Caladium Restaurant in Belmopan

The staff are very professional and polite. We were there for a private meeting but the staff attended to our every need. They new the chairman of our meeting by name. Showed full respect and make you feel invited. Salina gives very good service.The restaurant is very clean and orderly. The dishes they serve food and drink out of are very classy and beautiful.

I had excellent service by the staff this morning. The guys and girls who took care of me were really friendly and attentive. As for the food I ordered a western omelet with ham. The ham was cold and could have been either fried or diced and inside of the omelet as it traditionally is... Not a big issue will return for more.

Service is great as well. My favorite place to stop and have great cheese cake.

Traditional, classical restaurant in downtown Belmopan serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Warm and friendly atmosphere punctuated by smooth jazz in the background. Coffee and french toast was a great start to my saturday morning adventures.

Food quality has slipped. Use to be so delicious and tasty now just average.

Its a family run, neighbourhood restaurant with locally sourced food, freshly prepared. It was busy. We arrived just before all the tables were taken. I had grilled fish, rice and green salad. Delicious.

Great food, atmosphere, free and easy parking priced appropriately. Great drink selection. We had the stewed beef and chicken and thoroughly enjoyed them. The caramel flan was incredible.

Food is good, but very tiny portions, like 1 table spoon fried beans, 1 small chicken thigh w/1 tablespoon gravy for $12...do yourself a favor eat across the street at any of the tiny establishments, twice as much food for less that $10 belize dollars

Didnt know how nice of a place it is. Always overlooked it when coming out of the bus terminal. Has to be THE best menu in the area in combination with flawless service! Totally going there more often!

great place to hang out and chill. Has a bar like atmosphere while still being lose and sober. The service is great everyone is kind and ready to help.

Was awesome had the T bone steak best one I have had for a long while. The had smoothies and frozen drinks are great. Would recommend.

Caladium is an amazing local restaurant with great Caribbean/Belizean flavors. They have attentive service and delicious desserts. I haven’t had something I didn’t like!

The menu at the Caladium is very very diverse. We were mostly interested in simple and delicious Belizean food, such as rice and beans. They had all of this and more. My group consisted of vegetarians and carnivores, and everyone was satisfied with their picks! While we didnt drink they did have wonderful pitcher drink specials that would be great for a group (between 30 and 45 BZD for a pitcher mixed drink). Next door they also have pool tables. Recommend if youre looking for a mixture o food in Belmopan! Parking is not super available so be aware and dont park in the taxi parking.

Once you are in Belmopan you must stop in at Caladium Restaurant for great food and refreshing local juices. I would recommend that you try the soursap juice...You would not be disappointed in the food nor the service.

I was quickly served. I ordered the larger coffee black. For breakfast I ordered the eggs scrambled & ham with wheat toast, and orange juice. The bread was toasted well and served dry -- no butter, and the orange juice served on ice tasted freshly squeezed. Eggs were hot as was the coffee. Air conditioning was nice and ceiling fans provided good circulation. Used dishes were quickly cleared. Not too busy on a weekday at 8:30 a.m., plenty of open tables.

Good food at a reasonable price, clean and the service is excellent

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Belmopan. It is still owned and run by the same family. The food and service is good. I would highly recommend the pastries, which is made in house and some of the best in the city. They have a separate area for take out, so it doesnt affect the main restaurant.

We were there on a Monday midday, and it was busy with travelers and businesspeople. Good service, clean restaurant, and theyre used to travelers bringing their bags in with them. We had a VERY good veggie burger, salad, fries. There are other vegan options, too--not sure if the burger is vegan. But what a relief to find this place right across the street from the bus station!
