Worst customer experience. I was alone dinner and it took lot of time for the waiter to take the order. After ordering the food after 15 mins they told me they dont have the stuff that I ordered. Food is okay, not bad and not special either. Finally the food arrived. They didnt bring my water bottle until I finish my meal. Which throughout my dinner, I was eating without water. At last they brought it to the cashier when I was about to pay. This was not solely my experience, I saw the other customers also go through this. It seems that they lack management inside the restaurant.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The guacamole was so fresh and the quesadilla just so scrumptious!!!! Even the tacos were great (fried chicken in the bao bun and chickens and guacamole in the soft shell). Definitely come here for a casual lunch and eat the good food! Ask for extra calavera sauce on the side, you won’t regret it!

Super rude staff, the lady (not Italian, had shift on 25/06 in the afternoondidn’t want to give an extra napkin. A NAPKIN CARL. She was super toxic made sure she was “upset but like respectful” instead she intended to put me as a customer in a very uncomfortable position saying weird things. I worked in the service sector as well and was dealing with different people before but I’ve never EVER talked like this to a customer. Plus the food was disappointing, so… I will never order from you again. There are plenty Mexican restaurants in Milan who offer better services and food. Cheers

If you are looking for a quick takeout lunch do no go there! Over 15 mins waiting for a burrito with a half empty restaurant is unacceptable

Food was fine, service a bit slow. Prices fair.

We went there as a 16 people group for a friend’s birthday. It was a really bad experience. First of all, they wanted us to order at the same time (okay understandablebut when foods started to come they were shouting the food names and when we dont hear or don’t answer quickly they were getting in an angry mood. Then, they started to bring some foods that we didnt order, maybe they wrote multiple orders for some of us but it was nothing to do with us. But the waitress was angry and blaming us like we ordered and forgot. Then we tried to explain how many people we are and how many plates we ordered. Then they said they are gonna trash the wrong plates, which is not our bussiness. And finally we paid and just before we were leaving they said there is still one coperto and a plate not paid, then few minutes later they told us no only one plate is not paid. Some friends have already left so I wanted them to find the receipt and send us the pic. Somehow we could find all 16 receipts and showed them we paid for everything we ate. Then they said okay. Standing there with 16 receipts in my hands were actually embarrasing at least we deserved and apalogy before asking for the manager. Lastly, about the foods, tacos were great, burritos were small and tasteless.

Not a good experience due to the following reasons:1. When they were giving us our orders by yelling each plate, at some point, the woman yell a plate and non of us answered because we didnt order it but it was simply a "Manzo" fajitas instead of "Mixed" fajitas so we accepted because the woman was mad and we just wanted to eat.2. Then at the end she yelled some plates but we all had our orders so they made a mistake and put something more. The woman was blaming us and telling us that they would throw the plates if we didnt accept them. Which we didnt care and didnt accept their second mistake.3. After paying they told us we didnt pay for a plate which again was their mistake. We ridiculously had to show them 16 receipts to prove we payed for everything.4. And finally, they sell tasteless mexican food without spicy. After all mentioned on top one would expect at least good food but not even.Not recommended at all!

Cuasi Mexican food. It was bad, small and over priced.

The food is in some ways similar to Mexican food, but in most ways not. Its very overpriced and everything tastes like it came out of a plastic bag. The guacamole is obviously industrial and the fried chicken tacos taste like generals tsos chicken of a generic Chinese menu. I ordered the nachos Ricos as well, they should have had some kind of creamy jalapeno salsa on them. I asked them to spare me the Chile con carne, imagining allready the destruction a precooked Chile could do to my toilet. When the "nachos" arrived they were a mountain of the most generic tortilla chips with spots of guacamole, tomato and sour cream. I inquired to the waiter and asked where the sauce was, he told me they ran out and that they prepared them without it. I mentioned I would not have ordered a 10 euro plate of nachos knowing that ingredients were missing and he said he would talk the manager. That was the last I saw of my waiter. When I went to pay the manager asked me if everything was ok and I mentioned the nachos, which he was allready aware of. He politely apologized and put a Messina beer pint glass into a bag and told me it was a gift. Then he charged me full price for the nachos. When I asked about that he said did you eat them? And of course I had since they were sitting on my table for 45 minutes with no news from the waiter. The manager said the beer glass was to forgive them. I payed, returned to my table to gather my things and noticed the lady at the table next to me was eating her taco with a fork. Garbage food for garbage people. Ill never be back.

What you see in the image are "fajitas". The food is disgusting, overcooked, overpriced and miniature portions, of which you would need three or four to build a proper meal. Disgrace to Milan city

The best Mexican food i ever tried in Italy - milan

The restaurant has a outlet that its called Rapido next doot. We placed on order and waited 45min to get the food. There were not many people. They are just so bad and extremly slow. We were very hungry but it was difficult to eat it. It was almost cold, very dry rice and the pork meat, and the lettuces was totally tasteless, like made of plastic. The portion were very small and totally NT worth the 19 euros we paid. The food was just put into a paper bucket from containers they have there under the counter. I dont understand what takes them so long to serve it. Anyway, the food its tasteless, cold and very bad service. Its a restaurant to be avoided at all cost.

Not really authentic, but the best Mexican food Ive had in milan thus far. Still waiting for real Mexican food to make its way here but for now, I am happy to have found this place. Nachos, build your own salads/burritos and guacamole were good.

Ok for a quick snack or take aways. Average fast food quality most of the time. Half burrito dead cold and half burning hot. Both halves equally dead inside.

Food is barely ok. Definitely not mexican but they tried. We ordered some fajitas and the meat was kinda sweet??? also only offers flour tortillas. And it seams they have some translation wrong, we ordered some nachos and they brought us totopos, we were very confused about that. Decoration is very mexican (lucha libre & calaverasAnd something good was their mexican beers variety and the tablewear.

I decided to give one star only to appreciate the service. The food in my opinion was really terrible! Burritos with basmati rice?!? And tasteless chicken,chilli con carne of very poor quality. But I should have trusted my intuition.... Mex place that serves Japanese fusion,etc..... I would strongly recommend to choose some other place

Not really anything "fresh" about it. If guacamole was fresh, you would be able to remove tomatoes. Lettuce was wilted, veggies not crispy. Place has a lot of potential, but seems to be relying on location instead of high quality.

Waited 20min for second meal after the first came out and we had eaten . Food tasty but terrible service . Only 5 tables in restaurant. Never come again

Food is really delicious, friendly and fast service.You should put a bit more love in the presentation of the food. Specially the Quesadilla Burger you could serve better :)

Long waiting for food but is good

Semi-Frozen margherita, very tasty, though after having 2, still could detect no tequila. Absolutely tasteless nachos, weird chees-like substance, surprising for a country with the finest cheese in the world. Dont bother...City Life has many better choices.

One of the few Mexican restaurants in Milan. The food is great and reasonably priced. I have eaten there and the environment is great. Also I have ordered through Glovo and that was great too.

Food is overpriced for the portion they serve. They charge you higher prices if not working at the Generali or Allianz during lunch time, dont understand the reasoning. The food is mediocre at best. 16 euros for a mini burrito, coke, and water is just a crime. Never again nor I recommend this place.

The salad in your choice was so dull and the amount of the vegetables was so small I would say embarrassing and asking 10 euro for that is inappropriateWe had also Chicken burrito that had mostly rice and mayonnaise and hardly chit and the side salsa was in a size less then a spoonDon’t recommend!!!

I would call it fast food rather than restaurant, great for a fast snack and margaritas!The tables are exactly on the entrance to the shopping mall so it is quite cold and windy during winter.

If you call this Mexican food then you have never tried Mexican food in your life. It’s a fact that there is no good ethnic food in Milan. All ethnic food restaurants here in Milan suck equally! but this one specifically sucks the most! I was craving an average Mexican (anythingI had burritos, tacos and other stuff. Gosh. I wanted to throw up. Such places are so sad. They’re an insult to Mexican food. Save your money and don’t go.

If you have a walk at CityLife consider to stop here for lunch or dinner. The burgers are supreme as well as tacos and burritos. My personal score for this Mexican restaurant is very good!

When my daughters wanted to eat here, I was skeptical. How could Mexican food be good in Italy? 🤔 But to my surprises, it turned out very tasty😋 I am not sure about authenticity but just based on taste, it was great. It is a bit pricy for 10€, but I guess when it is ethnic foods in foreign countries, it always costs more. If you dont want to wait for seating, you can always buy it and sit in the middle, the common area. This way everyone can get what they want from different food stands😉P. S. They need to improve the organizing. My daughters took a long time before could get the food "to go", we sat at the middle, the common area. But the long line for customers waiting for the tables to sit inside this restaurant, created chaos.

Together with my friend, we went there tonight. The place is very beautiful and comfy. We had to wait like 10 minutes before the waitress take us to a free table. We just ordered NACHOS and it was super! We will definitely go back there. The girl who served our table was very friendly. At the end we asked her if we could have some more of the chili pepper and she brought us some more. My friend loved them. Apart from waiting quite long for the food, everything else was good. I hope they maintain the quality.

They offer nice setting, fair prices, the nachos were good, service average.

The waitors can not speak english but try their best. Colorful decoration and a variaty of food. The borritos were tasty. The drinks in the jar are also something to try.
