Delicious food and a friendly staff!

Came up to Waterville to help a friends daughter to move into college. Wanted pizza amd stopped in here. The pizza was fantastic. The crew working was very friendly. High recommend stopping in for a slice.

Yum! My favorite take out place. The ingredients are fresh, their pizza dough and bread is so good! I order from here for my work , but also personally. The staff and delivery people are always super friendly too. The Mediterranean pizza is my very favorite

You are better off going to the store and buying frozen pizza. Had a cheese pizza and it gave me bad stomach aches, thank God for Alka Seltzer.

Best pizza around. Buffalo chicken has the perfect spice. Pineapple and Ham is a must it’s delicious. Grab a pepperoni and cheese you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget the cheesy bread sticks!! All so good and fresh!!

In a word, “horrible”, THE worst pizza I have tried to eat. Conveyer belt undercooked blob of dough. Almost no sauce and skimpy toppings. Uneatable.ANY frozen pizza-eaten frozen(!would be better. Wish i could give ZERO stars

Manager personally came out and told me they made my food but wasnt good enoogh for me so they were remaking them. I love how they care about the quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customer instead of just sending out food and not looking to see if its good quality. Plus the whoopie pies are amazing would definitely reccomend

Excellent food. Ordered bbq chicken nachos and a Hawaiian pizza to go. If youre a weirdon who doesnt like pineapple on pizza, they have a great selection of other toppings. Id recommend the all meat pizza or the Mediterranean. Grabbed a seasonal pumpkin whoopie pie for dessert . Staff were friendly and the dining room was super comfortable and clean to wait in. Parking is adequate and the location is easy to get to.

Mediterranean pizza too hard to eat. Dough too thin and over cooked. Dried tomato burnt to a back crunch. Paid over over$24.00 with added sausage.

Im a long-time, occasional customer. For the most part, every time Ive ordered, the food has been consistently good, and the service, too, even when its busy. As another reviewer has noted, the cheese on some of the food Ive ordered in the recent past seemed to be a synthetic mix, however, I didnt notice this in my most recent order. Profit margins in this business may be thin, but please dont skimp on quality (realingredients, which add to the flavor Cappzas has been known for. I love the pizza, the veggie wraps, and the breadsticks and the ability to pay for my order in advance. As long as the delicious food and good service continues, Ill keep coming back.

The breakfast pizza is my favorite. They have a gluten free crust that is very good. We’ve eaten here several times and they’re consistently great.

We ordered from Cappzas while staying in Waterville for the week. They offer gluten- free pizza, and it was fabulous! The crust was full of flavor, and it was a decent, thicker crust unlike most gluten-free crusts Ive had previously. My husband really liked his meaty pizza. They did not skimp on toppings! Hands down though, I think our favorite was the buffalo chicken nachos. They were delicious! I was also impressed with delivery...they arrived much more quickly than we thought! Overall, we were very happy to have discovered this place! I hope to visit again when we were in the area.

Good sandwiches, great pizza (most of the timeand some of the best gluten free pizza in Maine. Definitely will be ordering from them again and again.

Too cheesy, and I dont mean that good, herbaceous mozzarella way, more in the fake provolone/cheddar mix way. Itll serve well in a pinch because the sauce and dough are good though

I ordered a classic dagwood and instead got what seemed like 2 tortillas thrown on top of 2 pieces of ham 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of bacon and there was more lettuce in the sandwich than there was anything else. It was so bad I had to throw away the entire sandwich and take a photo so people would believe how bad it was.

I have been a long time customer for Cappzas in Waterville Maine and have sampled many of the dishes from appetizers through entrees. While there have been peaks and valleys between orders the overall quality has been consistent enough to keep me coming back. I write in tonight because I just received the most gorgeous buffalo chicken pizza I have ever seen. It is almost to glorious to eat. Two thumbs way up, 5 stars, give whoever made this a pat on the back and a pay increase. Damn.

Seriously, last time I ordered i asked if I could have all wings and they were like " sure you mean all flats" well guess I did.Tried ordering them again, first lady taking my order said she had to ask after telling me they dont do that and then hJust handed the phone off to someone else. Now this person goes on to tell me its too much of a hassle and screws it up for others. ????? What someone might order all drums? What am I screwing up? And why was it NO issue last time.Customer service is getting down right rude and its just not worth the hassle to hTry and order from rude places that dont even have that good of food anyway 😒 🙄.

We used Cappzas to cater our daughters birthday party at school as, in these Covid times, no home made treats were allowed. The pizza was a hit. The delivery and prep work was excellent and the staff was very helpful to ensure on time delivery right before their lunch time window.Cappzas definitely earned an A+ for their pizza and service

I screwed up my own order assuming cheese came on a breadstick pizza. They promptly fixed and redelivered it!!!! (Yes I tipped both times). Open it up to a Perfect looking CHEESE Breadstick Pizza! Delicious and great at helping me fix My mistake... 😁

I spent $33 for a large pizza, a 5 ingredient mix of meat and veggies. Was very good, and there were leftovers after 3 of us had dinner.

I have loved Cappzas Pizza from day 1. I always order from the Farmingdale location. My food always arrives early and hot and always meets or exceeds expectations for flavor and freshness. I recently had an issue where one item was accidentally not delivered, but when I called to let them know they immediately offered to make a fresh one and deliver it ASAP, and the delivery driver called, too, to make amends. I was quite impressed. I highly recommend Cappzas for their food and their service. Oh, and may I suggest their BBQ Chicken Pizza? Its addictive.

They have such good food love the pizza!!!! Today we had for the first time meatball melts and those were delicious just like the way it was years ago they know how to make them other places they arent that great but cappzas was great just like a meatball sandwich should be!!!!!!!! We stopped in for the first time ever yesterday and the person who helped us was amazing! He was patient as we ordered our pizzas to take home, very cautious while serving us our two slices to enjoy in the dining area while we waited and then even offered to bring our order to our vehicle for us when we asked for the approx wait time!! When we walked out of there we both said "wow the service here is awesome!" Even better... the two local businesses near this location had recommended them and boy are we glad! Kid friendly place and very safe.. eat local and enjoy!

The Pizza is good but the service needs work. I called in a Pizza. Was told 15-20 min. I got there around 18 min. After ordering. Told the cashier I was there to pick up my large Pizza. He rang it in I paid and waited 45 min. Longer. I finally asked if they forgot about me. He looked at my slip which they had one ingredient wrong from what I ordered but I guess that pizza was never made anyway. So he asked them to make. The one I ordered ASAP. 10 min. Later he found the pizza I ordered sitting on the shelf. Gave me that one and told me to have a good night. So I took my louck warm pizza and went home. I was really hungry by this point so just dealt with it...

I ordered a 9 inch personal pizza with pepperoni, onions and spinach and it was very good. The crust is a thin crust but was perfectly crispy and the service was excellent. Nice family atmosphere and affordable.

My fussy kids love Cappzas pizza. We order with no sauce for them and have never had any mistakes when ordering, which can sometimes happen because I mean who gets pizza with no pizza sauce?? Last visit I got their BBQ chicken pizza and it was wonderful! My husband was also impressed with the supreme.
