Here is my adviceTo order food here, please make sure youre not hungry before coming here because it will take almost forever to get your order and you will get mad eventually I believe. Unless you have something to drink and that comes to my second advice ...Ordering a drink is no issue at all here. You will get a cold beer and you will enjoy your drink with relaxing music.Enjoy Takoradi!

I recommend the seafood platter. Very delicious

Each item on the seafood platter was seasoned to its own taste and was perfectly cooked. It was meant to be for 2 people but 3 of us could not finish it. Taste and quantity was worth the price. Ambiance was very calm and relaxing.

What a diamond find in Takroadi. The waiter who served us Frank was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of our dining experience. I highly recommend Capt. Hooks for excellent seafood. The restaurants atmosphere was nostalgic of my trips to Keywest in my home state of Florida. The bar was very well stocked with many choices and food was well priced. I definetly will come back again!

You will need to wait for quite long to get food.For a "fish" restaurant, too common options are available ... they should diversify more .Except that the theme of the place is consistent and it gives you a good escape feel from usual life.They ought to improve menu and timings

The food is amazing; definately a place to visit while visiting Takarodi. Wish they had same restaurant in Accra. However, the interior of the place looks very dark.

Cant stop talking about how amazing their food and service was. My first time in Takoradi and they made it memorable. Ill definitely recommend this place for all seafood, meat or chicken lovers.

Its a nice place and has an interesting set up but the place seems to be dying out. Not lively and has slow response to guests.

It is the last place I will go in TKD. Yesterday I was there and the experience was horrible . Unnecessary delay, food not well prepared and tasteless etc. I will not go there again even to eat for free when next I am in TKD

Good food for Takoradi. Quiet place. I recomend the fish platter. Prices are a bit expensive but it is worth it for special event.The irish pub is also worth it for the warm atmosphere very cocooning.
