Captured LV Escape Room (Main St. Bethlehem) in Allentown

AMAZING! We are going back in 3 weeks to hopefully do some more rooms. We have gone to many escape rooms. This might be the best one yet. Staff friendly. Room has great puzzles. Themed perfectly. Fun for old and young.

This was the first time doing an escape room and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We played the casino room. It was so much fun, even my 9 year old daughter loved it. Unfortunately, we lost, but by an estimated 30 seconds. The puzzles were fun and challenging. The guide definitely was helpful. Looking forward to trying a different room.

We were a group of 6, we all had a great time! Room was fun and was well crafted. We managed to make the leaderboard too which of course made us all feel extra cool LOL!!

Its great team building experience all while having an awesome time. The crew at Captured LV is very professional, friendly and accommodating. We booked the Mayan Temple and the Pirate rooms and had a blast trying to solve the mystery. Will definitely be back.

Been coming to this escape room for years, and never reviewed it? Literally the BEST escape room experience in the area. The amount of effort put into these rooms are incredible.Google said update my review so fine, I will! Its STILL the best escspe room experience in the area!

Something new and adventurous to try if you like a brain challenge you’ll love doing these. Especially with a group of friends. The clues were tough tho really had to think but it was a fun time and I highly Recommend as a fun night out.

For my first experience in an escape room, it was pretty cool. Kept me thinking the whole time. I was totally engaged. My family of 5 did the Casino Room. The kids really enjoyed being in a casino...lol. Clues kept the whole family engaged. We didnt even notice the hour passing by so fast! Will definitely visit again!

Our Grandkids had a wonderful time. Fun for all ages.Also did one in Trexlertown site.

As a first timer doing an Escape Room, I can say it was blast! The staff was super friendly and gave us a room that meet our abilities.The place was clean and all the items in the room worked perfectly.

played three rooms this weekend.... The pirates game, which I liked... The Haunted Theatre, which I LOVED, and The Mayan Temple, which was EXCELLENT.... Enthusiast with 176 games under my belt. Played with a team of 2, and enjoyed all three, but the mayan temple was an absolute standout. Fun puzzles, great games, great creativity. GREAT for groups of 4+. Lots to do. CHECK THEM OUT.

The employees are welcoming and kind, and the games are extremely well-done. They make sense, and are not all just lock after lock. There are a lot of jump scares, and audio games. Hands down the best set of rooms Ive been to. Still have the Casino Room to play! :)

We had an awesome time...lots of fun and engaging for the kids! Challenging...and rewarding too! What a blast!

This place is awesoommeee!! The rooms are HUGE and super fun, the staff really immerse you into whatever room you pick. We’ve had Harvey as our game master twice and he’s AMAZINGGG!! He’s super funny and is super helpful and involved. Every-time we go it’s spectacular and ends up in a ton of laughs and smiles. This place is an 11/10 and deserves every star!! Definitely recommend if you want an unforgettable experience!!

It was a lot of fun for our group! Not only that but we had a quick conversation after to see what we did well as a team.

We went for a work event and had a great time! Very nice staff. They allowed us to start at the same time with 3 different reservations (2/3 succeeded). I would definitely recommend!

The Haunted Theatre was our 2nd Captured LV room, and like our ZILLIONTH escape room overall. It was FANTASTIC!!! The theme was well carried out and consistent, and all the clues made sense and lead logically from one to the next. Our game master was excellent, and super helpful when we placed something correctly, but without quite enough oomph. Be prepared, there are definitely some jump scares in this room (and I cant swear to it, but I have a funny feeling our guy enjoyed our reactions so much that he had a little extra fun with whatever button he had to push back in his little room . . . = P ). HIGHLY recommend this company and this room!

It was lots of fun! Our advisor helped with some clues since it was my wife and my first time in an escape room. We were in the pirate room and we both had a great time.

We took our bakery staff to the haunted theater room for a team building event and had a great time. Room was decorated in a very spooky manner and there were a few jump scares that got everyone going. Staff were very nice and helpful with well timed hints.

We had a good time escaping from the Pirate Room with roughly 18 minutes to spare. Weve done some other escape rooms, but werent sure what to expect going into this one. I thought the clues were well though out and the play was fairly balanced. Were visiting from out of the area, but will sure to be back to try some of the other rooms when were back in the area.

Our family had a great time even though we lost! This was our first time.We did the Casino Escape Room . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely do this again.

The one escape room we did was great! However, the other escape rooms you need a minimum amount of people (4 or 5which isnt good since we cant reserve other rooms unless you do a walk in within 30 mins and thats if the room is available. (Not living close by makes going a waste of time if a room isnt available). Other places require a 2 person minimum room no matter what you book. If this was changed to a 2 person minimum, I would give 5 stars.

my group had an amazing time, the room was set up so well and the theme really carried. We played haunted theater and it had my heart pounding! I would recommend this for everyone.

Always a fun time. High quality puzzles, props and rooms. Just a blast, even if you lick the electrical outlet (please dont).

This was such an incredible experience! We took our office department and had a BLAST. Our experience with the staff (Loriwas AWESOME.

My family had so much fun trying "The Haunted Theater". We were so impressed by all the special effects, and the staff was so friendly and helpful from start to finish (they even had us cracking up with the clues they were giving us). We truly forgot about regular life for the entire hour. Highly recommend!

I loved the Haunted Theatre! It was so fun to do this for my bachelorette party but I definitely want to go back to try the other escape rooms! Colin was also terrific!

We’ve done all of the rooms at Captured. They are all enjoyable and very well done. The games are immersive and have unique puzzles and clues. Lots of automated components as well, which makes for even more fun. Staff are very friendly. The only frustrating thing is that game masters cannot speak directly to you (they give clues on a screenso there can be a bit of a delay. I hope there is soon a new room to take over the Alchemy Lab’s spot!

We had the best time trying to solve our clues and "escape" - not always easy to find an activity that entertains the teenagers AND the adults - so kudos for that! So fun, so frustrating :-- and the fastest hour of my life!

My friends and I did the Haunted Theatre room and it was SO MUCH FUN! The puzzles were so challenging, but finishing the room was very rewarding! I’m very excited to come here again soon for a school field trip 👏👏The staff were so helpful and gave great hints!

So far I have done two rooms. Won one and lost one. On both occasions I had a blast. Doing the rooms is exciting and entertaining. I cant wait to come again to the next room. Theres a little bit of everything in every room. I thought it would make me feel inadequate to solve puzzles, but they do a great job of challenging you and keep you engaged with all the puzzles. I would put photos up but I dont want to ruin the fun for everyone. Everyones just going to have to go and check it out for themselves. Thank you for the fun and the experience.

This is the perfect place to go out for a night of fun! The puzzles and codes are so creative and the staff is so helpful and kind. We love all of the rooms we have tried!

Employees were very kind and enthusiastic. The alchemists lab room made for a very fun birthday outing for my nephew! Looking forward to going back and trying out the other rooms soon!

Have done two rooms here -- Alchemy Lab and Haunted Theatre. Alchemy Lab was good, but Haunted Theatre was really awesome. The Alchemy Lab was a little more "gruesome" in atmosphere and The Haunted Theatre was spooky. Definitely a scary factor to both, so be aware of that if you have more nervous or younger people in the group. Enjoyed both experiences! Always nice people!

Visited this week to do a room for my birthday & because someone else cancelled, I got to do two in a row. All four rooms are great—really nice puzzle & room design that offers some challenges for everyone. I cant wait for their new room to open in a few months!

Great experience with my family at the escape room. We did the Pirates Chamber escape room. The people that worked there were helpful and nice. Great guides for our experience. Cant wait to do one of the other rooms!

Did the pirates chamber room. Great background story given by the girl helping us, cant remember her name but she worked on Saturday (11/27afternoon. She helped us along with good hints and explained everything well. The room itself was a good challenge but still attainable and fun! Would definitely go back to this location to try their other rooms.

We had such fun working together to escape. So glad we had someone with us that had done an escape room before. We laughed a ton!! Hosts we so nice!

Place is a LOT of fun. Came for a birthday party and we did a pirate theme. Now mind you we were all in our 30s and 40s and play D&D, so we are no slouches to puzzles... But they were not easy to solve! You had to be clever and think outside the box.

I and two other people did the Pirate themed escape room the other day—it was fantastic. Great puzzles, enough direction to keep us going, a compelling story, immersive design. All around an awesome time. The person in charge of our game (I want to say…Kyla??was also a huge positive impact on the experience. She was very helpful in and out of the game and was eager to tell us more about the Captured LV business and what other games were going on at the Bethlehem location and even at the new Allentown location. We were told that the room we did was one of the oldest ones they had (5 yrs?which based on the experience we had is pretty impressive, so I can only imagine how good the other rooms are. Dare I say…I am hooked!

We had a great time in the Pirate Escape Room. We would not have escaped if it wasnt for the help and guidance that Zach provided. Thanks, Zach! Would definitely go back. It was so much fun!!!!

Capture LV was great! We went when we were passing through the area. We had trouble reserving online so I called and the person helped seamlessly over the phone. They were so polite. When we arrived they went over a couple details quickly and clearly. We started the room and the details and secret compartments were awesome and surprising. Our guide, Abby, was awesome and interactive with us to add a personal level which we loved! We would absolutely return to do a different room if we are back in the area!

I visited Captured LV Escape Room with my husband, and my two cousins today. We took on the pirate escape room. If you don’t solve the room, then you walked the plank. The pirate room consisted of solving clues in two rooms. We thought the escape room was well done. The props made sense and the rooms were interesting and imaginative. We had all been to other escape rooms and this was well thought out. It used a variety of different puzzles and locks to solve the rooms and escape. You were allowed to ask for three clues, if you ran into trouble. Our game master was helpful and attentive. We made it out without walking the plank. Our game master also kindly answered our questions after we escaped about different puzzles and took pictures for us to remember our adventure. We had a fun time and will return to try another adventure!

Super fun activity! This is the second year in a row Ive brought my volleyball team here during preseason for some team bonding. The staff is engaging and helpful and my team really enjoyed both the Mayan and Brain game rooms.
