

For one prices are high at Carls but I love the burgers.... Anyhow I bought dinner for the family to go and spent about 60 bucks and when I asked for extra ketchup the manager acted like I asked for his first born. Horrible I guess being so close to the border customer service goes out the window....
