Very good wine. Excellent focaccia and very down to earth service which was highly appreciated. Maybe the portions could be slightly larger, dai just a few goccia di più nel bicchiere di vino, 😋

Located in San Polo area, we found this gem! The wines were superb (a fab selection of local winesand at a great price. They helped us to select a variety of cicchetti which were all delicious and the meatballs are also a must try! Would recommend, great food, drinks and service.

Veeery expensive bill 9 euros for 1 beer. But quite good food. And they charge alot just for sitting there.

Best natural wine bar in Venice. Andrea the owner is a legend. Take his recommendations, don’t even look at the menu. He and the staff will take care of you and everything they pour is amazing. Food is great too. Go straight there… so you can go back every night. Thank you guys for great vibes and delicious wine!

We ate here tonight, and had one of our top5 restaurant experiences. The wine is fantastic, the food was simple but authentic and exquisite. Our review is as we leave, because we believe places like this deserve the highest attention and praise because they exemplify what real cuisine should be about. The one place in Venice everyone should queue for (or book in advance if youre organised!).

Yummy yummy Bacareto! Lots of different types of wines, also different kinds of beer and different spritzers and alcohols you can try. Yummy yummy mini sandwiches!! A nice place to try but maybe more expensive than your traditional bacareto.Staff are lovely and nice and can speak italiano and English!

We had a really nice evening with the owner and the courteous waiters. Shared a platter for 4 and tried really tasty wines. Really good recommendations.It was our second time and we’d happily come back.

Lively, small sized spot in a busier part. Great small tapas and wine selection. I visited in 2019 and again in 2022. This is a must go. Local, no pizza and pasta!

We saw that this restaurant has charcuterie and were very excited. It was very busy when we arrived, but they still found space for us. Our Italian is not very good and we could not make out the menu. We asked our very friendly waiter for a suggestion and ended up with a Focaccia Pizza. It was fantastic and a great price.

THE PLACE IS BEYOND PERFECT, THE VERY TASTY FLAVORS OF THE FOOD AND EXTREMELY UNIQUE TASTE OF WINE GIVES THE POACE AN EXTRAORDINARY AND INIGUALABLE PLACE TO BE, NOT TO FORGET THE VERY SWEET AND HOME TREAT YOU GET HERE BY THE STAFF.

Food and wine was okay. but pay attention for the wine prices to take home! The owner abused my ignorance and sold me the wine bottle for double the normal retail price! I only realized after when I googled the bootles and saw how much the bottle costs in other stores. So classical venezian tourist trap.. and the service is not friendly :(

We spent our favourite evening in Venice here. Wonderful, unpretentious service, excellent wines, reasonable prices and a delicious cheese selection.

All guests are equal, but some...We ordered two Aperol Spritz. They forgot it. After quite a while we reminded them, it took more time. While other bars serve some small snacks with the aperitif, they do not. So we ordered some olives, but they forgot... At some point we wanted to pay, but were not able to get attention... You get the idea how it felt... At least the surrounding was nice, but this is true in general, I guess...

A superb wine bar here in Venice. The staff was so nice to us and gave us great recommendations for the wine. We had their mixed board and it was so good. We especially loved the bell pepper chutney that went with it. Could eat that every day. Highly recommended to go here!

I love it! This is our regular "pit stop" upon arrival to Venezia - short walk from Venezia St. Lucia station and tou enjoy sitting in the sun with a glass of prosecco and cafe. What else do you need to enjoy mornings in Venezia 😀

Wonderful wine place, great wine recommendation by the owner Andrea and his partner. They do offer cicchettis as well as salads, sandwiches and desserts. Try two or three different wines, have a chat with the owner and enjoy your time.

We had a fantastic lunch here. Well worth the walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, the wine was delicious and the cheese and meet platter was fabulous. One of the highlights of our trip.

2 glasses of chardonnay and a mixed cold cut & cheese plate for 2 was one of the best decisions we made in Venice. Perfect for people watching and relaxing. Theres indoor and outdoor seating, whichever you prefer will not disappoint.

Amazing customer service, owner operated. Hands down best hospitality I have experienced in venice. Off the tourist trail but well worth the short hike. Incredible wine and bread/meats until midnight during the week, 2AM on the weekends.

Staff were really excellent, very accommodating - helpful and pleasant, especially the lady behind the bar. We turned up at the end of the night for food and she gave us a few options despite not really having room for us, which was appreciated.Food tasted great but portion size was small. Lasagnea was really tiny which was a shame as it was really nice.Wine and beer were excellent too.5* other than portion size.

First time in Venice; we eagerly entered and happily asked if they had a cheese platter that was recommended on a review that we saw on online.She quickly made us feel like we were bothering her, and she said she can’t be bothered with anything outside of what she has in stock because she’s working alone. While I understand she was possibly busy, she could be more friendly to tourists. We decided to go next door and had a cheese platter/wine in a much more friendly environment.

We had a very lovely evening at the Cantina. We were warmly welcomed and the explanations and recommendations were very helpful. The mixed plate was delicious and the wine was tasty.Very friendly staff, we highly recommend this place.

We were lucky to have found this small restaurant. If you blink you’ll miss it, so look for the smiling faces. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Before we even had a table available they took our order, so by the time we sat down our food was at our table. The assortment of meats were delicious and paired perfectly with fruit and cheeses. You have to come at the right time or they might be full. The service was great and so were the people.

Amazing place. Absolutely recommend the meat & cheese board; it was fantastic. The waiter explains exactly where everything comes from and to my surprise it is all local. Very reasonable prices too.We got lucky with our table; the place is quite small so strongly recommend reservations, especially during peak hours and peak season. Its worth it!

Perfect place to sit back with a glass (or 3of wine! This is a cozy, friendly and very reasonably priced for the quality of wine, food and service. We spent a lazy afternoon here when visiting in the summer!

Theyve got the goods; had a series of amazing wines here. Natural and organic wines etc. from small and local producers; exactly what I was looking for. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and were very attentive in spite of some plumbing issues they were having when we were there. Found this place at the tail end of our stay, otherwise we would have gone back every night.

Could be the best and cosiest place in Venice. Great selection of wine..lovely plates of meat and cheese. Brilliant atmosphere and so helpful staff. Very popular place though so be prepared on waiting for a table.

Perfect...So happy this is the first place we visited. Owned by a couple who compliment eachother well, the sharing meat and cheese platter was beautiful and the recommended wine was great we are going to visit again before we leave. Lovely atmosphere. We had a meat and cheese platter for 2 accompanied with 6 glasses of red wine and the bill was under 50€

One of our favourite places - we came here twice because the food and wine was so good. We came across it by accident and noticed a lot of locals here as it is quite small. The house wine is cheap at 2.50 euro. I chose a Barolo at 10 euros and was the best wine Ive ever had. Service is great and the host spoke very good English (very charming and professional). Highly recommend and please try the anchovies with mountain butter antipasto 👌🏼
