Order was wrong for both combos, both burgers were cold, in addition to having to wait longer than normal and still not getting the extra item that was promised for the extended wait.Frankly, very dissapointed with the meal over all.HOWEVER, they will fix it if you actually return to the store. They remade both burgers exactly to order and did not ask for the other burgers back, unlike some other hamber joint down the street does. (McDs)

Normally this is my favorite of the fast food burger joints. But what I received on this visit has me questioning if Ill ever eat there again. The lettuce and onion on my burgers had were disgusting, the burger was so dry even the sauce couldnt compensate, and a grilled chicken sandwich was blackened instead. Hopefully this was just a one-off, the employees having a bad day.

I usually have pretty good service here w/ decent food. I needed a hangover breakfast this morning and they let me down😓..I got their sausage egg and cheese biscuit. No egg..no cheese. Just the sausage and biscuit, but charged full price.

I came through the drive through and ordered a burger, and when i pulled up to the window i realized i left my wallet at home. When i told her my circumstance she didn’t even hesitate. “I’ll pay” she said. I was so surprised by this. Such a nice thing to do! Thank you again Caitlyn and remember I owe you!!

Crew is always smiling, order is always fresh and correct, drive thru is always fast. And they give my pup a cup. 😇 Great team!

Used the drive through. Its nice that they give a senior discount, if you ask. We like the burgers and chicken sandwiches. They will add veggies and condiments to any sandwich and they didnt charge extra. Quick, friendly, polite service. This is our go to for a quick lunch.

The food was cold, the burgers were without condiments, the milkshakes were runny like milk. I only live 3 minutes away, so that wasnt the problem.

As of July 8, 2022 only drive thru was open.Burger meat was slightly over cooked and dryish. Otherwise sandwich was okay.

I went there for lunch. The drive thru was relatively fast, but the food.......was cold. Not luke-warm. It will be a while before I return.

We were in the Drive thru, ordered some burgers and a drink and a Oreo milk shake. I took a drink of my shake, it was not mixed. The top of my cup looked milky, the straw got stuck in Oreo crumble.Drove back through the drive thru, explained whit to the guy. This girl comes to the window and tells me thats how they are made. Then proceeds to say she will remake it, but theres nothing wrong with it

Runny shake every single time. Melts not even halfway down into runny cream. Food is good though. Thats why I gave 2 stars. The shakes is what makes carls Jr good. Go to ellensburg they make them prefect at that carls jr...

The burgers were cold sadly and the fries were barely warm and very salty.

First time customer experience….Their charbroiled burgers were the only redeeming items.Jalapeño poppers - 3 stars, great taste but way too spicy, and I usually love poppers.Fries - 0 stars, soggy and limp.Onions rings - low quality, nearly imperceptible onion, did not taste good at all.Shakes - 4 stars. It’s a shake, not much you can screw up there.Burgers - 4 stars ( double bacon burger, and plan double cheeseburgeron point. Better than Burger King or McDonalds. Not as good as 5 guys or The Habit.For the price, I expected better quality all around. Unlikely to be my first choice to next time I get fast food.

Im so done with Carls Jr. What happen to the quality? Fries were cold and soggy. Absolute trash. And the 2 California burgers I got, were dry and tasteless. No sauce on the burger. Then the top bun was hard.

Find somewhere else with much better customer service and better food.The customer service is non-existent. First, the person working the drive through window gave me my drink cup while liquid was literally pouring out of the top of it. When I asked her for napkins, she acted like it was a huge imposition for her. Secondly, my order want even correct. I ordered a meal, an additional sandwich, and two cookies. That is only six items to make sure are correct. The food is okay but dont waste your time.When did a little customer service become a thing of the past?

This place was outstanding when it first opened. As of now, all I can say is, if you order anything fried, expect a dry, tepid, barely edible specimen that has been marinating under a heat lamp for 12 hours. The food is now atrocious. Eat at your own risk.Edited to add - I suspect a full shift turnover has occurred. The person taking my order sounded like hed rather hold my head under water than enter my order. This place has completely tanked. Avoid.Edited again. This is now all heat-lamp food. The Safeway deli just before closing is fresher than this.

Asked if we wanted sauce and then didnt give it to us, didnt come to the door when we went to ask for it, the chicken sandwich didnt have lettuce or tomatoes as pictured (just a tiny piece of chicken breaded on one side and two pickles), and their sprite always tastes like carbonated water.

Theyre Beyond burger is pretty dang good, and is an excellent solution when Im craving a quick cheeseburger. The jalapeno poppers are also bomb. Everyone working is friendly and the line moves quickly. Im happy being a frequent at this location :)

Intentionally gave me a sabotaged order.Im vegetarian and ordered the beyond burger from this restaurant and whom ever prepared my order maliciously hid a small thin beef patty on top of my beyond burger. I got a refund but that only appeases my pocket book. This restaurant has a terrible individual working in it that will serve customers sabotaged food. Beware of this restaurant.

So disappointed. Ordered at the drive through. Ordered hand breaded chicken sandwich. When I got home, it was some other very disgusting chicken sandwich. Too far to take it back.

Ive had worse experiences!... I ordered the two burgers for two ninety-nine and requested one burger patty instead of two. Guy on drive-thru window said Yes that they could do that but the price would be the same, I agreed and stuck with half the patties (single from a double cheese burgerand when unwrapped right away we notice two special double cheeseburgers one w/ guac the other was original double cheeseburger. Not the end of the world but Come on!.... We talked about this and I was even asked a few times if they had my order correct.. And they Still messed it up like that!Burgers werent cold though so thats a pro 🤓👍🏾🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

They have great burgers the one I order usually being the double western bacon cheeseburger and it is awesome. Of course Im a big fan of onion rings on burgers so that adds to its flavor.

For the price of a really small burger and all the hype on how good it is, just disappointed. I could make a better burger at home.I deliver for Doordash and as a driver my responsibility to make sure the order is correct. I asked if the sods came with the food, she didnt hear me. Then I said the Dr Pepper drink for the customer. I wasnt trying to be mean, I was only making sure. Then she rudely said to me, I didnt need to be rude about it!. I was just trying to do my job and make my delivery on time. She made me very uncomfortable 😕. If I respect your job you should respect mine, Without rude comments.

Unfortunately they had the wrong person on their very busy drive thru. Young man was rude on the speaker. Didnt like it when we asked him to read it back to us. When we got to the window, he didnt bend down past the protective plexiglass so we couldnt hear each other. The order was taken incorrectly and the Dasani water was forgotten both at the speaker and the window. Bonus, food was awesome.

They had me park around front, said theyd bring my food out. Waited 20 minutes no one came. Went back to the drive thru had to wait another 15 min.!!! Not sure Iif Ill come here again.Update: They gave me all the wrong food. I got home before I realized this. Had to drive all the way back to Carls Jr. Spoke to a manager she re-dod my order. Got home and again they didnt give me my burger!! How many times can you screw up a persons ordet!! Im not going back.

Always out of something whether its house dressing, ice cream, three different sandwiches on three different occasions. Today the employee told me I couldnt switch out the french fries for the fried zucchini on my meal, which Ive done everytime Ive been there. I left and I dont think Ill be back.

Prices are a little high for fast food, but understandably so. Everything tastes amazing! I love their waffle fries and regular fries. Their burgers are charbroiled - the flavor is unbeatable! I recommend the Beyond Burger - this is a plant-based patty that tastes very similar to a traditional charbroiled patty.

Horrible customer service. I have brain injury missed the closed lobby sign on the door. Asked of there was another way to order, and wait outside. They said no. They then came to the door, and open and closed it to make sure it was closed.Great customer service. The guys in the parking lot eating in his car could not understand. My car is on the east coast. Way to go Carls staff. Dont hurt yourself .

Over half of my criss cut fries were cold and they were out of all chicken. What bothered me the most was that the person serving me my food was not wearing their mask properly. A mask only covering the mouth is completely pointless. Not only was her mask not covering her nose but she kept touching the front of the mask. I do not think I will go to this restaurant again. Even if someone has had the shot they are not immune and can still pass it on to others.

Staff are super kind and friendly, food is good. My favorite item is the chicken strips or the Beyond burger. I love beef, these are just really tasty options here. The line can be long at meal times.

The customer service was excellent but the food not so good. The fries were good but the hamburger was dry and cold. Id specified extra pickles but did not get extra pickles. There were no condiments on the burger making it just that much more dry.

Since my last review on Carls biscuits and gravy, my husband and I have eaten a couple of other times from Carls Jr.February 6th, we had burgers, and my cousin had their kids four-piece chicken star meal.I had a regular hamburger, and on it, there was ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, and I requested onion, pretty darn basic. My husband had a double cheeseburger and a large french fry, and on it was two-beef patties, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. And finally, my cousin had the kids four-piece chicken star meal, which consisted of four pieces of chicken stars, small french fry, a small drink, and a toy. Heres the funny thing, we all liked the food, and we all agreed it reminded us of McDonalds food; the taste was very similar all the way around, except the french fries; my hubby swears that Carls Jr. french fries are better.For yesterdays (3/23/21food, I purchased a Charbroiled Chicken Salad, and I had the choice of a house dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette; I picked the Balsamic Vinaigrette. The salad should have had the charbroiled chicken, red onion, tomato, four-cheese blend, and croutons on a bed of Iceberg lettuce. There was less than a 1/4 teaspoon worth of cheese if on my salad, and Im being very generous saying that but no croutons anywhere, with three small thin pieces of onion. Ill admit, they were pretty generous with the chicken, and it happened to be very tasty. Aside from the delicious chicken, the salad was very uninteresting.You never know until you try, and now I have tried it, and I know to move on and never order that salad again!----------------A while back, a friend recommended their biscuits and gravy breakfast; although I cant say I know how it tastes, I have purchased it a few times for my mom and cousin, and they seem to enjoy it! I can say that its price is a great deal, especially the complete meal that comes with biscuits & gravy, hash rounds, and coffee. Our complaint is, they never give enough gravy!We did purchase an additional coffee (because the biscuit and gravy meal came with one), also an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast burrito; unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture to include, but my cousin enjoyed it, and the size of it was decent!For being fast-food coffee, the coffee wasnt too bad in taste; If the situation were right, I would order their coffee again.It can be a little slow-moving in the drive-thru; in a none Covid year, I would say it is quicker to go in and purchase it physically, none-the-less, at least the drive-through is open.Carls Jr. is a stand-alone restaurant and is located off Kitsap Way in Bremerton, near Winco.485 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, WA.Try their Biscuits and Gravy, but dont forget to ask for extra gravy!**Every job is critical to our economy; thank you for supporting all of our workers!**

Didnt get the chance to eat my burger until later. It was still pretty good. The fries were crispy and nicely salted. My husband was treating me to Carls after my 1st civic vaccine

Had the new spicy famous star and zucchini and I must say I havent eaten at Carls Jr. In about 10 years and the food was just as I remember it other than my famous star had jalapenos and was SPICY. It was just nice to eat an old favorite and have it be consistent with years ago.

Came through the drive thru today.. took about 15 minutes, it was a long line, not a problem. Surprisingly the food came out hot and fresh which was appreciated... BUT in their rush to put my order together they forgot 1 order of cris cut fries, my guacamole on the side I paid extra for, and ALL the sauces that I ordered that are also on the receipt showing I ordered before I was even at the window, yet they werent in the bag with the food. Also this is the 2nd time Ive ordered a side of guacamole from here paying the extra 1.00 & didnt get it (which makes my sandwich so plain without itI shouldve checked the bag at the window before I pulled off but I didnt, thats my fault. Then again if the order was correct I wouldnt have to worry about that. 2 stars.

Food was cold, their so called "thick burgers" are not think at all, they like on lettuce to make it seem big, fries were cold and not good, soda was flavorless, service wasnt great either, used to love Carls Jr but Im never eating there again, I wouldnt eat here if they gave it for free, Ill go to jack in the box where the food is actually hot and the way it should be. If I could give zero stars I would.

Tasty fast food with a broad selection of American food options (burgers, breakfast sandwiches, fries, chicken strip, non-spicy poppers and dips, etc.)Lines move quickly, servers are usually friendly and courteous. During my last visit a couple of the employees who were in the food-handling areas had masks that had slipped off their noses which is problematic for me, but it was clearly the result of hard-working servers who hadnt had time to fix their masks and swap their gloves, so Im only knocking one star off this rating.

I tried Carl’s Jr. for the first time today. I was so happy to see the Beyond burger on their menu! I had a Beyond Burger and crinkle fries. Very delicious.

Just went through the drive-thru and when I got home and pulled out my food it was very disappointing. My large order of fries had the equivalent of a small fry. ☹ Not cool Carls jr!

Unlike other Carls Jr. The food was terrible, the bun on the chicken sandwich was stale. The chicken was dry. Very disappointed. This may be due to it being so new and the workers not being familiar with making the food. I might try it again in a few months.

This was the first time at this location so I was eager to check this place out. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. At 9:45 the biscuits were not fresh( of course not fresh but chewylike chef mic(microwavestyle. The bacon and egg were good with good flavor. There was something def off about the hash browns. Possibly burnt or old maybe both ; fryer greese. Its been 15min and I cant get the taste out if my mouth. Note to business: freshen up the greese and for all that is good and holy in this world; your biscuit should be your cornerstone of your menu. Get that right; and you got something. Thats all I got to say about that.

Just recently opened. There was a sign see the drive-thru saying we might experience longer wait times as the restaurant was still training staff, but we got through in better time than most fast food places I visit, despite there being a long line.The food was great! Im a fan of Carls Jr. burgers in general, and the food I got here lived up to what I remembered it being like. Definitely will become my new go-to fast food place when Im in the area!
