Awesome place to stay in Panglao!The rooms are affordable for everyone who wishes to have a comfortable stay in Bohol. They also serve good food, you really have to try them especially their breakfasts.Staff are friendly and accommodating, and there are places for recreation such as having billiards with your friends. I will definitely book this hotel on my return to Panglao, for a longer stay next time.Thank you Ms Josie, Ms Belle, and everyone at Captains Lodge and Bar Hotel. Maraming salamat po.

The room smells good and very clean. I love the landscape. The location is very accessible too.

Our room had a unpleasant smell and the aircon is not that cold. Though, kudos to the personnel, they are very kind.

Clean and comfortable hotelThe Captains Lodge is a good place to stay for doing activities in Alona. Right next to several great places to eat and convenient location for doing tours, going diving and so on.Our room was good, magnificent pillows, quiet and powerful AC and for the price it is a good deal.Their breakfast is tasty, quick and fairly priced.Would gladly stay here again, if I wanted a good mid-range/budget hotel.

beautiful setting, clean room... Only problem was with shower system and unreliable temperature control.

After a good dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant, one of my best friends in Bohol brought me here to finish off our evening... Lo and behold, it happens to be a favorite haunt of a few of the "ex-pat" - "locals" who own small businesses here and have lived and worked in Bohol for many many years! Had a fabulous time reconnecting with some good friends from way back when I too used to be a "local" in Bohol. Great bar, set discreetly away from the main road/strip that is upper Alona Beach. Ill be back guys, count on it! 😉😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The room was absolutely clean! Kid friendly hotel that offers a relaxing room with modern facilities. 10 min. walk to Alona Beach, Bdo is on the right side of the hotel while BPI is on the left, about 5 min walk towards Alona beach road... Captains Lodge accepts credit card payment which is really convenient for travellers... last, Their chef makes good tasting meals, order the cheese pizza!

I unfortunately got a bed that had stains on the sheet,bedbugs,a lot of mosquitos,shower sater was burning hot couldnt shower and it was just dripping water not running my experience was not good,one thing i will say its good price for being in the location that it is

We stayed in this Lodge for 2 night and have breakfast 3 times. Rooms are comfortable but ours was very very noisy, we hear all the noise coming from the main road, and the music at night. Also very early in the morning (6 amwas very noosy too.Rooms has minibar, tv with international channels, A/C, and hot shower. The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast!!! Good prices (Pancake and American breakfast for only 200P; Pancake Breakfast includes Coffee, 2 big pancakes, 2 eggs, bacon, honey, banana and a glass of can juice, I think it’s very good price for all that), good size and very tasty!! I recommend this place, but ask for a quiet room. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for shorts stays👍🏻

Fantastic place, the owner Cris made sure you have everything you need in one place. Staff is lovely and ready to help with whatever. Best of all, you are 3 minutes from Alona beach...not too bad once you are coming home tipsy dom the night out. Great location with some brand new spacious rooms that are jus lovely. Would highly recommend A++

The room was okay, but the vibe was good. You can play pool as much as you want, money wise, its good and the place is well known by locals. It is close to the beach, just about 5-10 minute walk. Chinese and local restaurants near by

Great hotel! Large, CLEAN rooms, nice terrace, AC and fan, good wifi, MINI FRIDGE!!! Great bar with real size pool table. Great location! Best bang for your buck! If we come back to Alona beach we will definitely stay here! Highly recommended

I only had a couple of beers at the bar, however, should I return to Alona Beach. I would like to stay. Great location.

Love this hotel. I have stayed twice. They are lovely and accommodating!

Though we stayed here for only a night but the entire complex was very well maintained. There is not a lot of rooms which is great if you enjoy a quiet and private place. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious with a private balcony and common garden to lounge after a long day. A lot of accommodation and rooms in PHP are very basic and not everything works, but for me, this place ticks most if not all of the boxes. For the price you pay, I think its well worth the value for money.
