Half an hour and still no drinks. Few patrons. Slow service.

Camellia Tea House @UTC is my goto whenever Im in kigali. Not just because they provide a good service but their staff are welcoming and have good customer relation, most expectialy Ben.My favorite from them is Coffee and fries in the morning and Milkshake in the evening.Check them out and have a great experience, because I highly recommend them.

The place is located in center town. You can find the foods freshly cooked. It a place must visit if you are in Kigali.

I just discovered the UTC branch this morning. What a delightful seating area! Loads of plants, like a little oasis in the centre of the city. The service was really excellent. The waitress welcomed me and smiled the whole time. She was really friendly and attentive. The food came quickly. I was very impressed.

Food was good but staff have to improve a bit to make the costumers fell better....

This restaurant location is at city center, there are nice place, my first time come to here take this chicken, You can see that the chicken is not fresh and it is grilled very dry; I suggest you do not choose this chicken;

The food is good but the service is very poor

Visited this cafe today for the first time. There were 7 waiters and waitresses just standing around watching people eat. I found it very uncomfortable being stared at while I am just trying to relax with my family. Too many staff with nothing to do. Also, many items on the menu were not available. Waiter kept pushing and telling my husband to try the fish soup which he didn’t find appetizing. Wasn’t impressed.

You will find delicious Halal foods here. No alcohol served. Friendly and professional staff. One of staff recommended me the fish fillet which was very nice served with French fries, pilao rice and green pieces.

Its a very nice joint located in a nice building in center of Kigali. Good for small meetings, hanging out with friends. Taking someone out for a date. Its all ideal for this. Like the entire Rwanda the food arrives after 30 minutes of ordering. Its not expensive for a tourist or a rich guy, but its way too expensive for a person making a living in Kigali.

The place had a relaxed charming ambience that is perfect for a conversation. The food was delicious, in huge servings and affordable; I could barely go through the chicken I ordered. The food was also delicious. The service was great with very attentive servers. I would totally go back!!

The ambiance is great and the food is amazing. My favourite has to be the steak omelette 😋😋. The portions are really good and the service is exemplary.

The place is really good, serves halal foods, and a variety of fresh fruit juices. Very well flavoured fresh fish, very good coffee etc and a cool breeze as you look down on the city roads with cars gliding out of town

They have the most friendly staff, great location 7-10 minutes from town, great food portions at really affordable prices, clean set up and they played lots of Ugandan music which was a plus for me 🤩🤩👌🏾

The wait is rather long after ordering especially for soups....however they have excellent services....tasty meals and snacks one should try the chicken soup simply amazing!

Camelia has been a good place for me since i have spent like 6hrs/day for the whole July and all things moved greatNice set up.Nice waitresses and waiters.

Husband and I had their African tea and fajita platter. Tea was great but the platter was just OK though in Camellias defense we were told theyre known for the quarter chicken so well definitely try that next time. Vibe and seating are very good esp by the terrace.

Take-away packs and cups are offered too for those on the run.All kinds of local and international teas, coffee and juices are what this place is known for. Service is relatively fast and staff are respectful and courteous.I’m not much of a coffee or tea person so I stick to the juices. That’s however not one of their strongest suits however. I’ve had better fresh juice. My friends speak well of the coffee options so its worth the while for tourists and expats. Rwanda grows its own coffee and tea - not surprising.
