The food here so so, because of the small kitchen, some of the food they cant server here, but today, a lot of food dont have, the biggest problem is the lady captain, I ask her a few times what dishes with sauce, she never answer me, and I wave to the and call out loud, cant see or hear me, very poor service.

My family and I came here for dinner at 8pm yesterday. There were many empty tables but we were told to wait to be seated. Took about 10 minutes to be seated. Manager was happily chatting in front of us while we were waiting. Rice served was cold! Small portion of dishes. Staffs are not attentive. Chopsticks and spoons prepared are not enough. We asked from the staffs but no one served us. Ended up we went to get the things we need ourselves. By 830pm they started to clean, sweep and mop. Extremely disappointed with the service provided.

Definitely NOT recommend! Food is average but service is EXTREMELY POOR! even when at 830 pm dinner time, service staffs are more busy sweeping, mopping rather then servicing customers. Called staffs for something, but response is either walk away or turn deaf ear on us. Rice served are cold! Where is the quality control??? As a consolation, the chili sauce is OK, but its not good enough to justify their EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Please dont go there to be disappointed and get your heart and mood broken!!!!

Was craving for smooth & silky porridge for my lunch. So my colleague and I decided to try Canton-I as i heard their porridge is not bad. So i ordered Century egg and shredded pork porridge for my own, Its so smoothhhhhhh! But its abit too big portion for me :/. And we ordered some side dishes to share among.p/s: Try their roast meat! Especially Roast Pork belly! OMG, the belly will melts in your mouth!!

Premium price with low quality of food!Food portion is ridiculously small with such price. Why put d items on d menu while keep telling ur customers that they r not available? 3 out of 5 dim sums that i tried to order r not available. At the end ordered a fried beef koay teow n a fried rice vermicely . Presentation is even worst than hawker stall in food court, taste oso like food court but priced at premium. First and last time visitting.

The service was slow and the food was average but the prices here are premium. Ordered the dried chilli chicken and there were heaps of dried chilli and not enough chicken for a dish priced nearly 40 ringgit. Ordered the hotpot dish.. and it was bland. I can throw in vegetables and stuff into water and it will be tastier. Cutting the carrots in interesting shapes dont make the dish taste better.. The spring rolls were too oily and the oil tasted old and heavily reused. The glutinous rice chicken was the only thing here that was tasty. Bill came up to rm100 for dinner for two.. they charge 10% service charge and service tax too.. Very poor value.

Not recommended! I would give 0 star if there is the button, this branch fail to deliver the brand quality. Very disappointed as first time customer, I dont even want to try out other branches.Dishes come extremely slow after another, we have to eat and stop, eat and stop. The manager doesnt seems to care about their kitchen speed.The staff serve a wrong dish to our table and we were forced to pay, it was worth RM5x.xx! After that, they still trying to serve 2 more dishes to our table, not sure whether its their dirty tricks to make you pay extra. The staff or manager never even bother to come ask or clarify to us. I would be more willingly to pay if the manager come to apologise for their mistakes!Better not put yourself in my situation by dining in this restaurant!!!

Decent Hong Kong style food, portion size small to medium - price reflects this. Very quite on a Tuesday night so service was easily at hand and friendly. Taste is pretty good

I am very disappointed with the food served here.The hot drinks I ordered came cold. The wanton Taste like rubber. The fried noodle with sliced beef is too oily, beef over cooked and the presentation is so horrible. I paid rm23 for this plate noodle which I can get a better plate at the hawker stall. I give a negative star to this outlet. I love the midvalley outlet, the chef is amazing. The dishes there are very yummy.

Horrible service. Zero hospitality. Not sure paying service charge for what. No apology for order that didnt go through. Food came out one by one, food was served cold, as if its been left there for minutes. Waitresses were confused. I would give zero star if I could. Trying to be like a proper Chinese restaurant but fail miserably. Not worth the price paid.

Im frequent customer of Canton-i one Utama and the service here is shockingly low compared to the one I frequents.First of all the waiter took away a free soup that was sitting on our table for 15 minutes after we asked where is the second bowl since we ordered two sets. The soup promotion ends at 6pm so were not supposed to get a soup. Whats he gonna do with the soup?Then the manager and waitress flirts at entrance while blocking and ignoring customers leaving the restaurant...

Good ambience. Considered an upscale place, I think. Food was OK, albeit it took sometime to wait for the food to be served. The beef noodle has very tender meat and tendon, but the soup is a little too oily and salty.It would be better if not too many items on the menu are unavailable.Pro tips: dont forget to tell the cashier that you didnt use the wet tissue. By default it will be in the bill unless you told them not to.

Not recommended, very poor quality for the price paid. Har gow skin dry. Deep fried bean curd skin with prawn filling was full of oil inside and outside, hardly any filling and not crispy. Steam glutinous chicken rice took over 20 mins to arrive and it was mostly just rice. Roast goose skin was soggy, goose too salty and had a strong smell. Couldn’t eat the roast pork belly as the ‘meat’ part was almost all fat so we left it on the table - told the girl when paying and her response was that we were meant to tell her as soon as it’s served and there’s nothing she can do about it now. Furthermore, over 10 dishes on the menu are not available, even when I tried to order a cup of hot tea, the waiter told me it was a minimum 2 people for the tea.
