All the chicken dishes are very yummy. I especially love the crunchy sweet honey chicken. I come here once a week! I recently tried the Noodles! Super Amazing, better than anything else out there!Two adults, orders to go, with large drinks, under $20. Bucks! THANK YOU

We had lunch there on 5-17-2022. They gave us a sample as we walked up to the counter, it was good so we decided to eat there. Our food was not good, the rice was lumpy and didnt taste Good. The noodles were bland. The chicken was over cooked and you could not chew most of it. Was very disappointed. It was not Cajun food as we know it, it was bad Chinese.

I have always loved the food here since theyve come to Parkway mall... however I feel their greed has finally overshadowed their food. I was there around 12 on a Saturday in line with about 8 people. Long story short I paid $21 for 2 plates & a drink. When I was told my total I side eyed, paid, asked for a receipt & left. When I looked at the receipt, it didnt show the breakdown of how much each order costed (because they charge more than they advertise on a lot of ordersbut only the total. Got to the parking lot & added the math on my phone... they charged me for a full entree plate instead of a childs plate. I went back in with my receipts & food but instead of them fixing the issue by giving me the side & meat I paid for but didnt get, they wanted to argue! The cashier retotaled everything on her phone in front of her manager & saw she overcharged me (which she knew& took money out the tip jar shoving money at me. I didnt want the money, only what I paid for! This was the worse customer service Ive ever seen & as a previously loyal customer, I will not be back anymore.

They gave me sesame chicken with no sesame. Vegetable fried rice with no vegetables. And noodles that were plane too! Idk what this was but it was not Chinese.

This place is HORRIBLE! Do not eat here. The employees make fun and laugh at their customers when an order is placed. They do not wash their hands. Not surprised that previous posters got food poisoning. When I called to speak to a manager they pretended to only speak Spanish. When I asked to speak to a manager in Spanish I was told no and hung up on. Will definitely be reporting this establishment to the Public Health Board due to the fact I too got food poisoning from eating their food.

First of all. NOT Cajun!Honey chicken was ok but seemed like not just chicken. Im pretty sure there was a chicken liver and dark meat mixed in. I had the fried rice which seemed like fried and white rice mixed which was bland. I also had the mixed potatoes (potatoe slices, carrots, and onions.Also very bland. Im surprised that the health department hasnt been called.

I used to love going here for years, but the past two times Ive been there, my food tastes rotten. Safe to say stay away until they get it together

They charged me twice! My 16.00 then another charge for $24.81 that I caught when I checked my bank account !!Hope I dont have to go to court over this but I will if needed! WATCH YOUR CHARGES!Food was good but not worth this!

The food tasted good, but gave me food poisoning and smelled HORRIBLE the morning after I got it! (5pm then I put it in the fridge as soon as I got home).

Its not considerate of the workers to view the customers, speak in a foreign language to each other, and laugh. I absolutely hate it. Whether youre talking about a customer or not, its rude. And the food was not good. Double boo.

The lo mein and honey chicken is so good but dont order any of the other meats. Last time we saw them dump the old honey chicken into the spicy chicken container when it got low. 😬 I dunno why but Ill take the fresh stuff, thanks.

Hot, delicious food at good price. Definitely will be stopping in for more sweet and sour chicken, love the egg rolls to. Great people that work there. Very friendly and attentive to there customers. All the way around best food in parkway place mall.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. It took them over an hour to prepare my food and then when Grub hub brought it to me the food was awful. Bourbon chicken was dry and I didnt get the extra burbon sauce I requested. Sesame chicken was dry as hell and hard as a rock. I will never ever order from this DUMP again

Cajun Grill is a staple in the diet of every mall worker Ive known. Theres 2 big selling points here. The first is that the price of a full meal at Cajun Grill is cheaper than anything at the mall short of a singular Chick Fil A sandwich or a single slice of pizza, and even those things are barely less expensive. The second is that its run as a Chipotle-style business model so if you have a 30-minute lunch break, youll save a lot of time going here. Theres 4 chicken styles - honey, spicy, sesame, and bourbon. All but the bourbon are fried and coated in a sugary-sweet sauce. The Bourbon is probably the best or second best tasting, and definitely the healthiest, and the honey is definitely the most popular. You can get 2 kinds of chicken for a small fee, and most people take advantage of that. The sides are hit-or-miss - I highly recommend the new potatoes, the egg roll is a guilty pleasure of mine, but the mac and cheese is legendarily bad - it doesnt taste like cheese at all, straight oil. Most people order the noodles but Ive never done so.The food is described as "Chinese" in a lot of the reviews, and the food is definitely Chinese-American. I dont see the need to put a label on any fried chicken coated in a sweet sauce though - its Cajun Grill, and its there to be quick, cheap, and somewhat tasty and healthy.

Honey chicken is the best ive ever eaten! The sides you should stick to - green beans, corn, fried okra, potatoes, mixed veggies, steam rice. All the other sides are always 50/50 on taste/quality. Staff doesnt speak much English so be loud and clear and point lol Other reviewers are correct in that sometimes the chicken is sitting under the lamp for too long. Best time to order is during lunch/dinner rush hours. Minus 1 star for consistency for all hours of the day.

They are rude and argumentative. She basically told me I was lying. Ill never patronize them again. The food wasnt that good.

I specifically asked what chicken was NOT breaded. Was told the Spicy was NOT. I got it and the bourbon chicken. Bourbon chicken tasted burnt and the spicy WAS breaded! 😡 It was lightly breaded but still breaded and now Im feeling sick.

10/10 would NOT recommend, I went to the food court in the mall and decided I wanted to eat at this specific place because the samples were really good, I asked the lady what flavor it was she just ignored me, they have really rude staff everything was rushed. Once I got to the cashier she charged me $6.45 for my meal, mind you the sign said $4.99 tax doesn’t just jump like that, I got 2 sides and a meal which the lady told me to get. The chicken was good I’ll admit that BUT there was bearly even chicken it was just crips, the egg rolls are DISCUSTING, and the noodles don’t have a taste, the soda is waterd down, and the sweet & sour sauce doesn’t have a taste too.

Oh my god Cajun grills honey chicken is amazing. Problem is it tasted hours old this time. This place is definitely 5 stars most of the time.

This is one of the only places we will go to in the mall. Always good and nice portions and very good prices. Cant eat this type of food like I used to because of being on Chemotherapy but when I go here for my favourite Honey Chicken and fried rice it helps me forget for a bit that I have any serious issues. Other chicken and menu items are great as well glad to see that they are still there I know lots of other restaurants have came and went. Please give them a try if youre in the mood for great stir fry or one of their lighter options.

The Cajun honey chicken is excellent. Their sides are awesome. If you can talk yourself out of getting Chick-fil-A, give Cajun Grill a try.

Hair was in my food. A long piece of gray hair. I do not have gray hair. Call to ask about this and they didnt answer. Never eating here again.
