Good food nice service
Satisfied for the food nice ambiance.Very clean and good service
Best affordable eat all you can buffet in pampanga
The food is good, and the service is much better.
Very nice place and crew was very friendly
The food is great and also the place is perfect for any ocasions..
Youll surely loved the place and the foods they serve whether on the buffet area which is eat-all-you-can or their wide variety of menus
I recommend this place 5/5!!! The food is spectacularly amazing with lots of options to choose from not only that they also have a very good ambiance of the place and very hygienic too
Good Value for its price, but the ambiance leaves something more to be desired. It isnt the restaurants fault. It just gets too noisy because of the crowd
The place is located in front of Pepsi. The place is really cozy and the crews are fine. The place is clean. Some are accommodating but not all. The food is great for 349 per head. The food is buffet and there are a lot to choose from. They have bibingka and coffee jelly. They don’t have ice cream. A birthday person is free of charge so bring someone with you. They will also sing and dance for the birthday person. Not so fancy but is something. You will enjoy this place. Thank you.
Great tasting food with lots to choose from. Staffs are well trained, polite and attentive
With a lot of food variations and very accommodating staff. They also have an unlimited drinks, this is what i want in a buffet resto bec. some resto are not free. I will coming back here.
Nice foods!! Lots of it!!! Reasonable price...
Problem #1Most of the food was good, however, because of the volume of customers, the best dishes ran out early and seemed like were never replenished. The next best dishes would go next and took forever to be replaced. And i am not talking about 1 or 2 dishes, i am talking about 75% of their offerings were always empty or almost empty an hour into the lunch period. And when the dishes were replenished, the servers were very sloppy with everything. Nothing was being tidied up as the lunch went on.Problem #2Organization, safety and food placement. So we rented one of their rooms in the back for a party. In doing so, our party, as well as the other parties in the back which probably outnumbered the main hall guests, had to travel through a bottleneck. This bottleneck was created because on one side was the main dishes and they decided to put the halo-halo station across from it. This left only a 12in sliver of space to travel to and from the rear of the restaurant. Dozens of people at a time were trying to go forward and back through this area. I initially told our server in the room and a waiter that was going back and forth. They were aware of the problem and said "ganun talaga kapag busy" and "mamaya, sir, luluwag na." Immediately, I realized they were no help and of the typical "pwede na" mindset. So I asked to talk to a manager. I took him to the area and showed him that the halo-halo stationed was in the worst possible location. I even gave them a better place to put it given it was not a permanent fixture that it could easily be moved. I also informed him that it was a fire hazzard. Dozens would be trampled if a stampede were to occur. All he said was they would consider it. In my opinion, there was nothing to consider. It was pure idiocy that they placed the halo-halo station there.Another safety concern was the floor. The entire rear of the restaurant and especially sloping pathway to the rooms were very very slippery. I, myself, almost slipped several times- and I am an athletic male with proper footwear, not a "lampa" with slippers. I fear it is only when a tragedy occurs that their management will take any action. For the price, experiencd and food quality you are better off going to Bale Kapampangan. I love being back in Pampanga and I love the food, but eating at Capampangan Island was such a hassle that I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone from going there. In fact I will always discourage anyone from going there.
Very busy place especially at lunch. The food quality was normal (nothing spectacularwith that typical Pampanga taste. I gave this a lower rating due to their staff not that capable of understanding customer’s paying credit card as an option. Prior to entering, greeter’s staff indicated that they do accept credit card but was not informed that their system was already down for few days.
Although a little bit pricey but lots of choices, great taste from noodles, meat and dessert
Lots of viands to choose from for the price, place was spacious enough and food is constantly refilled
Good food and nice place for family gatherings. If your planning to treat your family to lunch or dinner, this is the perfect place to go. The servers were also accommodating.
Nice place,Delicious food and a bit piece of Kapampangan history.
Super yummy nice place for big event bday in any occasion...
Thank you for a great service and for consideration given for such a late start. Food is great, the guest love it!

Bang for the bucks. Delicious food served with option for videoke rooms to enjoy and sing along with friends or family.
Nice place and good food. Authentic kapampangan dishes.
the food is delicious and the hospitality of the crew were satisfying.
For the buffet, the menu were mostly capampangan dishes, but doesnt taste like one. They dont have dressing or vinaigrette for the paco salad like others have. The desserts are way too sweet for a normal person.
With the adult rate between P350 to P400, Those who will b going there will surely not disappointed with the variety of delicious foods.
Good variety of food choices, well balanced meal. From appetizers, main course until my favorite Filipino desserts. But they are using plastic teaspoons for dessert. So, 4 stars muna for now... If I see improvements, Ill change it to 5 stars
Food is good but limited choices
It is a very sensible place for family get-togethers. Food is okay with plenty of options and food is reasonably-priced. Plus, Capampangan Island is more PWD-friendly compared to other buffet houses. Ill give it a thumbs up because it has lots of parking. 😁
We find the food and service very good!
Have plenty of food selection, generally, pampangas delicacy. Food is very good...
Nice ambianceDifficulty in parkingDessert are too sweet
Wow, the place have improve their facilities. Still a Kapampangan buffet with a variety of choices. I personally like the kare kare. The desert section is still the same. I think they need to improve the service more. They have a lot of servers and waiters but are not customer friendly. They talked alot at the food area.
Enough variety of dish. Though theyre easily emptied, they make sure new dish is served. We booked part of the place for an event and the price isnt so bad.Update Nov 20, 2018Theyve made a very big improvement with the food, venue, and customer service making everything even better than before. They now offer 5+1 for people celebrating their bdays. They have new addition to their variety of food: adobong balut, lechon kawali, crispy bagnet, roast beef, binagoongan, calderetang baka, even samgyeopsal! Desserts now include yummy bibingka, suman, and fruits. Presenstation of each dish makes them look even more mouth-watering. The place is now fully air-conditioned. Perfect for all occasions.
Renovated place, new menu and new price but still good value for money
Just been here an hour ago..the food taste great.! But ive noticed some small insects crawling at our table and they are hiding at the gap of each wood.
Food is good but the comfort room of the function hall needed some repairs and remodelling.
Refill on their buffet is very very slow... I asked one of their staff if they are going to refill, he answered that they are still cooking the food.. They should. Anticipate the number of fheir customers and should not be the case where it shows that you are just eating left overs of the other customers..
Food is so-so for the price.. ambience is better than most buffet resto in the area tho..
The food tastes great but most meats need more pressure cooking
Food was very salty and very few selections. I put one star because we had a place to sit.
The food is great, the cost is cheap, what can u ask for?
Good food although halo halo can have better milk and more ingredients.
Food was grilled perfectly and the papaitan na kambing was perfect for my taste. Food took a little long to be served maybe because we arrived just after the lunch buffet time (10am to 2:30pm).
Nice place for your family videoke. Attentive staff. Would have been a perfect score if all the food was good tasting too because I enjoyed only the barbecue.
Best place for family, with function room for all ocassions. With also some lifesize statues for picture taking.
Great place to hang out and enjoy Kapampangan cuisine. They have fun KTV rooms for those who are fond of singing.
I can really recommend this place, affordable, delicious & wide variety of food and its a good place! There are karaoke & party rooms too!
Cheap price, cool place to eat and dine..
