Basically there is nothing you can do wrong in Carls Jr and this one is no exception. Food is excellent as usual. That some staff member brings you, your order is also nothing new, but if the same person, cleans the table before he brings yor order, asks if everything is ok, while you eat and if you like to have nything else, when you finish, is what I call "going the extra mile" ! The question, if want to leave a tip will not bother after all and it was the first occasion I actually left tip in a fast food restaurant. Recomendable place.

Muy buen servicio, hamburguesas con un sabor delicioso, muy buen tamaño, papas deliciosas.Estacionamiento amplio, adecuado para sillas de ruedas.

Nada excepcional. No es barato ni caro, sus hamburguesas nada del otro mundo. Si tienes hambre, ok, adelante, pero muy “X”.

Good place!

Buen servicio, buena actitud del cajero. Se veía nuevo pero se notaban sus ganas de trabajar. La comida se entregó rápido y caliente, papas crujientes. El lugar estaba limpio. Él sr. de seguridad de la entrada también fue amable.

Casi nunca me quejo. En esta ocasion falta de profesionalismo por parte de Todo El Personal de la Sucursal Zavaleta. Entregan comida que No corresponde. Pides Nuggets Stars y te entregan la caja llena de papas. Luego fue que era comida para comer en el establecimiento, pena cua do se equivoquen en el Drivethru. Falta much supervisor en La Atencion. Debut y despedida

Atención rápida y buena. Esta ubicado en una esquina y es fácil acceder al restaurante. En cuanto a los alimentos, si son de tu gusto este tipo de comidas rápidas, son bastante buenos.

Me encantan sus hamburguesas, la carne, el pan, la preparación, etc. Mi favorita es la teriyaki, el sabor de la piña está rico, y pues los precios en algunas podrían ser caras, pero realmente lo vale

Me encantan sus hamburguesas son de un excelente sabor y buen tamaño, no consideró sean baratas pero es un lujo que lo vale... Puedes pedir extra de todo jejeje peinillo lechugas jitomate o carne jejeje. Y me encanta que sea refill la bebida. Típ: cuando el autoservicio esté muy lleno, entra a la tienda Aveces es más rápido que n mostrador. Sugerencia: Aveces sólo Queremos una hamburguesa deberíamos poder comprarla sin que sea en paq con papas y refresco gracias

Se come súper rico, cuentan con todos las medidas preventivas, el baño está limpio, el servicio es un poco lento si tienes hambre pero es seguro de que va a estar delicioso 😋

Está súper rico!Creo que hasta ahorita ni he pedido algo que no me haya gustado, hasta la que es como disque vegetariana a de estar buena, pero prefiero que tengan más carne que otra cosa.Nunca me he quedado a comer pero supongo que a de ser mejor.

(Editado)En Tijuana de donde vengo hay u restaurante Carls Jr en cada esquina y la atención del personal es excelente, lo que no puedo reconocer de este, el sabor de la comida es buenísimo como debe de ser, pero frentarte a una mala experiencia con el servicio hace que la experiencia no sea buena, el restaurante tiene un horario establecido, todo lo que sea abrir minutos tarde ya esta mal, la gerente me dijo que ese era el horario de apertura, lo que es totalmente falso, ahora creo que cualquiera puede tener un error, eso no se discute, pero el problema es que la actitud del personal no es buena, el error es de ellos y necesitan reconocerlo y solucionar el problema, con la amabilidad correcta.Es difícil poder resistirse a regresar aquí, por lo que decidí darle una segunda oportunidad y pues me lleve una grata sorpresa, definitivamente esta ocacion fue muy diferente a la anterior, el personal muy amable y con una muy buena actitud, los alimentos llegaron súper rápido y con la temperatura y sabor adecuados y el restaurante muy limpio, no estaba nada lleno y la parte de arriba es tranquila. En general la experiencia fue muy buena.

The entire breakfast menu was posted in drive thru as we walked to car...the entire breakfast menu was not posted inside....just a few items (during breakfast timeso be sure and ask about what youre looking for. Did not notice any biscuit sandwiches which is a bummer. But the breakfast burritos tasted good.

Horrible!!Por no encontrar mejores palabras para describir la experiencia en conjunto.Primero se tardan un mucho tiempo en la preparacion y por consiguiente en la entrega, no recuerdan la comanda y por si eso fuera poco la carne estaba cruda o mal cosida, la mitad estaba digerible pero la otra mitad le falto muchisimo al grado de no poder ni masticarla.Asco de verdad, que pena de nada sirve la reputacion de Carls junior si no llevan un control de calidad al nivel del precio de las hamburguesas.

Ive never eaten at Carls Jr. until this past week and for the first time whilst living in Puebla MX! The burgers are so good that I have eaten there twice this week! The burgers are great and they make excellent fries - fluffy and hot and crispy on the outside. Sometimes you just gotta get a taste of the ol USA, and CJs makes it happen. Ill be back!

Lets start with the pros of this place. Its clean, not overcrowded, has a drive thru, employees were very nice and food is of course good. Cons: limited parking space and orders take a lot of time to be delivered especially if you sit on the second floor or the orders are mixed up. Overall I was glad that this second branch opened near my house.

El sabor es delicioso. La instalaciones están de primera. Cuenta con área para niños en la parte superior y estacionamiento para unos 16 autos en la parte trasera. El único punto negativo es que los previos son un poco altos.

Las Hamburguesas muy sabrosas. Fuimos domingo a las 6 de la tarde y estaba a reventar!!! A pesar de eso MUY BUENA ATENCIÓN. Nos atendieron Paty y Cristian de muy buena forma llevando todo lo necesario a la mesa. Tienen ZONA DE JUEGOS en el nivel superior. Lo único malo son los lugares de estacionamiento muy pequeños y le faltan unas cortinas en el nivel superior ya que el sol pega de lleno y es muy incómodo.
