Canario Boutique Hotel in San Juan

The hotel is NOT handicap accessible. No elevators or ramps located anywhere. Just a heads up. The room does not get serviced the entire stay. We spent 4 nights and had 0 cleanings. No fresh towels. As a matter of fact, when we first checked in they only left the room with 1 towel. The room had 2 beds. When we asked for more towels they never came. My friend and I had to share 1 towel. The next day we received more. The floors were filthy. We had to lug everything up 3 flights of stairs. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Coffee doesnt exist anywhere in the hotel. No water, no food. Literally 0 amenities. The front desk is rude the housekeepers were never seen in the 4 days we were there which makes sense since they never clean anything anyways. Last day the power went out in our room. We called for help (on our cell phones. There are no phones in the roomwe were told someone would be up. 40 minutes later my friend went downstairs to tell them we had no power. We were told they were on their way. After another 40 minutes no one showed so we walked into the hallway and flipped the breaker switch ourselves. We finally had power. The only good thing about this hotel was the proximity to a lot of things but there are literally 100 other hotels to choose from. Choose any one of those. This was just abysmal.
