I enjoyed shopping at Cambridge today. Shop is clean, staff are friendly, very helpfull.Found prices very reasonable, large range of products. I will return for a second time.

The shop itself is ideally situated within a minutes reach for shopping pedestrians who make use of local transportation to commute to and from town,the shop itself open and spacious with very good staff and also very clean. I give it a 3 star because its not ideally situated the area is too busy.

A very good food store, of which also sells toiletry and non-food items like dishwasher and polish. It can get very populated especially on peak days like pay day and it has vendors nearby. There are people outside who are willing to assist you with the transportation of your groceries thats if they are paid.

The Supervisor was ourtright rude to me I ask to speak to the manager and was told by supervisor that he/she is too busy to talk to clients. My complain I wanted to lodge was that the supervisor tols the cashier and the scale handlers at their fruit and veg section not to assist me as the store was closes but behind me in the que was more than three people and in the store more that 10 people. The refused me to pay a packet of Onion as if it will take hour to do that. Please teach your staff to treat clients right or take them to customer care courses shoprite or checkers will never do that. I am prepared to point them out ; the supervisor and the poor cashier that was given instruction.

The cashiers is very rude and when its CPS the shop is full and they dont worry about old people that stands in the for very long and the promotion items is always out
