It serves its purpose as a transport terminal. Its not a modern set up, actually, it is old. The areas it serve are Batangas, Cavite and of course, places in Laguna. Each jeep or van has its tag telling you the destination of the vehicle. There are also barker that manage the whole system of riding and paying for the trip. People are very accommodating, attentive to the needs of the riding public. You can ask them for directions, they would gladly reply.There is also a commercial area that serves food and some sell essentials travelers might need. There is also a public restroom, although I havent used it.

The place is kinda crowded. There are signs in place to help you navigate where you want to go, but the place is dusty, muddy if it rains, and confusing if you are not a local.

As a commuter of bus/jeepneys plying calamba to san pablo city, laguna and vice versa,have to wait line of passengers to fill up next in line passenger jeepney..have to wait 30-60mins before starting its more an hour journey, due to slow traffic.

Since this is the central terminal, I like how it also have different stores, ranging from selling clothes to selling food and it has all of the transportation needs from jeepney to van. Im more comfortable riding home from this terminal than the others.
