Orderd 2 pizzas and cheesy garlic fingers.I used to work at Canadian 2 for 1 in a different city and thoughy this would be good.Pizza was over cooked and very hard to eat. Cheesy garlic fingers were even worse. Very thin crust barely any cheese and flavor.I was not pleased with the quality of food, very disappointed.

While on vacation in Penticton, we thought we would try this place out. The staff were amazing and fun people. We ordered some sort of pizza with meat on it. The second pizza was the same but we added pineapple and mushrooms and onions. The pizza is not that good. The hot wings were excellent. I kind of wanted to give less than five stars but because we were able to joke around with the staff about all the crackheads out front, this place is still worthy of five stars. I bet everything else from there is pretty good based on all the other reviews, just don’t order their pizza.

You pay for 2 pizzas, 2 for1 is false advertising. $58 is way too high even for 2 pizzas.

Ordered a 9 piece chicken meal, tried to tell the worker what my number is so he could phone upon arrival and I got halfway thru my number and the worker cut me off and said Yea I have it here. Waited over 2 hours for this chicken but still no phone call. Phoned them back and asked them whats going on and the lady who answered just said she tried to buzz my apartment but I told them my buzzer doesnt work and to phone upon arrival when I placed my order. She then said she tried to phone but the number was out of service, its not 🙄 she then said she could be here in 3 minutes but I told her I didnt want 2 hour old chicken and she just said OK ...So not impressed.

I ordered from Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza in Penticton for the first time. It took one hour and fourty minutes for my order to arrive which is much longer than other pizza places. I ordered two large "Ultimate" pizzas, a One Pound Chocolate Pudding Cake and a two liter of Coke. The total price was $77.12 which is the most expensive pizza Ive ever ordered. Seeing how the pizza had eleven toppings I was expecting one delicious pie but it wasnt even close to what I was expecting. It was tasteless other than being extremely salty and the dough tasted stale. I was so disappointed. I was hoping that at least the cake would be delicious but it too was tasteless, dry, cold and I think it was supposed to be warm. It was just chocolate cake batter with no "pudding". What a rip off! 😡

I was a loyal customer to this shop until last night. My order took over 90 minutes so I called to cancel because it was nearing 1am. The person on the phone kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he was chatting with someone else. When he did come back to the phone he told me “I can’t do anything for you” and hung up. About 15 minutes after that the food showed up. I felt bad for the driver so I ended up paying for cold food. Also the pizza was a store bought frozen pizza. Downhill quality and attitude has scratched this shop off of my list. Goodbye 2 for 1. Part 2. Since I can’t reply to your response I’ll have to edit my initial one to include the following….when you hung up on me you didn’t seem to care about my years of loyalty to your shop. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait longer than 90 minutes and I have been understanding in the past. I would be more so if I lived in a major metropolitan area, but this is small town Penticton and a 95 minute wait for a small pizza is a dismal performance for the prices you charge. Further, your guilt trip response isn’t doing you any favors in this instance. Trying to qualify your apology means it’s not an apology, and blaming me for “not understanding” is laughable. The unfortunate truth is that my understanding has met it’s limit, and that tends to happen to anyone who has enough disappointing experiences. The quality of the pizza was bad, the wait was too long, customer service was poor and rude. It’s hard to care about a business that doesn’t care about you. Happy to go for part 3 should you wish to continue.

I think pizza places should stick to pizza I have your chicken and gyro were awful. I price of chicken was so dry it was hard to eat and the others were not crispy. The skin was mushy. The gyro I was excited for and it was so gross. The ranch was on top of the hot food that made it so got and gross to eat. I am so disappointed. I dont think Ill come back to even try the pizza.

Showed up faster then expected and the pizza is exquisite! Lots of meat and cheese!

Its been 2 hours I am waiting I ordered at 12 am and was supposed to go to bed after having it as i was very hungry and now its 2 am and i am still waiting like really... so disappointed. Even I called them at 1 and ask about how much more time and he said its just on way and its just 5 mint drive from my house.

Pizza smelled like high tide, on a hot day.Had one piece, and Im waiting to see how I feel.Delivery guy seemed nice.1.5 stars.

I ordered 2 donairs and both had next to nothing for taziki sauce it was all meat, peppers and bread. Definitely not the same as it used to be. I was very disappointed and probably wont be ordering from there again these are definitely not worth the $9!!!

Great tasting bacon double cheese pizza and Mexican pizza. However we were in a hotel and they never sent plates or napkins. Make sure to let them know you need that if staying in a hotel. Other than that I like their food.

Not great. Delivery didnt follow instruction, wings were not great, donair wasnt a real donair. Called about "cheesy garlic fingers" they told me there isnt much cheese on them and they weigh it out. I said well, thats kind of deceptive advertising but I guess Ill deal with it?Girl on the phone said ok and that was that. Paid 35$ for garbage.

Good service, cool delivery guy. Ordered a salad, some pasta and chicken. Everything was good besides the chicken. Tasted like someone poured a box of salt on it. Pasta and salad was great! Chicken... Needs some improvement!

Broaster chicken way to salty. And the girl that answers the phone and takes orders could be a little more customer friendly. Delivery service 1 and 1/2 hr, seems like a little much.

Getting a real bad taste with there new delivery driver almost everytime he comes he seems to be high on something and it not going unnoticed i miss the drivers they had before might just start ordering somewhere else if he they dont get someone different really disappointing I enjoy the food

Order pizza yesterday it was great would order again but the guy who was doing deliveries was not friendly and didnt seem to care for conversation turn around after handing me the pizza and mumbled I think have a good night maybe should have somebody with better customer service makes the experience alot better.

Very disappointed with the service here. Had to wait over an hour for the food which didn’t turn out to be good at all. The wings were poorly coated and everything is way too overpriced. If the food was good the pricing would be fine! Did not meet my expectations whatsoever.

We waited over an hour and a half, called and we were told it was on its way. After waiting another 20 minutes called again to be told they forgot to make our order and we would have to wait another hour!!!! Asked if we could get a discount because of their mistake and were told they would only give $10 off! Terrible service!! This was not even during the dinner hour.

Good for late night pizza. But it’s pretty pricey for what you get. The wings have a small amount of meat on them and are a little dry but pizza was good. We ended up paying 70$ for 20 wings and a pizza

The Pizza is to die for, the Staff are amazing. They know there Produce n products. And They can make you laugh when u dont feel like it. They have a good team. Good fun

Friendly service and they try to know me (which is good& you can eat the pizza without false teeth too... which is also awesome

They will deliver & take cash while we all deal with the Virus this year. Unlike Dominos pizza who will no longer accept Canadas cash that is our legal tender!

Hello, first I would like to I have been a customer for well 30 year...yours is the best pizza.. I do have some feedback the last 4 times that I have getting pizza it has been very over cooked...please note I sometime get pizza 2 or 3 time a month. I havent said anything couse I do understand that sometime this happen..but it is a let down getting the pizza knowing what should look like and taste, then getting something way overcooked... last week got two smells they were a little better but still over cooked. Hopefully tonights will be normal.

I really like this place! Really consistent, The Greek salad is really good especially for a pizza place. They dont skimp on anything! Its are go to in town.

Ive never ordered from them til last night. In my exhausted, double shift stupor I have them my wrong address and they were very gracious despite the wild goose chase I sent them on. The pizzas were delicious, my kids were happy.Query. Why is is called 2 for 1 when that didnt seem to be the case at all. The product was great and definitely worth the money but...

I don’t normally write reviews but i felt i had to on this one. We ordered 2 pizzas close to closing time and asked specifically for extra pizza sauce. When the pizza arrived it had almost no pizza sauce on both pizzas and they were both cold and looked like they had been sitting around for awhile. I wanted to call back and complain but they were closed so i called the next day and the employee i talked to said “what do you want me to do about it” I expected to get an apology at the least and possibly a credit he said they don’t give credits unless it was the same day yet they were closed by the time we got it so that was not an option. I wish i got the employees name as he was quite rude and we will definitely not be ordering from there again. Its also very convieint you say there false reviews i dont have time to make false reviews but if thats how you run your business good luck.

The pizza was really good. Customer service was excellent and they allowed me and my friend to stick around and play cards while we waited for the pizza and for a while after.

Horrible. Was tolled 30.min wait. When i showed up. They wouldnt even answer me put my pizza in the oven in front of me made me wait another 30 min on top. We left for 5min cameback never said a word. Waited 20 min ontop now they kept sayi g someone will be right woth u. My food was sitti ng tjere done. Worst pizaa place ever

Medium size pizza is $25. Its nothing special. The name 2 for 1 is a fake. Chicken wings are $12 for 10 pieces 😱

Great pizza for a good price.. lots of toppings and cheese.. you can order online, too.. quick service... on a friday night it took only 15-20 minutes..

Wow this pizza was great. Yes it cost more money but was more filling as well. Nice people working there to. I also picked it up... was about 20mins from order to pick up

It was alright, the kid who answered the phone clearly needs some customer service training. Repeating the order, phone and address wouldve saved your driver some time because she called the wrong number and got lost. However, the pizza was good so in hindsight it was decent.
