Capital O 16172 Hotel Radiant in Calcutta

Booked through Oyo classic room and I called hotel for address and then I was asked about my booking they replied that they dont have classic room you have to pay extra for deluxe room. I cant give you room and then I called Oyo they shift to another hotel. So please confirm your booking with hotel directly before going to hotel. Many Kolkata hotels are doing the same thing.Bad experience

Worst hotel ever,very rude behavior. I had my booking still they denied to give me room as the staff told the price is high as compared to your online booking which I had made.I was ready to pay extra then also they told no rooms are available.If they dont have rooms or they dont want to give rooms then hotel Radiant you should not list your hotel on different booking sites. And specially your staff should know the meaning of hospitality where you all are lacking behind.

I booked through OYO app and they refused to take that booking and charge me over than oyo price, they are just using OYO to get customer and once guest reach the hotel they ask to pay extra, and There is a guy I think he is owner or manager his behavior too rude and front desh boy and lady trained to manipulate guest, rooms are nice but prices are not worth for those rooms, Try to avoid this type of hotels

Worst hotel in Kolkata, Worst management, they will behave they are doing favour by giving you room, fraud people I ordered biryani in hotel they took 1 hours because they brought biryani from Street hotel around 100rs n they charge you 250rs plus service tax n gst, Room not clean room situation is very bad they ask me to shift der other hotel pan Asia around 4km long from radiant & first they told me sir you can go n see the hotel pan Asia if you dont liked no problem you can come again n cab fare also pay by hotel owner when I went n I dont liked pan Asia they denied to pay cab fare charges 250rs n cut from my advance payment because I stay der only 1 day n then Fabhotels customer care understand my problem n shifted me to another hotel

My friend came for a work. I booked a room in this hotel for her from agoda, the girl sitting in the reception behaves like an illiterate person. They 1stly denied that no room booking is there, then asked us to wait for sometime. After 15mins we asked the receptionist, how much time is it gonna take. She was busy eating with other staffs out there , chitchatting with them, but didnt respond to us. We were waiting since long,twice i pinged her - is there any update?? She rudely replied room saaf horha . after waiting for almost 1hour 40mins we left the place.

🛑THIS HOTEL EXPLAINS WHY TRAINING IS IMPORTANT FOR HOTEL STAFF MEMBERS.🛑The hotel was with the bathroom smelling disgustingly and commode seat with stinks all over .🛑OTHER THAN THAT we booked room for 2 members but received only 1 towel which never got changed in the 4 days span of time .FORCED to check out 1 hour before.Obviously you are going to get check in and all rooms booked everyday because of the prime location but remember dissatisfied and not retaining customers is going to affect your business in the long termsSo think and treat customers or any human being with love and respect

One of the worst hotel in kolkata. I think a non-expensive hotel provides you with more services than at this hotel. I dont know why it is showing it is a 3 star hotel. This hotel is actually a non star hotel. Bogus advertisement and false information is at peak here. They do not have enough staff to serve you. They are just extracting money from you for no reason. In fact the amount which you paid for the service in advance is not delivered here.

Dont book this hotel they are real scammer. If you book through online they will charge extra whatever it is they dont care. Sometime we need to pay because we dont have another option to move but I suggest dont book this hotel online or offline. The service was very poor and staff very rude and attitude the way he behave like a boss. If you want to spend good time booked budget friendly hotel.

Worst experience ever. The people at reception dont deserve to be there. Dont know why management is allowing such individuals to work as receptionist. The boy and the girl at the reception were horrible, didnt let us checkin on time and made us wait for 1hour and even after that we werent allowed to checkin. They were rude and the behavior was pathetic. The receptionist wouldnt even survive as a Sweeper in other hotels who are managed properly.Just hope that management reads this review and throw these pathetic creatures out.

Poor! Absolutely ridiculous!!The staff and receptionists are horrible take it to the behavior or manners as if they never went to school. Extremely ill mannered people out there. I have to wait for 2 hours after my check in time and those people in an utterly most rude tone said "go sit and wait!" I mean seriously this is how u treat your people? I mean how. Even after waiting for hours and hours I have to leave as they didnt had any rooms available and yet they fake available rooms on hotel booking websites. DARE NOT GO HERE. I REAPEAT DARE NOT. It will turn out to be most horrible experience in your life.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days.Hotel manager asked for payment in advance on first day after showing Super Deluxe room with increasing rent. I payed the balance amount in advance.Then after 10-15 minutes manager is asking to shift the room because the Super Deluxe room was booked by someone else in advance.And they denied to return extra money which I paid in advance.Even they have given one 500 ml water bottle per day as complementary.Feeling cheated.Worst hotel even in terms of room service.The service man doesnt have that manner to talk with guests.
