Every time I come here the staff are so polite and the food is on point every single time. Fish is fresh batter is the crispiest ever. Chips are crunchy and fresh. Its my weekly takeaway choice in Colac

Spent $48 and chips were shriveled and many were grey. Took them back within 1 hour and he didn’t want to know me tried to offer me a tiny package of other chips but when I said no he slapped 3 dollars down on the counter and served another customer Very poor reaction.Not recommended by me.

Ordered min chips after a hard days fishing on Lake Colac. Reasonable amount, with a reasonable wait. Filled a hole until I got back home to Ballarat.

There is no way i recommand to stop here worst chips of my entire life ,no sauce provided ... Or for 50c extra thé ridiculous pie sauce , and fish extra oiliii.no smile and WE were only 4 in restaurant

Asked for crumbed fish and got battered then once taken back we got the same piece of fish given back to us with all the batter just taken off and the fin was still on it. The chips were completely undercooked, and the potato cakes were cold. Was not happy with the service when asking for a refund for the bad quality food either. Service and food was extremely disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.

Usually very good. Fish was cooked nicely but the chips were a disappointment (under cooked for our liking). Will try again.

Wonderful staff. The chips are hand cut and taste amazing. Such a variety of fish and the potato cakes are so good. I’ve never had such good potato cakes.

I saw the photo of the chips, read the reviews. The chips just look awful. Went to Marina seafood just down near RSL. FANTASTIC FOOD. enjoyed .

Not the first visit but thought Id try here again... barely warm, hard and yuck chips...

First time were ok, second, not so much. Chips had a strange pale colour and were not fully cooked, potato cakes are pre battered and very greasey, so was the fish. Friendly quick service
