I went through the drive to obtain my order, and it has always been accurate and pretty quick. You are able to get a burger anytime which is good. I have had no problems, and will continue to use.

I ordered the steak and egg burrito. It was good but halfway through the burrito before taking another bite I realized there was a piece of plastic wrap in my food. Not enough concern for food safety. Employees need to be careful when opening packages and using plastic near the food that is being prepared. I could have gotten sick or something had I eaten it.

Usually dont write bad reviews or whatever But this place is lacking, went through the drive-thru at around 7:00, and came home to discover the sourdough burger we ordered had no patty, This is the second time this has happened, with different sandwiches. Went back but the remake sandwich had no toasted bread, it was just covered in butter and microwaved so it was warm. And I know the people working there. Dont care, Because its "just a fast food job" but the whole thing was ridiculous.

Slowest service ive ever experienced in my lifetime

If you prefer fast food, the the buns are as flat as youd expect... the sauce on the sandwiches drown out everything else (probably on purpose)... the staff is as personable as every other fast food joint. It isnt good. If you have the munchies, then I suppose it doesnt matter.

The Beyond Star with cheese is a very tasty veggie burger. Staff is usually friendly.

Normally this is one of the better Carls. Today I received rotten lettuce on my burger, luckily I opened it before taking a bite. Does not show any quality control or care for their customers.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. They weren’t too terribly busy but all my food was made to order. That’s exactly what I would want. Kevin kept me friendly way I waited for the food. It tasted perfectly it was exactly the way I ordered it. Thanks Kevin for making a great day on July 4th. Better than any firework show.

Refused order 10 minutes before close id understand it we were there at like 10 59 pm but it was basically dead and they refused to take our order.

Placed a mobile order tonight around 9, they had a line but I probably only waited for 5 minutes. Me and my boyfriend are picky eaters so everything had multiple modifications and everything was correct, nicely in the bag, and hot. The boy running the drive through was really nice, seemed like they were short staffed but whoever else was in there was doing a great job too

I came to this Carl’s Jr. last night not knowing they had a line wrapped around the building I sat there and waited when I got to the window I received an apology for the wait and more than exceptional service Tomas and Kevin were great and I don’t regret my trip to Carl’s Jr. definitely would be coming back!!!

4 cooks standing around. One drive thru person. Manager sitting down in office telling me to wait. Assuming he was doing scheduling. We walked out. 2 weeks agoToday we went in when and were the only customers and to our surprise still had to wait. We were shorted when we paid with cash. After reading reviews it seems like a common trend. I have had all my issues when joe the assistant manager was on duty; as he was the one who shortchanged us.I use to enjoy coming here, post covid I don’t. Maybe I’ll drive to woodmen location. Those employees have always been prompt and courteous. I went to order to go after we left and because the drive thru was slammed I was unable to order inside.The gentlemen behind me and I walked out. The look of complete fear in the managers eyes when theirs more than 3 cars is comical4/22This place has turned it aroundGreat work

Consistently bad luck with Wendys, in my home town in Virginia theyre damn near steak house quality, out here your lucky to get something edible

The food is tasty, and fresh. Menu options are adequate. The service & prices, leaves something to be desired.

I asked for six sauces at the window and they said that was fine. When they brought me my food they told me I need to “come inside” for 6, otherwise I could only get 3. That’s the text-book definition of unnecessary.

Even in a big rush and clearly understaffed the two guys running the restaurant were polite, speedy and showed a great appreciation for their job and. the costumers they were serving I got theirs names because the service was so good for fast food I know I it gets and Thomas and Kevin were so amazing I’ll be coming back!!!!!

Horrible experience. Do not use the mobile app, as it made a bad experience worse. first they couldnt find my order, then it took 15 minutes to prepare, and then they fought me with how many drinks were on my order. They prepared five orders with only four drinks and didnt believe me when i said i should have five. I literally had to prove to them that there should be five drinks. I do not recommend this location

Did a doordash order my fried zucchini was burnt chicken nuggets the hamburger bun had black mold it’s disgusting dont eat here

The biscuits and gravy are good, but Ill have to find a different Carls Jr that has better service.And tell me, how does your drive thru price read one thing, and you charge me more at the window? You need to change your sign??? Then change it, or charge me what the sign says!

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! My husband and I went for breakfast yesterday and I have been sick ever since!! 😡😡 It wasn’t 30 minutes after we left that I started getting sick!! Well over 24 hours later and I am still sick and still cannot eat!! Be careful going here as you may seriously end up regretting!! 😡😡🤢🤢

Ordered 2 monster burgers Saturday night. 9:40 is the time printed on the receipt. By the time we got home , they were closed (they closed at 10we took a bite of our $13 burger meal and all you could taste was salt. I took it apart and all you could see is all the salt layered on the patty. It was impossible to eat. It was disgusting, I called the next morning when they openned and JULIA the "GM" was very rude and impolite and told me that if she were to remake it that it would be the same so theres no point and made comments about why I didnt call the night it happened. However they were closed when the disgusting issue was discovered. Will NEVER come back to this location again. Absolutely disgusting and HORRIBLE service. And Julia didnt even try to make it right and didnt care one bit about a review about her horrible customer service.

Cashier Kayley asked all the right questions. Literally one of the best fast food service workers Ive seen. Super happy, great customer service. What ever yall are payin her ... Yalllll need to double that.

Got to say amazing that one persons running the whole store and was able to get the order out on time and everything dont remember her name but I want to give her a thumbs up and tell her she rocks. I think she was a manager.

6:30pm Tuesday September 21st 2021Mustve been the dream team working cause everything was on point. Great service, fast and friendly. Food was perfect and not slapped together. The fries were better than ever! Thanks to tonights team!

Best breakfast for any fast food. Prices are about par with competition. Staff is always friendly. It does not get 5 stars because there is always a wait.

Normally pretty good but this last visit, they didnt give me what I ordered, they charged me more for messing it up and shorted me the drink. All this after I had to repeat my order 3 time and wait 5 minutes before getting my order taken in the first place... 🤨

Placed an online order an hour before close. Get to the location to find the worker sitting in his car smoking saying theyre closed. Wouldnt have minded a wait, just hope I can get my money back now.

Got to love when you ask for no onions, even get charged for no onions, and tell them that it’s for allergies, only to get home and find a burger literally overflowing with onions, not even proportionate to the normal amount. I was very kind and got met with spite!

The food is good, but very expensive for fast food. I would only recommend if you have a lot of cash to blow!! They got rid of my favorite sandwich. Between that and the price, itll be a long time before I go back again!!

Ordered 2 guac burgers. Got some other type of cheap looking burgers instead. Ordered 9pc jalapeno peppers, they were all hollow, missing their filling. Dissapointing especially after they had us sitting in their parking lot for 20 minutes so they dont rack up long ticket times on their drive thru.

Went on my lunch hour.. for a new Double cheeseburger for 2.99. I might as well gotten it from Macdonalds. No sauce.. bread broke apart. Ryan staff was rude. When I called about my service. Told me too bring back. I stated Im at work. He s as Id he was too""!! Wow...

I was out later than I expected to be tonight and I randomly stopped at The Stetson Hills location. I can say without a doubt that was the best fast food burger I have had all year. It was absolutely unreal. The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. To be honest, I did not expect this great of an experience. (This is my first time going to a Carl’s Jr. in years). I asked the employee what their favorite meal was, they said #1 combo meal. I tried it and and everything was SO FRESH AND AMAZING!! Employees that were working tonight 9/26, Thank you all for all your hard work! To the chef that was an absolutely outstanding meal. Thank you for blowing my expectations out of the water amazing Employees! You guys rock. I will be returning!!

Got my breakfast burrito needs fulfilled by an awesome lady named Rachel. She was super friendly and cheerful and had my food out to me in now time. Its not always easy to see a smile under a covid mask but you definitely can in her case. Oh and she remembered to ask if I wanted salasa which I always forget.

Carls jr. Always yummy. 4, instead of 5 stars because they got rid of teriyaki burger, but still good burgers.. the place was clean, the staff was polite, and service was quick. Cant wait to get back.

Went through drive thru, was told to pull into a space and wait. Waited 20 minutes. Finally walked in and reminded them I was still waiting. Got my food, took it home, wrong order. Returned, got what I thought was missing. Got home.. Yup.. Still wrong. They gave my food top the people waiting after me. This place has lazy employees and with an attitude regardless of how polite you are. Always check your order AT the window.

My wife is vegan which makes taking her out to eat difficult. But Carls Jr. offers the Beyond Burger, so this has become our favorite place when we are away from home and need to eat. Ordered without cheese or sauce it satisfies her diet AND tastes absolutely great. I am NOT vegan but the Beyond Burger has become a favorite of mine also.

I love burgers. At Carls, I love the fact that you can order a burger fast and on the go anytime. That morning I was fasting before I went to get my blood work done at the doctors office. Afterwards, I had a craving for a big, meaty burger but it was still morning. Where to go? Obvious choice, Carls Jr. I ordered the Santa Fe burger. Came out fresh and hot. Employees were friendly and expedient. Pleasant atmosphere, clean restrooms. I would return again.

This was my first time going to Carls Jr.And is pretty good!. Really good costumer service, it was a drive thru order and my food arrived nice and hot., it was delicious .My only issue is that I requested jalapeños on my meals and I didnt have any. I assume the guy didnt hear me, . But that happens,Still good.

Due to the very limited choices in Falcon, this is one of the "better" fast food restaurants. The staff is usually very pleasant and provides good service. The food is okay, not great, but is better than most of the other local options. All in all it is about what you can expect from a fast food chain.

The worst food Ive had at a Carls Jr. I know its annoying when people order bunless burgers but its on the menu and if you dont like your job try harder and get a different one. The burgers were cold, cheese wasnt melted, there was almost no sauce on the burgers, and we had to pull around the front to wait for a 2 burger order. I know they are lettuce wraps but you should still use a hot burger. The girl at the drive through was really nice. Although her ability to take and understand orders was a bit lacking.... (I think she was high... AF). But she was very friendly and tried to make up for what I assumed she knew to be sub par food coming our way. Her attempt to provide friendly service is the only reason this isnt a 1 star review.

Long wait times ranging from 15-45 minutes depending on how many cars which is odd because it is never busy here. The employees are friendly but don’t give even the basic of customer service. After my last experience here I sadly will say I won’t be coming back to this location. The food is almost always good but occasionally barely warm and thrown together.

Stay away. Not only are they the slowest fast food place ever but the food is thrown together as if a 2yr old is preparing it. The fries are undercooked & the burgers we just ordered had so much sauce on them that when we opened the pkgs the sauce was covering the outside of the top & bottom bun. You would think with as slow as they are they could at least get the order right. To top it off the malts we ordered werent malts they were milkshakes. If this was the first time we received poor service/food from this location we would chalk it up to a bad night but its not. Apparently this job is too complicated for their current staff.

Wednesday night my wife picked up Carl Jrs on her way home. She picked the Jalapeno burger for me. When I unwrapped that burger, I kid you not, that burger was a work of art! Honestly, that thing looked EXACTLY as those burgers on the commercial look like. Im not lying. It was a shame to cut into it but well worth it. Hot, juicy, spicy, crisp lettuce, on and on. My best "fast food" meal in 54 years!! Kodos to the manager, crew and the artist that created that masterpiece! Ive told 6 people about my experience so far. My brother went there the next day. Way to go CJ, keep up the good work!

We decided to dine in this time. Super fast and Super fresh. Everything was just about "piping hot" when it got to our table (in which they were nice enough to deliver our food to our table). This did occur during normal dinner hours so it is not like it was during "slow" hours. The facility was also very clean as well. I have been through the drive thru a couple of times in which I received good service as well, I just never had time to review. Everytime we have been here we have received good service. Kudos to the entire staff!

I would give it less because the service was the worst Ive ever received. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for a drive through order because they kept getting it wrong. It was simply 2 kids meals, 1 combo meal and then another sandwich. But due to staffing shortage and a new cook they couldnt seem to get it right. The shift manager gave us 3 free cookies for having to wait but still. Its supposed to be fast food and it cost nearly $30!! Just unacceptable.

The good: the burgers are incredible and the service is sometimes friendly. The bad: INCREDIBLY SLOW, the fries are usually limp, and the inside is not very clean. After getting my drink, the shortest time (drive-thru or insidehas been 23 minutes. If youre in a hurry, PLEASE AVOID!

I went here to get a shake and tenders from the drive through. I was informed at the speaker box that the tenders would take 7 minutes to prepare, and since I was in a hurry, I changed my order to fries. The line of 2 cars was so slow, it took 15 minutes for me to reach the window. Incredible.
