Capra - Vegan restaurant in Heredia, Costa Rica
Plenty of space to sit with nice atmosphere.
Don’t speak English and messed up my order (twice). Local coffee shops are very nice on the other hand
Great customer service and clean
Quick service!
This is reliable and known Starbucks Quality. Not a place for inexpensive food, but a place for their well known quality and also their their professional and attentive staff. 🙏🏻Good and stable WiFi, allowing to do some remote business activities. They also allowed MAX, my service dog, to accompany me inside and he truly enjoyed their tripple cheese baguettes. 😘
Nice starbucks location.Plenty of seating area.
Great Starbucks, plenty of seating and they a great atmosphere for studying.
Exactly what you’d expect from a Starbucks. The staff was friendly too.
👍🏼 the same in whatever Starbucks!!! Very nice!!!
Prices have gotten ridiculous. Consistency in drink quality has gone down? I understand inflation but Starbucks is taking advantage. They have lost my daily business. $6.45. super sizing from a medium to a large, just add 2 ounces steamed milk and $1.50 or more. Maybe their register needs recalibrating.
Obviously the place is neat relax and nice if you want to stay there and enjoy something during the morning or the afternoon or for brunch. What I have always disliked from the place, is the fact that for example on cold beverages, you always get more ice than beverage and this time I really wanted to enjoy my bubble tea, because it was really close to my birthday and a long time have past, without drinking one a really good one, and I was disappointed because of that. I took like six sips of the thing and it was almost done and mostly ice was remaining inside the the cup.Great taste and all but I finish it in less than 5 minutes T.T
I come to Costa Rica and San Jose at least once a year, and I stay within walking distance to this Starbucks. It’s always clean and the employees are very pleasant even though most do not speak English. The menu has a few specialty drinks that are not available in the USA. If you’re in the area, you should definitely check it out!
This was my go to Starbucks during the month I spent in San Jose. My thanks to the very friendly staff!!
Nice place to do some co working with a nice coffee ☕
Stale cookie. Coffee frapp tasted too sweet like caramel. Even with the subpar products they seem to be doing just fine as the place was packed.
Classical Starbucks, cozy and relax. They are friendly and have even changed some drinks upon request, for example, once, I asked for a frappuchino, it tasted like water, very weak flavor, they redid it and was awesome. On Mondays they have 2x1 on frappuchinos (as of December 121121, enjoy
You know what to expect coming here. They have added acrilic separations between tables. Fast service, friendly staff
Pretty typical Starbucks, but a large seating/cafe area. Be aware, you can’t pay using the Starbucks app here.
Starbucks, enough said. Good service, good food but pricy.
Always nice to sit with a good coffee and pastry to relax.
They refused to honor my Starbucks gift card. Very disappointed, They didnt even have any Venti Tumblers with Costa Rica name on any of them. Starbucks Costa Rica needs to do better.
I wish the sugar and condiments were outside like before. But one cant have everything...
Expensive for coffee! There are a lot of local Costa Rican coffee places with better coffee! Costa Rica is a coffee country, so I would say, try the locals
Fine as usual. A bit disconcerting to find a single with laptop occupying a table for six when we are a party of five and all remaining tables are designated for 2 or 3.
Delicious pastries and coffees, as always. But, no butter, no jelly, no jams, no preserves--- I had to drag that information out of the not-so-helpful server piecemeal. Prices higher than average. Ambiance excellent. Overall a great experience.
Have a cup of coffee, a little snack and enjoy the place...
I am giving this evaluation to this place due to that the building amplifies the sound so is kind of disturbing to be inside. They need to find a way to control the sound with special materials. If you go outside be careful with your belongings, specially with electronics. The coffee and personnel are great as usual.
Not the best value for coffee. Overall there are better quality products in Escalante for the same price.
Used the Drive Thru. Great attention and service, a bit slow on the delivery, but not something to worry about
If you dont use a MacBook air, dont have an iPhone, your clothes scream ekono and you dont know the difference between a moccacino and a double butter ultra light cappuccino macchiatto with le fleur le bastille is, dont bother to visit
Very clean, great place to study or work on a project. The personnel are very professional. Smile at their face makes you feel welcome.
The cashier was very nice! The place was very nice and there were many different areas to sit and do homework. I ordered a caramel frappe and it was okay, but it could have been better. However, the table I sat at was kind of dirty, and one of the bathrooms did not have toilet paper. Overall, the place was nice and the workers were decent.
Same quality you find in the U.S. plus great and delicious bakery items. Staff is very nice too
Nice location with character. Large area inside and patio outside to enjoy your beverage and snack.
Great service and attention, just like every Starbucks in Latin America.
Great place for a meeting or to do some work. No one rushes you. Food is pricey.
Very popular day in the afternoons. Good coffee but long lines inclusive in the drive thru.
Great experience, nice service, free WiFi, outside tables available, parking in front
Starbucks, sure, a big part of it is the brand, not the coffee. But putting hatters aside, the coffee (black coffeeis pretty good, and if you compare it with other cafeterias in its bracket, not only youll find its not such a bad deal, but that its actually a good value too. That is since you get more ounces of coffee for a about the same (and often lessthan other places. However, one star less for the food, thats a ripoff, stick to the coffee.
The cashiers are always very friendly and almost always speak both Spanish and English. The WiFi is very fast here so it’s a nice place to get a lot of work done. There is plenty of seating especially in the lower section. The standards seem to be set high and the staff always deliver a great experience. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the staff not having fun with each other or having an interesting conversation with the customers.
Good place. Same as other that have the franchise. Good and smiling customer service. Very nice
Carrot cake so good, people very nice. Cozy and Clean place. Love it
Just another Starbucks but comfy place to get some work done or meet up with someone. At a good location and has a few spots for parking. Its the biggest Starbucks around but you still might encounter problem finding a spot to sit. Missing the typical Starbucks selection of promotional items with the country name.
Its a standard Starbucks feel but can get very loud on the weekends. Unfortunately the staff seemed pretty clueless. The wifi is consistent and fast and they have AC.
Trusted the world over for good Internet and a comfortable place to spend a few hours, this place offers a spot of first world comfortable in San Jose. Come try the local variations on Frozen drinks, breakfast sandwiches and chill for a while under the AC while you charge your phone in between touristic activities.
One of the absolute most attractive Starbucks I have ever seen. San Jose, Costa Rica
If you been to one you have been to them all, the coffee is alright and is nothing too special. The price can be a bit much and there are mich better coffee options in Costa Rica, just need to find the right place. Though I will admit that this particular starbucks is much nicer looking than most others.
Excellent place for sitting down and working on the laptop. Good ambiance and has all the same products you would expect from a Starbucks. One downside: the prices in Costa Rica are rather high!!
good starbucks with all your standard options. nice, friendly staff. They speak a little english so its enough to get your double espresso extra hot white cinnamon spice latte.
Very convenient place to have a coffee, it is in downtown where you can hear all the noise and traffic, you can enjoy your coffee there but there is no private parking space so you have to find it somewhere else.
