The location was packed, but the staff was still very friendly, the food great, nice choice of beers

Nice fare. Nicely decorated with American posters. Their drinks menu has beers from a lot of countries, including Tiger beer from Singapore

The burger meat is of extremely poor quality and the prices are pretty high. Take your money somewhere else (like any other burger place in the city).The guitars were pretty cool, but I’m never going back

Service is a bit shady. I asked for a glass of tap water, to which he agreed. Later he returned with a bottle of water, immediately opened it and poured to a glass. I reminded him I asked for tap water and he replied that I would have had to pay 4.5 CHF anyway. Not cool.

Open late, reasonably priced and great food and drinks!Felt dumb coming here because were American and wanted to eat swiss food but everywhere was else was closed or stupid expensive. But at the end we had no regrets and would do this again.Highly recommend stopping in for a burger!

Oh my freaking gosh. Everything was perfect. Especially Francesinha was really delicious with reasonable price. The service was perfect as well. I have no doubt that I will come back here to have a great dinner with my friends. Good, tasty, full of calorie American food.

Unfortunately there was a very loud guest next to us and it felt like the waitress was encouraging him on his rant as he was hating on all kind of topics. This took me from amusement, to wondering and soon to a very annoyed state since I couldnt catch up with the conversation at our table anymore. I gave our host a few meaningful looks, which I think were recognized but ignored. The food by the way was mediocre, burger patty rather pale and overall nothing special.

The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The service is fast and friendly. Unobtrusive music complements the pleasant atmosphere.The menu is rich and varied. Its hard to choose something to eat, everything sounds tempting.This large portion is the small salad. Fresh and very pleasant to the taste. well flavored and freshly prepared.

I liked this place with retro stile design and the service and food were good also

The place has a cosy and lovely atmosphere and is easily accessible from the town centre as well as the docks. The staff here is nothing short of amazing and the food is brilliant and well-priced. Not disappointed whatsoever and would definitely come again when next in Lucerne! :)

The bar tender, the old guy is really racist, he did not welcomed and did not give us time to enjoy the beer. Also, he served the beer in wine glass. Everything about thia place was terrible.

We were out in the evening trying to find somewhere to eat with our 3yo & 10mo. This was the only place that was kid friendly and had chicken nuggets! My husband said they had some of the best French fries hes ever had. They also had great drinks and delicious ice cream! No high chairs, but the staff was accommodating and made room for us to pull our buggy up to the table. English speakers available. Super cute American-type diner with delicious Swiss ice cream! Highly recommend if you have picky eaters like me :)

We walked into an empty restaurant/bar and greeted with a friendly smile. That should have tipped us off but we were hungry and sat down. Ordered the ham and pineapple pizza for the two of us and told the waitress we were going to share it. She came back a few minutes later and said there is a 2 chf charge for sharing. That didn’t bode well with us. I ate a couple of slices and decided to take the rest back so I asked for a box. She came back with a small piece of foil that you couldn’t wrap around a hot dog bun. I again asked for a box and She said that’s an additional 1chf charge. Really?! Only reason i gave it 2 stars is the pizza wasn’t half bad but nothing to write home about.

Surprised we didn’t get food poisoning. Honestly a disappointment. Walked in to an empty restaurant and received only half the menu. The menu was limited to appetizers and burgers. We were expecting American style food, but it was truly gross. DO NOT recommend. 4.3 stars was a lie.

If you like American restaurants and you want to try one in Lucerne: This is the perfect place. Once you enter the restaurant you will feel in a typical American restaurant. The food menu is big they have pizza, pasta, toast with eggs and bacon, and of course burger! You should try the california burger its the best dont miss it and dont forget to order a kind of beer from the large menu they have!😍

I ordered Elvis Burger. It was really bad. The meat was tasteless and felt frozen. The bread was dry and the overall experience of the Burger was pretty low. So one star for the chef, the waiter was nice and so was the climate og the place, but the overall grade needs to remain low due to the terrible food.

Arrived late to Lucerne and this was one of the few places open, although the kitchen was closed, they cooked wings for us just because we were hungry. Renata our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was great!!

Very nice american-ambient place. The hambuergers are not big but are very good. Its always crowded and we really like it.
