NO, not the old Santa Fe Trail, but it’s much much longer ~ ROUTE 66‼️As you drive along Interstate 15, and approach BARSTOW, you’ll c👀 BASTOW PREMIUM OUTLETS. The CALIFORNIA WELCOME CENTER is located conveniently near the OUTLETS entrance as you drive over the small bridge built over the wash.Dont expect much, as far as merchandise is concerned. They offer maps, Directions and can answer any questions you may have. The Staff is courteous. Stop by and stretch your legs.Thanks.

Stop here when at the outlets, get coupons for many of the stores. Then bring back receipts to earn points towards rewards.People here are friendly and knowledgeable.

Was on Catalina Island and the customer service representative was knowledgeable and gave us lots of info. It was a fantastic day spent on the island! I recommend it!

Not a "center " but more like a BS kiosk thing in an outlet mall. No restrooms, no one that knows anything. Completely worthless.

The stores dont have the biggest capacity because of Covid but the sales are absolutely incredible

Honestly most prices online are cheaper than this place its cool if you wanna drop some money but you will be paying more for sale items that are online also they dont price match

Tried to get information on route 66 in the area but they only had information for the local shopping, map was hopeless for what we wanted to see and desk persons directions were vague, ended up using Google instead

Tried to get information on route 66 sights around Barstow and California but they didnt have any, only gave us vague directions where some of the places we wanted to visit were and a map of Barstow that was hard to read

Havent been here in awhile. I was disappointed to see the main restrooms have all been converted to family rooms. Makes for long lines when you really got to go. Love the shops though. I dropped cash in Old Navy and Sketchers!

Never any hand soap, bring your own! sometimes no toilet paper, i always bring my own.

This was a very nice and cleaned spot to rest. The restroom was nice and clean. The grounds were green and beautiful.

Its a bit of a variety of questions & lots of Travelers information... Its also less than half a year old. Its located at the stop sign when you first drive in to Outlet Center. Just on the other side of the lil Bridge. A white structure on the left side of the stop sign. Brand new Public Restroom... Happy Travels

Very helpful and great place to find information n coupons for places to visit as a couple or family defenetly recommend for tourists n locals.

Just a place to get booklets, no advice, as the girl told us "I can only give information (bookletsnot tell you where to go, i am not a vacation agent". Quite diappointing .

Only 2 stars because no bathrooms for the public. Not very welcoming! Especially when you come off the freeway in dire need of the facilities.
